4181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does knowing your sport and teams really make you better at betting on them? on: February 13, 2021, 11:23:25 PM
This is the common mistakes of the people or mostly newbie in the world of sports betting sometimes if they know the team is already strong they make a bet on that side but the problem is anything can happen in a game mostly the underdogs can make a comeback and made a miracle and win the entire game. Not only in sports but also in e-sports betting like a year before the eg vs og and Secret vs og and winning the Frankfurt major, I just give a tip too base on my experience I visit different news and articles about the teams and also trying to compare those stats to the previous and recent after that is the final decision which is the game-winner, its better to follow some betters too but for me it's better to follow your self and your guts.
I don't want to agree with you at the first part, the thing is why should we bet on the teams that we are not familiar with us? The first thing we might consider is if that team has the championship history before or never had that championship but has the new roster or new strategy or they are consecutively in the runner up, that is the reason why we only bet on the familiar faces only.
From numbers to team members roster and changes would really be that significant for you to look on, not just on making out some bets blindly
basing up on your own interest and some pinpointing out of the blue.Having knowledge would really give you always the advantage.Checking out
the very details even the small ones would really be that significant towards your betting decision.Dont just base up on hunch or intuition
because that wont really be increasing the odds or chances of winning.
4182  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19, Lockdown and repercussions on: February 13, 2021, 10:59:35 PM

A friend of mine was vaccinated against Sputnik-V coronavirus.

According to him, this is a difficult test for the body.  The vaccine is perceived as a foreign substance.  For two or three days his arm was very sore.  He was drenched in sweat.  However, then these symptoms disappeared.  For this, the second injection is much worse tolerated by the vaccinated than the first.

Many Russians are skeptical about the use of the vaccine.

This applies not only to Sputnik-V, but in general to any vaccine developed in the world.

I see. So, the vaccine had an immediate short term side effect.
We, in our country has not have the vaccine yet. But do they run an allergy test before injecting the vaccine into your body?
Or that's a normal reaction your friend have experienced after taking the vaccine? And, is taking the vaccines compulsory in your country?
I'm sorry If I'm asking these questions, Im just a bit worried about it's short and long term effect to a human body especially with senior citizens and children.

I would really be having doubts on taking those vaccines without seeing it first on what are the possible side-effects that would really come out soon or later on.
This is just new and we cant really remove on someones thoughts or mind on those possibilities. We don't like to experience those negative effects.
Here in my country it isn't really that mandatory but health professionals are being mandated to do so.

Lets see if there would be no side-effects for this one for a certain period of time and if its really that effective as they say.

4184  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips for Trading on: February 13, 2021, 09:59:21 PM
  • Do a lot of backtesting (testing your strategy based on historical data) and papertrading (testing your strategy based on live data with no real money involved) before jumping on real trade. You can improve your trading skills and trading strategy without losing any money. You will learn your weak points and also it will help you understanding the market behaviour. There are couple of good platforms who offers that.
To me this is by far the most important thing that people need to do and that very few people actually go to the trouble of doing, backtesting is critical, people are always looking for a system to make money in the markets and in fact there are many, but just as there are many successful strategies there are many strategies that lose money, how can you differentiate them? And the only way to do that is by backtesting the strategy over several market conditions and do so in several markets and then see if it works, I know this is a lot of work but it is the only way to be completely sure that you have a chance to make money in markets.
Backtesting is good but due to volatility and the behavior of this market then it is somehow a bit pointless but actually this can really
give you the idea on how you should gonna do in times that you are able to experience or meet up.Backtesting is something that
majority of people do really miss out to do and I agree with that but some are already aware and just that lazy or just found it
that it isn't really that much needed.

Testing out various ways is better rather than on focusing on a single strategy because you wouldn't know on where the price will be going.
4185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I sell my xrp or wait until $1? on: February 12, 2021, 11:58:14 PM
I just wondered how the xrp market is going to be in the next few hours, my feet is shaking right now because of the recent pumps. My perception was expecting a huge dump but it was really uncertain due to uptrend movement of xrp price.
As of now there's a possibility that it will hit $1, am afraid I would fail. Looking forward for some advises should I wait for $1 or sell now?

Please check here the live chart, https://www.dailyfx.com/ripple-xrp

Set your targets!

