^^ Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez is one boxing legend as well, hard to summarized his career, but you can see his records here: https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/319725

Maybe you can search about his fight with Juan Estrada in Youtube.

As for Boots Ennis, he will be the future of the welterweight division. Both Spence Jr and Crawford said that it's possible that they will fight Ennis down the line, if there is money on the line.
4142  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: August 13, 2022, 08:44:43 AM

May Ben Simmons pa sila oh haha.

Maxey?
4143  Economy / Gambling / Re: DUELBITS ASK FOR KYC WHEN YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW YOUR EARNED PROFITS on: August 12, 2022, 11:54:28 PM
The question is how much the OP is withdrawing that trigger the gambling platform to raise the alarm for him?

And I don't know if the OP is really a gambler or have experienced in sports betting that sometimes a gambling platform will ask for KYC when you withdraw as stated in their TOS. This is compliance to gambling and licensing bodies, because if they found out that they are violating it, worse case scenario is that the licnenses will be revoked and it will be hard for them to get a new one just to be able to stay online.
4144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Shakur Stevenson vs Robson Conceicao - Sept 23 on: August 12, 2022, 11:25:46 PM
^^ Everyone is after the money, no more legacy or pride or try to be called the best in boxing. And of course there are styles as well, styles that make people buy tickets and wanted to see the fighters live to see how good they are like Tank Davis. But then again, boxing politics will stand in our for us fans to see if this fight is going to be made or not. But it's better for Shakur to just take one step at at a time, beat Robson in a dominant fashion like he did against Oscar Valdez and as I have said, go and unify the belts, we've seen Josh Taylor did it this year and Canelo has done that in 168 lbs. He should chase history first, before pursuing money fights.

4145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt market today on: August 12, 2022, 11:10:04 PM
In general, the August market is better than the previous 7 months market, although many are still not recovered but indications for Bull Run are clearer, if calculated then there is an increase of more than 20% compared to the end of July 2022.

we are having a better August than July as the news around inflation is also starting to fade, events around ETH are being noticed by investors creating a certain fomo for the market. It can be said that those who bought 2 months ago are already profitable. The market is very unpredictable so it's impossible to say the bull season is starting so it's better to still be careful.

It's because of the merger of Ethereum, was a success on the test net and everyone was very happy about the result with no major issues whatsoever. So it bring positive vibes to the whole altcoin market, Ethereum itself is trying to break the $2k price, while Bitcoin going above $25k after a long time. So it's getting better as we goes closer to the last quarter of the year. Maybe this year will be a relief eventhough we are still in the bear market, but the price is not that bad as compare to 2018 massive dump, Ethereum went < $100 that time.
4146  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predicts Bitcoin price by 2025 on: August 12, 2022, 10:54:39 PM
We've seen the pattern already, it's like every 4 years we have a good bull run, 2017 and then 2021, and most likely 2025 will be a massive bull run too.

You don't need to be experts here, on the contrary, there are none. Everyone is just making their wild and educated guess. And if you have been here in crypto market that you have seen the bear and bull run, you will most likely will also can predict that 2025 will be very bullish for us.
That's the issue, we had a bull run in 2019 as well where we moved from 3.5k to 14k, and we had it in 2020 as well where we moved from 7k to 30k, and then we had it in 2021 as well where we moved from 30k to 68k at the peak (before we had a 64k to 30k fall in between). So yeah, it could be 4 years, but I feel like it could be 3 years instead.

Because, we had one in 2014 as well and if we take it 2014 to 2017 to 2020, then 2023 could be a big year. I am not saying that we will definitely break the ATH price, but I have to say it will not be that easy to keep it low, we will probably reach to a high price for sure and it will take a while but it will get there.

I'm thinking of maybe 2024 will be the start of a the big year for us and then 2025 we will finally see a big and massive bull run and reaching new all time high.

