4161  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do whales got burnt in the market. on: September 08, 2019, 11:23:41 PM
Most folks do believe that the market is been controlled by whales while some don't. some believed that nobody controlled the market.
My question is simple. just like newbies and novices got rekt and burnt in the market, DO Whales got burnt, Rekt or funds got  liquidate in this crypto market.?
i think Nobody controls this market.

All traders are affected by fluctuations and volatility. Whales don't have the magic to avoid it.

Controlling the market is not the usual they will buy or sell then everyone will do it too, it's not how controlling the market means. They will attempt to do something big then they will see if the community will react. If majority follows, then good to them. If not, then the attempt to do something on that coin is failed. However here in BTC that was difficult to do now because of the reason we already know. But in other small altcoins, manipulations really happen.

4163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where To Spen Bitcoins? Full List. on: September 08, 2019, 10:41:20 PM
I used to buy games on Steam with Bitcoins, but i think that its gone now. They said in a article that they are still unsure to add Bitcoin as a payment option.

No need. Just buy game cards with btc.

Can you give us some of the sites where you can buy game credits with BTC directly? And since you said "no need" does the site support Steam games?

We have a local third party crypto payment processor here on that kind of service but it's only limited on our country I guess. So that is a big help for other gamers out there who don't have a service like that available in their country.
4164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo vs Kovalev WBO Light Heavyweight Championship on: September 08, 2019, 06:30:30 PM
Wow, didn't expect Canelo to climb from Middleweight to Light Heavy, I mean didn't he start down at Lightweight or Featherweight? That's going to be a big difference for him.

He is already used to fight on Middleweight division, therefore, it's not a big concern anymore if he starts at LightWeight or Featherweight.

Middleweight class is about 154-160lbs so let's assume that for every after he weigh-in and step on the ring in every fight, he will weigh additional 5lbs or 10lbs which is already a weight range for Light Heavy class. Not a big difference at all in terms of weight.

I'm not also looking at Kovalev's age as a disadvantage since knowing him, as a champion at LightHeavy weight class, his body is used to receive hard blows at this class. Moreover, I'm seeing this match will be a close fight, a prime challenger vs a current veteran champion, no dominant, no underdog.
4165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling affected your personal reputation? on: September 08, 2019, 04:55:02 PM
Everyone stating that gambling will affect someone's image in the society so this is actually happened with you?

For me it happened once why are you gambling its a sin in our life I replied its my wish I can do what ever I wanted.

That's normal - either they care for you or look at you as not the type of person should be accompanied with. As for me, why should I care for others view if I know to myself that I'm a responsible gambler? My money came from my own pocket, came from my own work so I will do whatever I like as long as it won't affect the allocation for my personal spendings.

It really happens. So up to us if we will be affected to that or not. We know ourselves more than them.
4166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Own Version Of Martingale Your Opinion on: September 07, 2019, 01:37:35 PM
My strategy is I started off with 10 sats I just add or double my bet the next time if I lose so if I lose 5 straight and win on my 6th I started my bet again on the bottom.

May I ask what's the usual way of martingale you have known? Since you have your own version, it means there is an original version.

Or you are confused about martingale? What you did is the usual martingale. Nothing different.

I don't understand how it becomes your own version. In the end, it will not work in the long run and kind of a waste of time for 10 sats capital and 3 to 4 hours playing and you will only earn pennies in return.
4167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 on: September 07, 2019, 01:19:45 PM

This is perhaps the most exciting match in the tournament so far. In my country, the matches are not available on cable TV. However, they are freely available on mobile streaming. Watching on my mobile right now... USA is off to a good start, and they are leading by 2 points now (19-17). The first quarter is over, and there was a strong comeback by Greece. They took the score from 19-13 to 19-17 during the last few seconds.

Watching it live now on Facebook. I'm not just sure if it's allowed to say the name here of that group who streaming the video. There are lots.

Currently now at halftime. The score is 38-25 USA. After that close score in 1Q 19-17, USA now outscored Greece 19-8 at 2Q.

Greece needs to work hard. It's hard to bounce back whenever the USA got that margin of lead.
4168  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Shapeshift giving away $10 dollars? on: September 07, 2019, 12:49:11 PM

What the hell with this promotion?

Did they suffer a lot during their KYC debacle? And luring their customers back again by offering this so called $10 promotion?

Why surprised and taking that as a "hell of promotion"?

Whatever their reason, it's a good promo after all. It's a form of marketing and I don't see any wrong with that.

Shapeshift is a good platform and a big help for those users who always use their service. People have to accept that KYC is now part of crypto world especially when they are dealing with other company's service.
4169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many times have you gone against majority on: September 07, 2019, 12:29:10 PM

How many times have you gone against the crowd and smiled to the bank

Since I'm not familiar with how betting is done in football, are you talking about those winning bets on an underdog team with higher odds?

If that is, already experienced that lots of times. In basketball, upsets always happened so I like the idea of placing bets for underdogs. But I'm not that type of bettor who will just pick for a high odds. At least, I must see something to that underdog team that their chances is high in beating team.
4170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Spence Jr vs Porter on: September 07, 2019, 11:43:53 AM
Looks like the dog is undervalued much here, with that said, I'll be taking the dog by betting on Porter.
Porter has also an impressive record with 30 wins and only 2 loses, he is older but there's only slight disparity on the age gap here.

Spence is dangerous due to his high knockout record and this guy is undefeated, that's why people are rooting for him to win.
Hopefully they will be able to give a good fight, whoever wins this fight might be a good opponent of Manny in his next fight.

