4161  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin affiliates on: November 29, 2016, 08:33:21 PM
I am working on a project for starting my own bitcoin blog. What is the best affiliates program about this niche that you know? The purpose is to find the best affiliate in order to monetize my blog Wink

Affiliate's programs or ads networks? People monetize blogs, sites with ads networks.

If you are looking for this, I suggest you to look on this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1108616.0

The best alternatives aren't disponible for you if you don't have enough Alexa ranking traffic. It's necessary to have a very well frequented blog/site to start earning income from the best ones (like Mellowadz).
4162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In what gambling games are you good at? on: November 29, 2016, 08:30:09 PM
I'm not good in any game, all depends the luck. If I'm lucky on that instant, on that day, I will make good profit, if I'm too unlucky, I will just lose money. There isn't a way to be good on gambling games, or you have luck or you don't have it.

The only factor can increase your chance to be lucky, is your bankroll. If you have much money to gamble, more chances to earn money, because you can make more bets until your money goes out. Risky anyway...
4163  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Play games to earn bitcoins on: November 29, 2016, 08:26:59 PM
If you are looking for ones that pays you to play the most popular games like league of legends dota or cs go then this is the place for you https://www.leet.gg/ but they don't pay as much,as you think just a few satoshis.

My head hurts from that website.

I don't think there will ever be a website that will pay you to play games (any significant amount rather than a few satoshis) because that won't be paying off for them. You can enter tournaments and stuff like that, but like playing one game and earning btc, nah.

That is because game's developers won't create very good games to pay users to play it. If they put a lot of effort on their projects, they will want to make profit from it later (and a lot of profit). Faucet owners and another BTC site's owners, make small profit for them, because they have to pay many users.

The only option would be play a MMORPG or any other account game, upgrade your account (character level, stuff, statistics) and to try to sell it later for some BTCs. I have already saw people doing this... Depending your skills in making the account progress, you can earn more or less money.
4164  Economy / Marketplace / Re: as this a marketplace on: November 29, 2016, 08:23:32 PM
Is your game just to choose boy or girl and wait the result? 50% of victory?

If it's simple like this, I think it won't work... People want extra features on sites to start using it. You could at least add option "old" and "young". Each one choose a old boy, girl or young boy, girls. If the player predict the age or gender, he wins half profit.  Smiley
4165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Satoshi reveals himself, what would be of Bitcoin? on: November 29, 2016, 08:15:37 PM
I suppose he is not going to do that, because just as you noted they are likely either to put him in jail or at least to make him pey huge taxes for what he earned by this creation. They may even force him to create some superstructure for bitcoin which will make people pay taxes to somebody at least. That is why he just can't afford doing such a think. Bitcoin may then start being free and 'put into jail' instead or with its creator.

I don't think he would be put in a jail. When this kind of person is discovered and some countrie's governments want to kill him, another countries offer a exile on their embassy. The person can live there without worries, doing nothing all day long... Probably just on the internet, playing games, watching TV. But I believe the life he is having now is fine as well, much profit for him for the rest of his life.

4167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do any people gamble under the age of 18? on: November 29, 2016, 08:05:42 PM
With all the FIAT sports books and casinos asking all kind of documents for verification pretty much you don't stand a chance to play there under the age of 18.

Totally different with bitcoin. Bitcoin is freedom for anyone. I don't know if it's bad or not bad for people to gamble under the age of 18 (personally I think it is bad) but bitcoin casinos and sportsbook allows this.

Since the person under 18 is playing with bitcoin, I assume he is smart enough to know bitcoin so I also assume he can differ good from bad.
I think it's bad to gamble for below 18 years age, if the person is really smart he/she wouldn't gamble at all. once they get into gambling they'll become an addict, it will ruin their lives. therefore the parents should keep an eye on their children and do the right thing.

Yes, it's not recommended, but, depends each individual. Some teenagers can become very addicted by playing gambling few times, but others can control themselves easily to play gambling in a smart way, just betting the amount they are afford to lose. We can't control people for all their lives, society must give them freedom, so they can learn responsability to don't waste their lives in gambling games, drugs and another things people are addicted.

Congratulations on running your own forum,it's not easy to run a forum, you will encounter a lot of problems internal and external but the most important issue that you are going to face are active members that are going to populate your forum.
Thank you. You're right. I really need some active members but I am really worried about how to get them.  Cry Cry Cry

Advertise your forum on twitter and facebook. Post the link with some informations about the forum. For an example: how much people can earn by creating threads, by replying others...