Sell now and buyback later on when the correction happens.Rinse and repear.. Sounds simple? No its not because this will really be involving emotion
on every position or trading decision you would make. This is the hardest part is on when you are really having doubts and feelings that it might
pump even more and would be afraid on missing out those profits but eventually you can really still able to earn
if you do just know to play the price.
4186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If a project gets too complicated on: February 12, 2021, 08:59:20 PM
If a crypto project gets too complicated to understand can it affect the projects adoption rate or people don't care this days where they put their money? I remember when Hex was launched many think it's a scam and so many complains about not understanding a thing about what the project is all about, what do you say ?

When it comes to project knowledge and making or tending to have some investment then its up to someones responsibility on understanding what a certain project is all about.
I don't see much of a problem on understanding particular because if you've been here on this market then technicalities aren't really on that difficult part for you to understand.
Some are just too lazy when making up some research and directly making some presumption that it isn't a good one because you didn't able to understand.
4187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters are getting axed harder on: February 12, 2021, 07:28:56 PM
Many good campaign manager before have retired from their job because they found many bounty campaign scam, delay payment and not have escrow for ICO and bounty campaign manager, so they try keep out reputation without manage with scam bounty campaign project, look now how many bounties campaign manager not trusted and we have not choose without joining with their rule exactly payment distribution, they try how to delay distribution and never give chance for us sell all coin and now sent payment few phase.

If that's true, then you haven't done their job right. A bounty manager should ensure that there is an escrow for the bounties. And if the tokens to spread have not yet been generated at the time of the campaign, other coins such as BTC and ETH must be made available as collateral.
Escrow discussion again, I would like to ask you about how many escrow bounties have you joined around 2020 till now? Because 98% of all bounty projects don't care about escrow and it doesn't stop them from paying bounty hunters either, the only bounty manager that takes escrow serious is bounty detective, others simply don't care

Even escrowed tokens wont really be guarantying profits on the task that you had done but at least you would really be paid up with those coins because you wouldn't
know if those would be getting some value or would still end up on a shitcoin later on but hey, its better than have nothing at all or not being paid up.
When it comes to escrow matters then I do heavily agree that 99% of them doesn't really consider this set-up.They are the ones who do make the rules
on how people would be paid and when they should be paid.So bounty hunters wont really have any other choice but to deal with it.
4188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does knowing your sport and teams really make you better at betting on them? on: February 12, 2021, 06:29:07 PM
It's really important that we'll have an idea of how every game works so we'll know the possible risks and we're able to deal with it. Knowing the capability of teams,  their movements and strategies in the game and their edge with their opponent would give us an idea of where to bet so it's really important that we'll do simple research about them. We still have to exert an effort before we bet so we'll never have regrets in the future.
You can really compare the numbers and statistics which you can obviously tell on what team is on the edge when it comes to that but to check that
there are lots of factors that can really affect winning probability that's why there are still other information that we do need and somehow do really
need some mix of guts and intuition when making up some bets. This is why nothing is assured even if you do know the technicals because
there are things which cant really be determined but only via experience.
4189  Economy / Economics / Re: Where the correction ? on: February 10, 2021, 06:04:30 PM
to be honest , i just invested all of my money into crypto on the middle of november , as we see now , everything go green , i even got 12 X ROI just for hold crypto like EGLD,INJ,CAKE,XVS, the question , where the correction , it is the party will be over soon ? or it will be bigger since as we know recently big company like TESLA even accepted bitcoin , or its just fake bull ? if yes , i cant imagine how big the correction will happen.
Don't mind about the correction and it would be more wise if you do secure your profits first before making other step.
12x ROI isn't something that someone could able to pull it off towards their investment. Don't be greedy and be contented on what
you had earned because these chances doesn't really come often and its more wise to convert those out before the market
tends to shift into the other side which would really be giving you out that feeling of regret.
4190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much would you say one could realistically make a month trading? on: February 10, 2021, 04:20:03 PM
In crypto, if you got your eyes peeled on most of the daily action and price swings, you can potentially make 2-10% per day depending on how fast you execute your trades and how careful you are when doing so. I have some good runs in trading wherein I walked away 10% richer, and had bad beats losing most of my capital in an hour or so. There isn't any definite percentage of profits or losses you can get from trading, as it's literally on your calls and your strategy to try and make a profit.
If I'm going to make gain 2-10% (which is possible), I could see myself being rich in just a year of trading. But why many traders have failed? I suppose to think that they wanted to get rich from here? There is one reason why it happens to me, why got tired of trading because of their capital. We can expect a huge return if we just having $100 as a capital.