So the pattern will continue if that will be the case, and we can only hope that it will. The bitcoin halving will the catalyst just like previous bull run that we have experienced so far. But first, we need to survived this bearish trend, I know it's going to be very difficult, but at least the price has remained in the $20k'ish and maybe at the end of the year, $30k will be breach and I think that is good enough for 2022.
4147  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2017 : 20,000$ - Bitcoin 2022 : 20,000$ on: August 12, 2022, 10:33:34 PM
Bitcoin 2022 hits low at $17k, how? I think $17k is indeed a bottom,
because this month there are a lot of altcoins that recover up to 100% more,
of course this can be a good signal that hopefully $17k is indeed the bottom of the bitcoin price, but I don't know,
if bitcoin can survive above $24k then this good, if not then bears are still dominating

Well probably we have hit the bottom at $17k and now been trading above $20k for weeks now after that last lower low. I'm not sure what you mean by altcoins recovering to 100%, if that is the case then it could have been a low marketcap coins, pump and dump scheme and pure manipulation and cannot be sustain in the long run.

We have reach above $24k if I'm not mistaken, then some minor dips, and yet there is no big one. Meaning that investors are now willing to at least gamble some money on the market in order to gain and profit either short or long term.
4148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 12, 2022, 10:19:54 PM
It is not just about him being a good player anymore though. Durant left OKC when he failed to beat GSW and joined GSW, then he realized everyone was injured and left for Nets instead to play with his buddy, then he is asking for a trade again. I mean it is a pattern, dude is not loyal and you could bet something for him, and he will leave you high and dry.

Do not give any players for him, if you could get him on free agent then it's fine, but do not ever get him for any important player, not tatum, not brown, I mean maybe others because they are not really important at all. In the end, he could just ask for a trade if he feels unhappy and you will left with nothing.
Excellent observation! I believe Durant went after what he wanted, to own an NBA championship ring.
I don't know if his attitude will change over time or something like that, but I also believe that if he is dissatisfied with the current team, he will want to be replaced and he will go after his personal goals and interests

I agree with the pattern though, that's why he has been criticized so much by some basketball analyst and even former players because he took the easy route, join a team that beat his OKC back them and then win championship with GSW. But when he felt that GSW is still Curry's team and somewhat hurt his ego, try to start his own super team, with Irving and later Harden, but it didn't work and now he want's to leave and try to join other team. His legacy will be affected by this move by Durant for sure.
4149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest missed opportunity in crypto on: August 12, 2022, 12:30:03 PM
Tell me a project you missed the biggest opportunity on that could have changed your life today...

In 2019 many people hate HEX and called it Ponzi scheme, I have more than 50$ to risk on this coin at the time, I bought some and I got 500,000+ HEX, this cost me around 11$ or so and in November 2021 one HEX turned 0.55$, that's whopping 280,000$ or more.

But isn't it HEX is still a scam coins though?

Anyhow, we have a lot of regrets and missed opportunities, XRP's I have a ton of that, was able to acquire during the bear market, but then I have to sell early because I needed some money.

It could have been huge if I was able to sold off during it's ATH, same with ETH, I have bought when it went so low below $100.00. But I didn't hold that long and suddenly it went as high as $4k in 2021.
4150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best time to play Slot on: August 12, 2022, 11:32:25 AM
I agree that there are a lot of players during holidays, specially Christmas time, if you can find people in malls, then definitely they are also in the casino's to enjoy with friends and families.

But then again, it depends on the time, as for me, I would like to gamble 9 pm onwards. Best time for me because there are a lot of players and if you believed that the more players in a casino, the better you chances to win then you can go with that.
4151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: August 12, 2022, 10:01:14 AM
^^ We gonna support him no matter what, if he losses again, then so be it. But if by chance he avenge his defeat then he could obviously get the belt back and win it for the Philippines again.

And if they see their mistakes in the first fight and let Ancajas box the way he wants then maybe we can see him winning but it will be a tough battle for sure. As you have said, Martinez now has the confidence an wanted to show that it's no fluke taking the belt from Ancajas.
4152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Teofimo Lopez vs Pedro Campa - Aug 13 on: August 12, 2022, 09:12:13 AM
Ok here is the press conference leading up to the fight:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZlb_dIyIWE

The usual, both fighters are very confident on themselves that they are going to win the fight.

