I do think it is a great time to have your #83 cards graded.  Any #83 ginter x, silver glossy's, or any numbered cards.  I doubt I would grade and regular common or mini's..  300.00 is a little much to pay for grading for the commons.

Yep I'm just waiting for psa to catch up, not worth a "quick" turn for $300 that's robbery.  Will wait for the value and economy options come back online.  They are catching up the backlog fairly rapidly now.  I imagine there is a ton a more graders working than we're in 2020.  Wonder how it's gonna effect the quality of the grading.

I wonder if economy prices will ever come back.

They will no one will grade a card worth under $500 ever again beckett will take all of their business.  They will 100% be back.  I imagine a good portion of their business is value and economy.

Beckett raised their minimum grading cost to 250.00, yuk.

Beckett and psa will get a dose of market cool off.  Trust me the $20 grading will be back shortly.  As card prices continue to fall so will be the urgency to grade especially at insane prices.  Grading is mostly for flippers, it needs to make cost sense for people to grade and right now it's not unless you are sitting on diamond cards.

Looks like game 2 will be different from game 1.

Despite the dominance the Suns have shown in game 1, this line movement now is very suspicious for me.
Suns are now only -4.5. I guess more money will flow for the Suns with this line, however, this looks like a trap for me.
Your thoughts on this guys.

Yeah me too.  I'm still on the Suns but that dip is sus.  A late drop in odds is never good for the favorite but the Suns look strong.  Yeah they aren't gonna sweep but coming off that game and still at home is when I want to lay on them.  Maybe drop the over too.
4165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dissapointments of the creation of the thousands of failed altcoins. on: July 08, 2021, 10:13:56 PM
99.99% of every altcoin is just a clone with a different name and supply.  There is no point to most of them.  In fact I'd go to offer and say most of the people who create them have already created hundreds of others, they profit and move on.  That's the game.  Ignore them and it won't bother you anymore
4166  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [INFO] Topps Allen & Ginter Reference Thread on: July 08, 2021, 10:11:22 PM
Looks like #83 has cooled a bit.  When bitcoin takes off again I believe we will see a surge in prices for these cards.  This is the perfect time to have your cards graded during this lull period.   Cool Cool

It's not the #83 it's the whole market.  Sports cards definitely peaked early this year and have all come down significantly.  Even though it's not "sports" the crypto card will also move as the sports card industry moves.

I think the #83 is however more closely tied to the price of bitcoin than it is to the sportscard industry.

I don't know Dolph.  There is no direction connection to price like load value or anything.  If you track the price rise and fall it coincided with the entire sports card craze.  Not saying there isn't different collectors of the crypto card but the rise and fall have been the same.
4167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH to $10K? on: July 08, 2021, 08:49:12 PM
The much-awaited EIP-1559 upgrade will make ETH scarcer than ever. Demand seems to be on the rise lately, although prices have stalled quite a bit because of the bearish market. Projects like Uniswap, Compound, Aave, and even MakerDAO should make ETH more valuable over time. At a price of $2,085 (since the time of this writing), I'd say that ETH is quite a bargain these days.

I'm starting to wonder how much ETH will be worth in the future. After all, it's the best cryptocurrency in the world (besides Bitcoin). If BTC reached astronomical gains within such a short amount of time, then ETH can easily reach "Mars". What do you think? Will $10K per ETH be feasible in the long term? If not, why? What is your price prediction for the next 5 years? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Smiley

It all depends on orange coin honestly.  If bitcoin goes to $500k will eth going to $10k be a "success"?  It's all relative same thing with the reverse.  If bitcoin goes to $5k do I think eth can go to $10k. Change the future guess in terms of sats and now ypu have a level playing field.  Otherwise too many obstacles to ever predict ANY alt price.
4168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto - place where promise is worth more than product on: July 08, 2021, 08:46:34 PM
Crypto is definately a "get ahead of it" game.  Buying alts before anything is ever shown from it is a keen to gambling, some win most lose.  The only winners are always the "developers".  The alt game is fixed, everyone loses as soon as the market turns for the worse.  This next bear will be no different, bankrupting paper richess from people who blindly thought it was their right to just...get rich.
4169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: EURO 2020 England vs Italy - Poll ⚽ on: July 08, 2021, 08:41:55 PM
Honestly I think Italy takes it.  Whether it's in reg time or extra time I don't know.  They looked real good against Spain and don't feel the same about how England looked.  They seem susceptible to a counter and Italy is real creative.  Going to take a real concerted effort I think from the English side to get over on Italy.

Hello BTT Users,

As You all Know That Elon Musk Has a Great Role in Current Btc Manipulation, and as tesla bot acept bitcoin btc more due to bitcoin energy issue.
Now A Big Meeting is going On 22 July 2021, Between Elon Musk and Jack Dorsey, So what can happen in this meeting? As Jack always try to do good for bitcoin sp he will Convence elon and
Tesla will again Accept Bitcoin? Btc will got o 20k$ or 70k$?
As I am Perosnally Thinking that we can't Ignore this meeting,
what you people can think? Share Your views

I don't think either.  If I had to pick it would be 20k, there just isn't enough steam or buy pressure to get a double out of bitcoin in a couple weeks.  It easily can slide though...hoping for a lot of sideways trading for awhile.
4172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 07, 2021, 11:46:42 PM
I myself have underestimated them at the start of the post season. I though they were just lucky they get passed the Lakers in the first round because Davis struggle to play throughout that series. But they proved me wrong. Ayton, Booker, CP3, and the rest of the Suns seems like in a perfect sync this post season.
Even If they can't win the Finals this year, I believe they'll still be intact next season as they are a power house team in the West.
It will be harder for them to win the next championship because the Lakers and other strong teams have enough time to rest until next season. I mean, players won't be injured as often as they have been this season. Anyway, the Suns have all chance to win this final if they will be playing as well as in the first game.

