In my opinion, giving merits for reports to moderator would only make things worse. Many people would try to abuse that.
That's right, moderators can't keep track of everything and be online 24/7, which is why it's important that all forum members participate. We should all be responsible for cleaning up this forum and reporting spammers and shitposters without the need for additional incentives.
But, is resistance futile? That's the real question.

Anyone who is copying other users' posts or plagiarizing content from other sources on the web should be immediately banned from the forum. You should know that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. - Plagiarism: If you copy some text from somewhere, then you should have a good reason for it, and you must link to the source. Doing otherwise is plagiarism. Changing a few words around doesn't matter. If we find that you plagiarized, then you absolutely will be permanently banned, even if we find it years after you did it.

The initiative and the idea is great, but the project ended up dead like most. Hence we are using the same idea but will execute it better. If there was any better way to describe it we would have done it.

Many people in this forum started as blue eyed newbies and don't know the first thing about Cryptocurrencies before joining this forum so youa re definitely in the right place, I surfed this website for a while before I actually decided to sign up and I have to admit that it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
As for pursuing a career in Cryptocurrencies, that is a noble aim but ensure that you gain the skills that employers in this space are searching for an r atleast skills that makes you highly sort after as a freelancer