Going to be interesting the undercard of Xander Zayas vs Elias Espadas for the Junior Middleweight.
4153  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: August 12, 2022, 08:47:06 AM

Nash is so humble at nakilala sya sa ganyan dati pa.

Quote
Marc Stein
@TheSteinLine
League sources tell me that the Nets were required to cut Kevin Durant a sizable check on the very next day after he asked to be traded. Full report and explanation:

https://twitter.com/TheSteinLine/status/1557736271497158658

4154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Sentiment Poll for August on: August 11, 2022, 02:42:40 PM
Sorry I haven't voted yet, I'm still looking at how BTC will move at least at the end of the month. We all know that everything even ETH price is somewhat correlated to BTC.

So if BTC entered and break the biggest barrier of $25k-$28k (currently we have a upsurge to $24k), then maybe at the end of the month we will see ETH breaking $2000 as well. Although I do agree that it is not hard to reach that price, still there could be some factors from BTC that will help investors to invest more again, not just for ETH but the rest of good and solid altcoins.

There's no right or wrong answer here.  And it's not about getting it right.  The poll is more like to know how you guys feel about the market for the month of August...  Your sentiment.  So yeah, just have fun with it.

Anyway I'm really surprised most of you don't think 2k is possible for ETH this month.  I guess this is the part when everybody doesn't trust the price action yet?  Kinda like when it was all at all time high and didn't think the trend down was coming.  Lol.

Ok, change my mind and voted "Yes", it seems that we are somewhat in a crypto bullish phase, specially Ethereum, it has broken the $1900 barrier now, and bitcoin almost on the threshold on breaking $25k, and even if that barrier is not broken, it will get weaken by the hour and obviously, just a matter of time before it can be breached.

I guess those who voted are kinda early though, prior to the current surge and not sure about the effect of the POS merge. And that that we have the CPI news and it seems not that bad and way below the expected numbers, it seems it has affected the bullish mentality now.
4155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Teofimo Lopez vs Pedro Campa - Aug 13 on: August 11, 2022, 09:22:18 AM
And now Oscar De La Hoya of Golden Boy Promotions is hyping his fighter Ryan Garcia who is also moving up in weight the same as Lopez. De La Hoya mentioned that Tank Davis and his team aren't serious about fighting KingRy since they get no replies. So now De La Hoya shifted on Teofimo and said that he will be watching Teofimo's upcoming fight.

Teo is Oscar's back up plan if ever the Davis vs Garcia is not going to happen. Teo though said that everyone is calling him, but when he laid out everything, this fighters try to price them out.

There is so much publicity and hype on the big quartet Haney, Teofimo, Tank, and KingRy. Are they bigger than championship belts? Although Haney and Teofimo are well accomplished already. Tank became a legit champion but only at super-featherweight yet he is probably the biggest name of the 4. KingRy is the least when it comes to accomplishments but he is the 2nd most popular or who knows maybe he is even more popular and marketable than Tank.

True, it's probably the hype though, Garcia, Davis and Lopez are the big name in terms of marketability. Although Haney is the champion, he doesn't have that marketable because of his style. But Ryan and Tank, they electrify the crowds with their knock out wins.
4156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Problem Gambler Feels After Losing on: August 11, 2022, 08:16:55 AM
I experience this all the way in a land base casino "Post-Loss Speeding", I will quickly bet higher on the next game, whether it's slot or card games such as baccarat. It's because of the frustrations of the previous results, maybe because I made the wrong bet or I'm thinking of doubling my bet in a slot machine or going down, and then that bonus happens. So frustrating and that I'm made that I will bet bigger to somewhat compensate what I have lost, but it is wrong, it's just pure emotions running on me for during that.
4157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 11, 2022, 07:40:47 AM
I know how important Green is in the Warriors and he is one of their best defenders but to ask for a 10-year contract? I don't know if it will happen because the Warriors will not get any benefit from it in the long run. That's too much I think and the Warriors can't even give him a max contract (for now). He is 32 years old and a few years from now, he will be in the post-prime period and his performance will slowly decrease thus, it will not help the Warriors so it's a no-no for me and maybe it would be better for the Warriors if they will just trade him if Green will push what he wants. Kinda hurt but it would be beneficial to the Warriors management.