Everyone seems to be talking about the Suns winning in the Finals, what if the Bucks will win in game 2? what would be the speculation then? I get it, the Suns had a great game 1 performance, but we still can't deny that the Bucks came from hard-fought before going to the NBA Finals, therefore, I believe they'll not easily give up the fight here and would bounce back soon.

I just think it's based on the matchups, Suns are a difficult team to play.  Will the Bucks just lay down, no.  They very well can win tonight.  I just think they have too much firepower to lose 4 games against the bucks with cp3 at point.  If cp3 can't play for whatever reason then I don't know if the Suns would win more than a game or 2.  Hoping to see cp get his cup.
4173  Economy / Economics / Re: Which cryptocurrency do you decide to invest in for the long-term? on: July 07, 2021, 10:30:21 PM
I am a newbie who has just entered the currency circle, and I am very interested in the crypto market.
I want to try to buy some coins, but now I lack the analysis and judgment of the crypto market. Which cryptocurrency is more valuable and has appreciation potential?

The answer 10 out of 10 times will always be bitcoin.  Start there build yourself up with bitcoin and then it'll bits and pieces of other alts.  Don't be fooled by the last run up, in bad times alts really bite it.  Don't let anyone sway you otherwise.
4174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: July 07, 2021, 10:28:16 PM
it's actually quite fitting that they main host of the Euro 2020 (5 out of 6 games playing at home) get that penalty call..."home advantage"  Roll Eyes  Tongue

jokes aside, England deserved the win. Denmark were very poor but mainly cos their opponent dominated the entire match.

betting markets for the Final went live on Pinnacle, one of the sharpest bookies:

interesting

bad decisions like that are part of the game even with VAR.
? ? ? ? ?
the main reason VAR was created was to avoid bad decisions

Yeah that sucked the way Denmark lost even after the save if he could have just covered it or deflected it the other way.  Oh well I think the better game will be England-italy anyway.  I like Italy to win it all.  They just look too good to lose right now.
4175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Dogecoin overpriced? on: July 07, 2021, 04:43:51 PM
DOGE is an attractive coin
Prices will rise again in the fall
At that time, with BABY DOGE

Really with baby doge.  You do know how stupid that sounds right.  All of these clone coins will disappear as soon as we are in full bear mode.  Wallstreetbets got people money and in a couple moments wit will all vanish because of these stupid doge clones.  You missed the doge run its over.

Can we live Without btc?
I think we Can so then we Don't need it.
For money Transactions btc its a Bad choise.
Stable coins are good for Transactions.

So btc is Pure speculation its Only the matter of Time When government Will ban Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is not needed You Can breathe without btc and you Can live uour daily life without btc.

There is no reason that government Will let the btc to stay alive.

Tron Ethereum are different those blockchains government Will use it for stable coins.

But Bitcoin?  What for is it?

Did you just say governments will use tron lol seriously?  Governments are already started to look into bitcoin and using it as a choice currency.  They are working with bitcoin.  Would love to see anything remotely related to them working with tron

Can't wait for the eng-den game.  Think I'm going to throw a punt on Denmark to win.  Would love to see them go into the finals against Italy would be a fun game to watch.

Great game last night but Spain will never be able to finish stronger teams without some more help up top.  They created as many chances as they needed to win but lack a clear goal scorer.  Onto tonight's game.  Should be another great game hopefully as good as last nights.
4179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will dogecoin drop to $0.2 again? on: July 07, 2021, 01:30:34 PM
Easy enough, just short doge against usd.  I'm on the thinking that doge will plummet.  Tons of money can be made on the downside as well.  And everyone saying Elon needs to do something,  Ultimately he can't do anything about the price his tweets and support were artificially propping it up.
4180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to make good profits through ICOs? on: July 07, 2021, 12:33:47 PM
Hi there, I was looking at a couple of ICOs on CMC today (especially at Safelaunch) and it's been a while that I started to analyze the "results" of some previous ICOs like Centrifuge, Bytenext and other random coins.

I noticed that their ICO price was way lower even than the very first opening price, so I was wondering if it could be a good idea to regularly take part in these events, and, if an ICO allows me to freely manage the money I placed in it (for instance, immediately taking back my money if my profit target has been reached).

P.S: with "good profits" I don't mean bullshit like 10x, 100x and "to the moon", (obviously everyone has a different conception of "good profits"), but a decent amount of money that allows me to make an accumulation plan, would be great to see other people's experience.

Can you profit off some yeah.  But why not wait until all the scam ones are weeded through and buy the select few after they make it or show they are legitimate.  I mean you won't make the same return but your downside risk is much lower.  Ypu can wipe out your stack picking a wrong couple of scam icos