Height doesn't matter in Welterweight division. That division is more sensitive about maintaining weight associated with serious diet, so even how tall the boxer is, if they didn't maintain a good shape around the given weight for that division/class, boxers will have difficulty at the weigh-in and on the ring. It's more even dangerous for much taller guys. I see that height just have an advantage in lower weight division starting from Bantamweight to Featherweight since no need to put pressure on a diet since the weight requirement is easy to achieve.

And age also doesn't matter here just as you said, the gap is just small.

Porter is the underdog here but it doesn't mean he can't give Spence a hard fight. There is a chance that he might upset the much dominant Spence. Wishing you luck on your bet.
4171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cheaters . who caused the cryptocurrency to go down on: September 07, 2019, 11:18:53 AM
What do you think about the project that spent a lot of money to advertise but was taken advantage of by cheater, I saw a person who created a lot of accounts to cheat and eat over 5000 $, there are really a lot of very good projects. but it is these fraudsters that cause those projects to die. I think there needs to be a company specializing in combating fraudsters. Cryptocurrency can grow

Let's changed the story, let's say if ever an investor dumps a $5,000 worth of tokens that bought during ICO, you will assume that the project will surely fail?

Don't blame those cheaters. If you will look at the bounty allocation, only few go to the bounty program and that $5,000 worth of token is just a small portion of that bounty allocation. Just do the math from there.

If you are talking about bounty cheating inside the forum's premises then report that user to the mods with complete details and proofs.
4172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Sport Has Many Gambling Supporters (State Your Opinion) on: September 07, 2019, 10:56:07 AM

Reading the OP's main post, the subject of popularity is based on the activity of gambling sports threads here in the forum. He based on the current activity of those threads here in gambling section so I'm not sure if he is taking the discussion in general or limited only on this forum.

If that's in general, OP should disregard the activity of those threads since we all know that not all posters are gamblers itself. Looking at the global general statistics, still, the sport where big money is being gambled is football and soccer. That sport almost involved lots of countries compare to other sports that's why it has a large coverage throughout the gambling world.
4173  Economy / Services / Re: Betting Arbitrage on: September 05, 2019, 02:07:05 AM
Betting on sports is very risky. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. This is NOT a long-term strategy to make you money, no matter how lucky you are. I am offering a private service that allows you to bet on sports and win money no matter what the outcome. By subscription to this service you get multiple high quality signals in crypto-only casinos (for which no verification is needed). Each of these signals allows you to make a few % return on your investment with no risk.

To get additional info feel free to join LuckyBot Discord server.

You are contradicting your own statement.

Mentioning sports betting is very risky while at the end your signals will sure returns with no risk involved. Smiley

Sports betting is not about signals. If you are good to it then better keep it to yourself and be rich.

4175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 on: September 03, 2019, 10:49:16 PM
United States doesn't seem to be able to win the tournament as easy as I expected before the tournament.

Who else doesn't think of that? Composed of young stars with only a few years playing in the NBA and now playing at the World Cup.

USA does really gave these advantages to other teams but in the end, they will be the winner, sure of that. Greece is more on hype just because the current NBA MVP is there but not enough to overthrow USA. Other unbeaten countries in other groups just do some warm-ups.

The real battle will happen on the next round.
4176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: August 20, 2019, 09:36:54 PM
He wanted to be the main man.

I remember reading/watching from years ago that the main reason why he ended up with the Rockets and not re-signing with the Lakers was that he thought Kobe wasn't willing to pass the torch (yet). He can't adjust to the system built around Kobe and Harden because he wanted it to be just like in Orlando where he was the main man.

I disagree that he wants to be the main man when he was on the Lakers. He already knows that Kobe is the face of the Lakers. He wasn't used to Kobe's ball hog. He complained about that since he wasn't getting the ball enough.

He likes to contribute on offense but not as the main man, however, he didn't get any chances. That's why he said later on that he will become dominate aside from scoring and it happened as he got the league leader in rebounding that season.
4177  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betchain on: August 19, 2019, 11:12:20 PM
Allegedly I had created one or more duplicate accounts, on the same ip address. However I wasn’t using any promotions so really I had no reason to do that. Prior to this win, was once or twice i had cashout without them asking for any documents. So I assume, if it was the documents then someone else must have stolen my identity card? I have also uploaded a selfie picture holding that ID, so if any duplicated accounts were found with the same ID as me most surely as the account holder i can know at least the username or email address of the account right?

They can detect if there's unusual activity on that other account. If there's not it shouldn't be a reason for them to shut down your account and takes your winnings.

You can also comply with KYC but they give you that option. Hmmmmmmm...
4178  Economy / Gambling / Re: GOOD TIPSTER :) on: August 18, 2019, 11:12:34 PM
but anyway, has anyone tried their service? also, if someone is trying to advertise that channel, either he is the real creator or he has hidden agenda, and that we dont know..

As a high rank here in the forum, is that really matter to you?

Just ignore their channel. No need to know if there's someone out there tested their service.
4179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 on: August 18, 2019, 10:52:04 PM
Spain and USA played on a scrimmage and the score ended up 90-81 in favor of USA. It was a close match yet I ended up watching only the highlights of the game. There was a player of Spain that is a great shooter. He's like 3-5 feet away from the arc yet he still scores the basket. I forgot the name of the guy was. Well, that's world's  first and second placer guys. What do you think they'll do in the world cup?

The game hasn't been closed all the time if you watch the whole game and not just the highlights.

The biggest run made by Spain that game is 12-2 although still a big lead after that run.

Exhibition match though so both teams didn't give their 100%.