*Huge capital
*Effective trading strategy
*Plan

I believe these things could help to reach what wanted to happen in the future and this 2-10% daily profit will come to reality.
This is right! These are the factors that mainly affect someones profitability in a months trading. It will really vary or depend on how much capital you had put in
and how well you do trade in the market. Also, there are chances that even small capital will able to make it big basing off if he do make out compounding
plus having some good trades in the end of the day. Traders can be classified in 2 types neither a short term one or long term one.
Decisions would be made basing off into their initial goals or plans in the first place.
4191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk changed the market circles on: February 10, 2021, 03:16:05 PM
we know that there is ups and downs in the market. But this time market correction not come yet.

Due to elon mask entering to this market so big bear market not come unlike 2018 jan ?

Impossible!

A market would really be composed of pump and dump.We cant just see for a market to rise up like forever even though Musk had joined the game
doesn't mean that it will be guaranteeing assured profits.

Just cherish while it last because these people didn't dive into this market for nothing.Always think that there would be always a
profit taking scenario. We just don't know on when it would happen.
4192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OMG !!!!! You BitCoin people were right. I wish I had bought back in March :( on: February 10, 2021, 02:22:06 PM

It is never late to buy btc. I have always believed that if you have funds, don't wait for dip, just buy it.
You may have to hold longer to get profit but  you will eventually get it. Trat btc as long term investment.

You are correct !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I posted this topic, some people were saying wait for the dip when it was in the low 20,000 dollar range  Shocked Shocked Shocked

This is why its never been ideal to listen up to other people when it comes to your decisions towards your investment. If you do really believe
that bitcoin could hit up high price in the future then you do have the full rights on what you would do into your own funds since its your money not theirs.
Look at now? to those people who are still waiting for the dip? For sure they had been murmuring and regretting that they should have buy tons of
bitcoin when its still into that point even though hesitance would be there but this is just a matter of risk taking.
4193  Economy / Economics / Re: How will financial crisis affect crypto? on: February 09, 2021, 11:35:16 PM

The crisis since the start of pandemic made me panic. The crisis didn't make the crypto market quickly rise, it first was dumped like all are afraid to lose money but seeing crypto market is not really affected very much, they gradually came buying back. Seeing how crypto bull market today, we can greatly say its not really affected as a matter of fact this market is the only progressive today.
The time on where the price had some price dip then lots are presuming that that pandemic situation did really give out a big toll on that one
which we cant precisely tell that it was really the main reason.Try to look on what happened on mid year until on the last quarter where
everything starts to turn to green and the most epic of all is that we do able to break the ATH and now we are even climbing or trying to break past
50k price which is really indicating that no fundamentals or news that will really be precisely affecting the entire crypto market.
4194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB reached $100 on: February 09, 2021, 10:41:27 PM
Binance for the win

Certainly one of the best centralized exchanges of all time

BNB at $100 is not the limit, it will continue to grow !

You would really be expecting these things though since Binance is the top or one of the top exchangers at the moment even though it did have some
bit of criticisms but still do end up flying with colors due to excellent service that it do gives when it comes to trading platform which did really give out
lots of good impressions and input by the community.BNB itself wont really be reaching that price if there's no demand.Lucky for those who had able
to baghold BNB earlier when its still playing around $30-$40. 2x profit in a short span of time was great.
4195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How To Buy BitTorrent on: February 09, 2021, 09:32:17 PM
Above answer is correct, but you need to be careful choosing the right and trustworthy exchanges before to buy it.

VCC Exchanges seems not a really reputable exchanges.
Paribu has a bad reviews https://www.cryptowisser.com/exchange/paribu/
Bithumb has some accusation in the past Bithumb top one scam market.

Better to choose Binance or KuCoin.

Binance is non user friendly to USA citizens?

They have specific platform of USA citizens.

https://www.binance.us/en/home

About on buying bittorent then
Binance and Kucoin would be the best place.
4196  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Taking a loan to buy Bitcoin? on: February 09, 2021, 07:53:49 PM
Do you think taking out a loan makes any sense?

Do you think it is worth it? This might be a once in a lifetime chance.
No.

Just learn from the experiences of people on 2017 when there's a bull run and they've took loans. The next year, 2018, it made them in pure losses because they invested because of hype and not learning the process.