I don't know if it will work 100%, because most people aren't interested in low rewards, they want to be rich without doing nothing. A good forum system would be with a satoshi generator system implemented. You can adjust how much satoshi you give on generator proportional to the income of ads and the traffic of members.
4169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: blockchain development vs bitcoin on: November 29, 2016, 04:26:24 PM
i am a frequent reader of discussion here seldom post. I simply keep buying bitcoin weekly no matter the price, not into trading, feel the price is still very low compared to future possibility and feel it is a good investment.

now that is out of the way, what will the effect of blockchain technology be on the value of bitcoin? Every couple days it appears some new corporation appears to be exploring, developing, or integrating blockchain technology. Will this cause a decrease in need for Bitcoin and deem it useless in the years to come? thoughts?

It will provoke a increase of Bitcoin demand. If something is being improved and very well developed, people will want to start using it, they will want to be a part of it. As the Bitcoin technology is being improved every time, it's become useful for more people each new day.

In years, we will have a very well developed currency technology with many supporters, each one can be a businessman by himself using Bitcoins, you can sell, buy stuff anytime, without bureucracy, and that is why I think Bitcoin will be very successful as it's being until now.
4170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: find satoshi? on: November 29, 2016, 04:22:48 PM
No need to find him, Bitcoin is doing just fine as it is and I don't see any need for anyone to go and find him. There is simply nothing that you can get out of finding Satoshi, and it would likely be more detrimental than anything. He just becomes a target for countries around the world to try and secure some power over the blockchain, whether or not they actually would be able to do anything with him.

And aside from the governments, a lot of individual criminals and criminal gangs might be going after him too, for all his millions of bitcoins. Yeah, I know he has only ~980,000 bitcoins, but it is still worth the effort. Thus it might be a wise decision overall to disappear without a trace. Though his bitcoins should be working and not sitting idly in his wallets. Why he wouldn't just share them equally among bitcoiners?

And then people could safely forget about him

All this talk about descentralized currency, no one controls the Bitcoins... But, he made a good profit with that. If he wouldn't be the currency's creator, he wouldn't have that big profit. Surely he deserves this right, but we he had profitable benefits, going against the Bitcoin philosophy.

But for his own safety, he can't show his ID, this can be very risk for him. Governments harassing all the time, terrorists tryng to coopt him, thiefs trying to steal him or Kidnap.
4171  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Bitcoin Cures Faucet on: November 29, 2016, 04:29:44 AM
What is this? A faucet or a casino? I would like just to click on the link, fill the captcha and earn the 200 satoshis, but it's necessary to sign up on ''Money Pot'', and it says:

''Login to MoneyPot
What is this?

In order to use Bitcoin Cures, you must either login or register an account with MoneyPot.

You will then be able to deposit Bitcoin into your MoneyPot account and spend them at Bitcoin Cures.''

I don't want to deposit Bitcoins, I just want to withdraw them.  Cheesy
4172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many money did you spent in gambling in a day? on: November 29, 2016, 04:15:38 AM
I am but a small time gambler.  I play 0.005BTC as my bankroll limit.  and 0.01 as my winning aim.  I will stop whenever i meet  one of those.  Well whatever happen first, meet my losing limit of 0.005 BTC or my winning limit of 0.01, either way i have to stop.

That is very clever to keep it under control. I mist remember this. It is hard to know what to do next when you get emotional.
So keeping those 2 numbers in your head will help stop you chasing a loss.

Each day I gamble 0.0001-0003btc and deposit 0.003 or 0.005 at a time.

It's a good way to control yourself with an average chance to reach your daily goal. Very smart, another players should read your post to have a clue when to stop playing.

I usually play less than you, I just check some interesting strategies I see on the internet, very quickly bets and I stop instead, I don't have money to lose now, must save every satoshis as possible. A good method I would follow is something like yours: 5% bankroll profit daily and stop or to lose 20% bankroll daily and stop also.
4173  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best way to cashout your bitcoin now? on: November 29, 2016, 04:01:35 AM
I always go for localbitcoins because even when I need cash on hands, I have people easily available near my area which is cool.
But I just want to alert you guys about one thing, never fall for very higher prices which seem too good to be true, because they will only scam you and you might get robbed and will be left with nothing.

What do you mean by very high prices? I think you want to say low fees from the exchange, no?

