But no seriously, what would you do with 10 exabytes of storage on your local computer? I need to know for a project.

10 exabytes of storage? I would probably try to download the entire Internet so I can use it offline.  Grin

Not very many can afford a Tesla car. That's why these car manufacturers are also making their own version, which some are already available and more affordable in the market. I, for one, is also looking forward to buy one in the near future. Right now, I can't afford yet. But that's one of my goals and also, to have my own charging station at home. We need to be self-sufficient somehow while helping the environment.

Yes. The future of electric cars is undoubtedly looking bright. We are likely to see an increase in the adoption of EVs in the coming years.
However, the only thing standing in their way is the limited infrastructure required for charging electric cars. We are currently in a situation where electric cars are limited to a handful of cities across the country. Thus, charging stations are not readily available and charging times are lengthy.

On the other hand, hydrogen has been the shining star of eco-friendly technology in the past. With strong backing from the U.S. government, hydrogen cars have been growing in popularity.
4163  Other / Off-topic / Re: Higher education, is it so important? on: February 28, 2021, 02:41:40 PM
In this era of rapid development, knowledge is particularly important. If you don’t have a degree, you will not be hired by the company. Many jobs require this threshold.
Wrong.

As long as you are skilled, you can land a job with that.

There are companies that are very open and doesn't care if you don't have a degree as long as you're in with their skills requirement and attitude.

I agree.
Do we really need that extra 2 or 4 years of school to be able to do whatever we want in life? I don't think so.
If you put in enough hard work and determination, it can be done by anyone. You don't need to get a fancy degree to make it in life.

What you do need, however, is the support of your friends and family, the dedication to doing the very best you can at everything you do, and a bit of luck.

Technological developments in the field of hydroponics and aquaponics technology is another vital factor that has propelled the market for indoor farming. As hydroponics and aquaponics improve the efficiency of farming and reduce the wastage of produce, the demand for these systems is likely to soar.
Although this system is known for cultivating almost everything under the sun, it can be used for much more. It can grow anything you could imagine and can replace the traditional method of growing as well.

Some get it just after a trial, others many trials. Always remember that your case or situation might be different and you might fall into the harder category of individuals.

Sometimes you just have to start over.
That's my motto and I have to remind myself of it every day.
4166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this still a good time on: February 28, 2021, 09:04:27 AM
Is it over already or it's not too late to invest in altcoins right now? I'm new to this crypto thing and I've been told to invest in top altcoins or BTC but the market isn't looking so good and I don't know if this is still a good time to invest or wait for red market

When do you think the market would look good? Have you ever heard of the "Buy the dips and sell the rips" strategy?
4167  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin price is so volatile? What are the major factors that drive it? on: February 28, 2021, 08:51:29 AM
Yes, Bitcoin price is extremely volatile. However, if you're looking to invest in the cryptocurrency market, you should be aware that Bitcoin has had one of the best performance records in the stock market history. So, you could potentially lose your money, or make a big profit. That's a big risk, but if you are comfortable with it, it could be a good thing. But more importantly, it could be a good way to learn more about the Bitcoin economy and how to profit from it.

This address provides me no privacy.
It's not straightforward to spend from an address with so many UTXOs.

The Bitcoin mission is far from complete. Fiat still exists. Everyone needs Bitcoin for savings they just don't know it yet.
I'll leave my public proof of HODL intact.

I'm not selling. Not those Bitcoins, not for fiat. And I'm not selling bitaddress.org

I'm around. Paying it forward. Donating to projects with the right ethos like Bluewallet.io and btc-rpc-explorer.

Run your own Bitcoin Core, run your own Electrumx, run your own Bitcoin block explorer. For the sovereignty and privacy.

An admirable attitude. And, good job with the bitaddress.org.
I can't even imagine what it must be like to hold so much coins.  Cheesy
4169  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Someone asked me he got $500 to invest in btc, is it the right time to enter? on: February 28, 2021, 08:36:43 AM
Now that the Bitcoin craze has abated, it's important to understand that there are several major camps when it comes to investing in Bitcoin and the digital currency it operates.

The first camp says that Bitcoin is an investment.
You can invest in it, you can store it, and you can use it to buy and sell goods and services.

The second camp believes Bitcoin is not an investment, but rather, a speculative investment.
An investor can speculate on a currency, but it's not an investment in the traditional sense of the word and in the sense that they will expect a long-term return on their investment.

The third camp sees Bitcoin as a currency. These folks use Bitcoin as the medium of exchange in their day to day life, which gives them an opportunity to also speculate on the value of the currency itself.

For everyone, it's about perception, and with the cryptocurrency now being used as a form of investment for institutional investors, there has never been a better time to get involved. But I agree with Lucius and others who stressed the importance of education and DYOR (Do Your Own Research).

now I'm really curious whether there will be some surprises today and tomorrow.

Thats on going now the last weeks so and specialy if you think this team should be winning the underdog make it  !
I have no concerns about the Bayern Munich game today against Cologne but yeah its possible that there will be a surprise.
Its hard to place bets on every game and the coming ones , dont know if the big teams droped back or the others picked up on the performance.

i don't think there will be any big surprises this saturday and all the favorites will win their home games.
but believing is not knowing Grin Cheesy

There is nothing guaranteed in betting mostly it depend on the day how any team could perform hopefully all will go smoothly. Even people are expecting for something interesting so let's see how this will go. I picked over 2.5 goals for Bayern Munich match instead of picking the favorite side.

Exactly. I hope Hertha win against Wolfsburg. I know this is a big slice for the Berliners and the Old Lady have lost 28 of their 56 Bundesliga matches, but anything is possible in football.

I love any kind of sports where you need to show strength of mind.
So that is Chess or Scrabble ..

In fact, all athletes need to train their minds just as they train their bodies in order to achieve peak performance.

Somehow I doubt it. I'm sure there are a lot more accounts on that farm.  Wink

while you have reported already in the plagiarism Thread , best to report the post also directly to the Moderator so the action will be faster and the banning will come His way shortly  Grin

Thank you, I did that.
But I still don't see that the account is banned.

I have 5 x 5700xt,dual psu 1x1200w 1x850..so i use sata cable to supply my riser..and i have so muc issues whit that..so i want to change power supplies for my riser..6 pin male to 8 pin (6+2) male pcie power cable..what is your opinion about that..worth it..i post pictures as well..

I wouldn't skimp on cables. In my opinion, 6/8pin GPU power adapters from SATA or Molex are the most common causes of problems due to poor connector quality and transient resistances. Use only dedicated 6/8pin PCIE cables and premium brand power supplies.

I can't say much about the cables in the picture, but they seem ok to me.

I've been playing football (soccer) for nearly 10 years. My dad and brothers played before me and it was something I always wanted to do. It's a great team sport and the social aspect of it is great. The club I play for have been great with supporting me and giving me the opportunity to play for the first team, and I'm grateful for that.