It's all on you. If you understand what you do and you can take the possible loss that's about to come, it's your take.

You can say too on the possible thing that will happen if the market tend to rise even more into that 2017 event where it can possibly be in result for you to make
even more money if it did really continue but to say that time that it was never anticipated that its already into its peak and tending to make out that
huge correction after that.No one did really anticipate nor expect for that thing to happen.Taking a loan for the sake of investment is really hard to consider.
You know that risk is heavier than on the possible reward unless if you don't rely into those profit to repay those loans then go ahead
but be sure that you are really risking something that you would still need to pay afterwards.
4197  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's 100k bubble may not burst ??? on: February 09, 2021, 06:40:14 PM
current bubble may be different and correction may be longer and not only by next December.
If this sudden price rise is due to all of the big, institutional buyers we've been hearing about, bitcoin might not actually be in a bubble.  This might actually be sustainable, but I think it depends on the activity of the short-term traders and/or those who decide to cash out and take their profits.

Bitcoin's at $46.7k as I write this, and it's mind-blowing in the extreme.  It isn't as though it's hit $50k yet, but I didn't think btc would get anywhere near that level this year.  I'm proven wrong once again.
Considering on the current price then no one did really anticipate this.It is way too much for us to believe that it did really rise up on a short span of time.
I cant blame out people on not to think that this is a bubble but if we do back up with those significant adoption events then we can tell that there is really
something behind on these pumps compared into those previous years where price increase do came from nowhere, without news or fundamentals
that would really support its price or value but now we are really looking on different scenario.
4198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: DeFi is high risk, caution! on: February 08, 2021, 01:49:25 PM
It really is very sad news but these DeFi are becoming magnets for hackers now.

I am not saying anything the hack mentioned in the thread but in general of all the hacks that have taken place on DeFi projects I wonder how many might be inside jobs where the owners or operators are behind an alleged hack that took place?

We cant really remove that kind of possibility in talks about possible inside jobs from developers/owners itself that's why its really hard to trust up any kind of projects
neither it would be DeFi or others because of these kind of probabilities.Anything can happen in an instant or with least knowing.

You are right that this is becoming magnets for hackers now and if we do try to look that intensity of hacking incidents between markets then you can actually
compare those numbers that do circulates on DeFi than with other projects in terms of hacking situations.
4199  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: IF you saw this candle stick chart would buy sell or hold? on: February 08, 2021, 12:42:13 PM
This was taken on a smaller time Frame that means you are scalping. You must have added some indicators to guide your process. At this point it should probably be hitting the lower Bollinger band and signal a buy. Just s guess because I only use small time Frame after analysis using big time frame and then check for entry point on small time frame.

Don't always rely on Bollinger band to show a signal for buy or sell especially a small time frame as scalpers use. At such candle indicating bear, you also need to study other indicators , not only because the candle has gone towards the low of Bollinger band. A longer time frame is better than a short time.

When it comes to possible position neither buy or sell then I wont really just rely with BB's but also with some mix of EMA(Exponential Moving Average) and trying to look
for some bias between timeframes which do significantly talks neither on 6 hours or 15 minutes.Trying out some comparison then I would go to look for longer time frame.
Finding out possible support and resistance and trying to look those candle sticks indicators plus those averages.Basing off on the image then I would definitely
wait up until it hits a certain level on Fibonnaci before making some buys. Always remember: that crypto market can fuck up technical indicators from time to time
so its better not to fully depend on it.
4200  Economy / Economics / Re: Some Company are holding more than 10000 Bitcoin on: February 07, 2021, 11:32:01 PM
Personally I don't think that many companies will invest in BTC. Rich people yes, but not companies. Fiat money is fine for companies, if it's devalued, then they raise their prices, and their share price rises too, so they don't really lose out. The exception might be companies with tons of cash, like Apple, but such companies are pretty rare.

I dont know if you do see on those image that been posted in OP, arent those companies that you are talking into? If we do talk about devalued topic then
its impossible to think that those companies arent fully aware on the possibilities. Take for example on what Paypal had done on accepting or integrating bitcoin
into their company. This might not really be talking some sort of product-based but rather service based ones but it didnt really affect on how  they do
make up charges or fees. Its really amazing on how these companies do make out some consideration on purchasing lots of bitcoin, yes it does have cons
but lets look at on the brighter side first.