It can be risk, if the exchange isn't knew and reputable. But I don't see any problem in using exchanges with low fees but that are very trustful and reputable. The best thing to do before use an exchange, is to search for feedbacks on google or here on forum, preferencially on your local board, if you uses a local exchange (from your own country).
4174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice site that allow x rolls/click ? on: November 29, 2016, 02:26:17 AM
~snip~
200 bets in a bet? lol, sounds really scary. Don't you ever think you'll lose all of your money if you are unlucky and you'll shocked when that happens in a bet?
Anyway, AFAIK, only Bitsler has that (same like mrcash02), they called that "Flash bets".

It's true... The worse method to make bets is this one. You don't have any control over your bets, just one click and you can lose all your bankroll at once. I don't understand why OP is looking for this.  Cheesy

And, I'm not sure there is any proof to show to gambler all those 200 bets at once were fair. Better to try manually mode or auto-bet watching the game all the time.

Hi, I subscribed to the newsletter. Just waiting for future informations.

Can the article be wrote and posted on Facebook for an example? Or do you want articles on a blog or site?
4176  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many Bitcoins are lost forever? on: November 29, 2016, 01:48:32 AM
I lost 0.05btc just in the last two weeks to it not being confirmed.
Can not ever get those back. Not ever. Undecided

Strange, as I know the BTCs back to your address if the transaction fee paid is very low after some time. If it didn't back to your address, it could be because you sent to the wrong address. Next time, set the average fees and confirm twice the address you are sending your coins.
4177  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Dwarven Bitmine - Earn some satoshis with that game on: November 28, 2016, 11:49:03 PM
Maybe we will try coinadvert again. Not sure yet since it hasn't been working earlier.

We are also interested in dollar networks. I mean, if we are able to earn more money/BTC, we are able to raise the upgrades for you, which on the other hand gives more satoshi for you Smiley I am curious if people are going to play more in december to earn 2x gold. Let's see.

Thanks for the link, going to have a look into this. I guess we also have to get a better ranking.

We added small events during the mining time. There are 4 events which can occur.
  • Dwarf gets sick - You have lose on worker for the current mining session. Probability 4%. If you have only 1 worker, it won't affect you.
  • Cousins comes over - You get an additional worker, since your cousin came over to help out Wink. Probability 4%
  • Pickaxe breaks - You are earning 2% less. Probability 9%
  • Rich goldore - You earn 2% more. Probability 9%
That's it for now Smiley We will add more events, bigger events over time.

We are still having a problem with the logout. It turns out that after some time, the PHPSESSID is not transmitted and the session just dies. On a Windows machine and Firefox we were able to mine 14 times before the session just died. It's super weird and we don't understand why the PHPSESSID is not send after some time. After login back in it works all fine... Strange strange.

Had also a look into FaucetHub today. It looks nice. Going to wait until it's all done and it's possible to deposit bitcoins. That gives you the possibility to invest if you feel like doing it Smiley

Happy mining

Good to see the new events update. Let's see if people will like to have their dwarven sick or their pickaxes broked.  Cheesy

About those logout issues, here I don't have any. I use only one tab, and never had problem to login or logout.

Thanks for all, I hope you increase your income from ads and bring more ads networks to your site. If more faucet owners could give their feedback about the networks, would be nice.  Smiley
4178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice site that allow x rolls/click ? on: November 28, 2016, 11:44:00 PM
I think you want dice site with autobetting feature so that you don't have to roll manually each time. Check https://primedice.com/play and https://www.crypto-games.net/dice/bitcoin

No, this isn't what i want. I am aware of sites with autobetting. Im looking for a site which allow you to bet x times/click.

Like 999dice 200 bets in one click is faster than any autobetting i know of.

I think on Bitsler there is an option like this you are looking for, give a look there.

https://www.bitsler.com/

It's a good casino too, very reputable and used for many gamblers.
4179  Other / New forum software / Re: New forums? on: November 28, 2016, 11:27:43 PM
Looking the BETA it's like The Bot Net forum design, reminds a bit. Good to see the forum will be improved. From times and times some changes are needed to make the experience of members better and to don't become overpast. That will be a big step for BitcoinTalk forum. Everyone likes new features, so it will be a good update.
4180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Europe wants to ban blockchain technology? on: November 28, 2016, 11:21:00 PM
Sad news, better to prepare yourself because they will try to do something against Bitcoin. If they don't ban it, they will want fees over it. This EU should end, they disrespect the individual rights and the countrie's soberany. Everything they want is to rule, live on confort, everything with europeans money. Demagogues and hypocrites,
