Today bithumb blocked my account and all my coins, bitcoin, etherium and dash are all lost. My deposits on their market are not that big its below 1k$ USD but all that money I earned really hard. I don't know if I should trust korean site again. It saddens me to know that my hard earned money is gone instantly and their support ignoring my complaints. Sad

PS: A lot of foreign people (non koreans) are complaining about their site for scamming and deleting account of foreign people with low deposits.

I checked online you are surely not the only one maybe you are not from korea so they know no legal action can be taken against them and therefore they decided to do such a move for all foreign members. It's better if you check there policy they are still a trusted exchange and maybe you violated any of them. Not sure why would you trade on a local exchange when there are better international exchanges like poloniex and bittrex.

I also have problems with this exchange, they stupidly do not let me withdraw my funds, the support is not responding.

really shocking , if you are not korean then it does not mean they can lock your accounts .
agreed that you cant take legal action but it will affect their overall image .. please check exact reason with their support team .
