I just read on the discord that there will be some big news coming for this coin. I also hope that the dev comes here to announce the big news as I know a lot of people do visit this thread for news on the coin. I'm sure it will be exciting news as there hasn't really been much going on with this coin for a long time now. I'm glad that I have stuck with it for all this time and been staking ready for the day something finally happens here.

FINALLLLLYY FIGURED IT OUT....... FOR MAC users
you must use the TEXTEDIT app and copy and paste the node list of the previous post in that..... then name it 808.conf, before you save that file in TextEdit , click the TextEdit name in the top left corner of screen and go to preferences.. under the first tab make sure its in plain text and not rich text.... then click the other tab and make sure the .txt extension box is UNCHECKED.... then click save and copy the file...
open up Finder and click the GO tab at the top....you need to click the LIBRARY tab which isn't shown, so to get it to show you need to hold the alt/option key and it will show up... then click LIBRARY....... Then Click APPLICATION SUPPORT...... Then click 808... It should be the one of the first ones...... then paste your 808.conf file there.... RESTART your wallet and it will SYNC !!!!!!
That is great news for Mac users. I'm not a Mac user however this will surely help people out and that is why I think this post deserves some merit so I gave you 1 merit for this. What I want to ask is, my moin coins which I bought from cryptopia will be ok after the swap is finished, right? No hard forks, or need to change the wallet or anything like that.

Even if, unlikely as it is, circumstances led to people's coins being locked on an exchange for longer than 12 months, we'd simply extend the swap. Last few fortnightly updates from Jookly have been brief and I think maybe some summary of the work done could bring in more people as I have a feeling that everyone is still waiting for some news in order to get involved Yes I'm wondering about what has been done or is going to be done when it comes to this coin swap. I'm hoping that most of the specs stay the same like PoS and max coin supply remain the same. As they seem to work perfectly and inflation is under control with what we have currently. You are right about people wanting to get involved with MOIN but they first want to see something from the dev team, I actually have several people on Twitter who are interested in the MOIN project but are now waiting to see what happens after this coin swap and what MOIN will become. |

how long it takes to update wallet for coinexchange.io ,Vegas we should try to get listed on other exchanges then we would be able to get more daily volume
The dev did say that the Coinexchange wallet update could take a week and up to 4 weeks depending on how fast they work at updating the wallet. I'm hoping that its very soon as I want to pick up some more VGS to add to my stack which will then give me enough to run a masternode. |

I am not high just saying a lot of sell pressure, look at the time and sales log. Sell orders are being triggered not very many buy orders. Sellers are driving the price down currently, are you high?
I hope these 1,000 buy orders aren't fake and will be removed when the price reaches them

So easy to understand - no need to dump as solaris is a desired coin at the moment and dumping it is the only reason price is where it is at the moment. Eeejits... And don't say it is miners and masternodr owners trying yo get their profits as this is bs. They woukd make much more selling higher instead of dumping. One day without a dump and prices will be at least 10% higher. Not always my friend as people just want their returns and don't have the patients to wait which is why miners sell their mined coins. People who bought Solaris masternodes at the high price over $40 will also want to get back some of what they put in even at this price. This is the problem we have in crypto, people are not patient or they panic when everything starts to fall so their mind set is to get as much as they can now in case it falls even lower. I agree they would make a lot more selling higher but that requires them to wait and have patients which most people don't have. For me I have been holding Solaris since July last year and I could of sold when the price spiked however I decided to hold for the long term as I believe in the future of Solaris. It still doesn't make sense to me. You can clearly see movements in the solaris price. Often even 10% difference a day. Place a realistic sale order in an achieveable region and wait a few hours. Dump leads to loses. I would love to hold however constant trading gives me a lot more. For example I doubled my solaris portfolio in a week. Why not? Holding at this dump will make me lose not gain... I do agree with you as I don't know why people sell at these prices but like I said maybe they don't have the patients to wait for the Solaris price to go up and just want to sell each time they mine or earn a MN reward. It will be interesting to see what happens once mining is over which will be very soon to see if this will have an effect on the price. More masternodes have come online in recent weeks now over 700 which is a good thing and I expect more to come online as we get closer to txbit launching as people will want to benefit from the rewards from that exchange. |

Well we know that lower ranked teams can sometimes beat the top ranked teams but this was a surprise to me seeing WBA beat Man Utd at home and in return give Man City the title. I would of liked to of seen Man City earn it in their next game at home. What an amazing season Man City have had and congrats to Pep Guardiola on winning the EPL title in the toughest league in the world and to do it in his second season is simply amazing. Now as I'm a City fan I would like to see if they can win the CL title next season.

May is holding up strong for the past couple of weeks which is great to see. This tells us that there is a lot of support for the coin and that people ain't dumping their May now like they were before. Maybe people are starting to see the power May has to offer with mining and staking the coin as soon the block reward doubles to 800 in less then 20,000 blocks from now. I can't wait to start staking them 800 coin rewards!

I think the dev team are doing a great job! Its great to see that they have chosen CryptoBridge as there first exchange to list on and I'm sure there will be many more in the future but to have CryptoBridge first is a good start. Also its good to see them reward the early people who purchased XFE with this 100% bonus. The future looks very good here and I can't wait until the marketplace platform gets more exposure as it looks really good.

I have some good news and that is I have been in talks with someone who is willing to help out and make Boat a top coin. However the problem is that he needs to get in contact with the dev which might be hard to achieve as we haven't seen him around for months now. If anyone can help get in contact with him it would be great as the person I have been talking to is serious about helping out on the project.

Nice win for Man City as they bounced back strong after a poor couple of weeks in the EPL and CL so it was good to see them get the win and now they are one step closer to winning the title. If Man Untd lose City win the title but I can't see that happening with Man Untd playing at home against the bottom ranked team. Next match for Man City should see them wrap the title up at home.

Yeah, I'm started my new youtube account about a month ago, but it may take some time before the videos start ranking better on youtube/google search which will ultimately spread the word better on 808 and the other coins. Greetings! I would like to know about the .conf file. In what folder should he be lying? If you put it in a folder C:/users/NAMEUSER/appdata/roaming, will the wallet work? After all, most wallet QT have a file that is there. by default the file TheresaMay.conf is in the directory C:/Program Files/TheresaMay
Yes the May .conf file should be in the appdata roaming May folder. I had to add some nodes when I first started the wallet for the first time and since then I haven't had to add any more as it seems most people stay connected to the network for staking. |

My wallet got stuck a few days ago and when I tried restarting it again it wouldn't move so I had to delete everything except the wallet.dat file and restart and that seemed to fix the problem. I'll wait at least 24 hours before starting to stake again to make sure that the wallet doesn't get stuck again.

I have also sent in a ticket about this a while ago when I noticed that the MOIN wallet was in maintenance when I knew that the wallet was working perfectly like it has always done. But like Jookly I'm still waiting and it could take up to 60 days before we get a reply. I just hope they ain't doing what some other exchanges do and that is stake people's coins. Because I see no reason why the MOIN wallet should be in maintenance?