There is no doubt about Green's importance in the team because he is a valuable asset to the team, but he should be informed enough that there's no team in the NBA who will grant him that long contract. I mean, he is quite older already and he won't be producing the same production he did in the years to come because of that age, he should know by now that it is the reality in the NBA since then because it's a business in the first place.

I think the maximum contract in the NBA is only 6 years. I don't know if Green is just wanting attention or trolling or bluffing or just high or drunk. It is even unlikely that GSW will give him a max contract. And his performance is not the same already as before so he will not be worth $32 million per year something.

I believe that GSW management, the splash brothers, Kerr, and the rest of the gang will persuade Draymond to remain with them. And I don't think any team in the NBA will want Draymond at $32 million per year.

His probably trolling, they just won the NBA finals against the odds and so he has some sort of bragging rights to tell anything to the media hehehe. Maybe he just wanted to see the reactions and promote his podcast to all basketball fans around the world so he has to make this kind of bold statement that we know ain't gonna happen. He will get the money from Golden State, but it's the money that they think he deserved
4158  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: August 11, 2022, 07:00:41 AM
At ngayon gusto na nya sibakin to? hehehe.

Inipit pa niya talaga iyong Team Owner hehe.

4159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: August 10, 2022, 11:57:01 PM
I was hesitant to bet on Meralco prior to the game. Their odds is @2.90 to win the game while SMB has only @1.4 if I remember it right. I have a feeling that Meralco will bounce back but I don't know why there's something that stopping me on doing that. What a regret but it's ok since we don't know in the first place what will be the result.

Meralco Bolts has an early attack did against SMB and they did a great work on putting SMB behind a big lead. But along the way, SMB manages to bounce back on the 2nd quarter and cut the lead to even 1 point. Meralco however bounces back at the half and repeat what they did on the 1st quarter putting again SMB on a big lead. They now maintained it until the garbage time and got the win.

Should be a choked game for them if Meralco loses that game despite getting a big lead the entire game. It's clear that they can take down SMB. No cooked  moments here but Meralco is just draining their field goals and that is something referees can't control. Smiley

And that's one reason why I beat on SMB because of that huge comeback in the second half. I have them at ML at 1.85 and I said that they have a lot of time to make a comeback in the 3rd and 4th quarter and chances are high for them.

So I didn't watch the game, and was quite surprised that Meralco on the other hand was able to maintain and then extend the league. If will be interesting the next game it will be an upset if SMB losses this series to them.
4160  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy coins at 17k weeks ago could be the best time to buy on: August 10, 2022, 11:39:24 PM
Today BTC moves are more bullish than ever, my chart says we going to 27-28k and many people are waiting for 10k BTC, I think charts don't lie like people do, if a bearish signal is coming your chart will tell you but sitting on your hands and hoping for a satisfying buy price can leave you with many regrets.
"YOUR CHART"? really? nostra damus?  lol any links towards that prediction? because if not then this is another misleading mate and please stop doing this.

Not because bitcoin increased  recently means we need to expect so much remember that this is still a Bullish year and considering that last year is a super bull year? then we are expecting dumping this year of 2022 .

It was going to 28k  Roll Eyes But we're still at 23k, what's wrong OP? You said your charts don't lie but people do, so did you lie to us?

Reading charts is like looking for a pattern where there's none or where there's more than one and you have to choose the one that fits your narrative, that's all.
It's impossible to make an accurate prediction when bitcoin depends on so many things like war in Ukraine, US FED rate hikes, inflation in Europe...

Unfortunately, it was a hard lessons for the OP to learn, of course, charts don't lie, but if you plot it wrong then the result will be wrong. And we all know that it is not accurate, and nothing is. It will be a good to at least learn how to do TA but don't rely on it as there are times that it will change and not be valid anymore. And currently we are still stuck on the $23k-$24k range pattern, and obviously, no $28k in the horizon. Of course, we wouldn't want $28k? but for now we need to wait, specially the CPI announcement, just a question if it will be positive or negative effect on all markets.
