People that hold bancor coins can sell them for the ico price, so I don't think it is a bad project. Every startup project needs time to bring profit to investors.
And they should. Buy wall is only 100k eth, once that goes, this coin will come crashing down. |

It can, but only after that a 107.99K ETH buy wall set by the Bancor team as a floor is depleted. Which is not very likely in my view. Let's wait for the big bounty dump. soon. price will not be lower than 0.01 ETH for 1 BNT. Deavs told us about. So bounty could dump price to that amount. So we should expect only rising soon, after bounty distribution. So what happens after the buy wall is depleted? After that no one can stop it's downward movement. The team has also gone slow on development. Looks like the most anticipated projected of the year will just fizzle out. |

bear market ? really? there is no sign for that. we just getting started with this crypto currency stuff I thought. panic is never a good approach anyway. BUT they are very very slow with distribution thats a fact and this is not good. You are in a panic? you poor lad hahaha check out a 1% bank saving account and get out of cryptos then. we are in a beer market It's Bear* market, and it has nothing to do with token distribution. They have only one dev who acts as an advisor, and it seems like either he left or there might be a bigger problem. You can check, he posted on ethtrader subreddit. Apart from him, no one has much knowledge about code, hence problem with distribution. |

They sell like this to install fear and cause others to dump. I think this is just a churner that no doubt will buy back in cheaper and repeat this process over and over. You are right, noticed huge buy support between 1100-1200 satoshis. Looks like same guy is buying back. |

The funds are already in your XFC wallet, private key is already with you. You can withdraw if you want, no one is stopping you. I guess "we're working on it" means they are trying to get it listed on exchanges. You can also buy players and stuff from the wallet itself. BTW where do you want to withdraw it to? |

Just look at the valuation of other hyped ICO's of the year status and BAT. They are struggling to float above their ICO price. It does have 30x potential but not by this year end. It already had it's pump for this year and might go down for a while. Will jump in it when the time is right, as currently there are other alts which can give good short term profit. |

20$ is undervalued? Low supply is not everything, look at ethereum, or ripple market cap. A coin only goes up if it has real tech behind it. Whenever that happens it will go up. For now it's overvalued. |

What ? LBC is used on the platform to pay for the content, so yeah it does have a big role and there is a reason to buy.
There were also rumours(not really official though) that they will also accept all ERC20 tokens as payment, which will be converted to LBC in the background and drive it's price up.
So yeah, there is a lot of incentive for the price to go up!
But why use LBC when you could use dollar so makers and viewers won't have to think about best way to exchange their money and won't have to worry about their LBC price changing all the time. If anybody is going to make same decentralized videohosting but use dollars as their currency they will be one step ahead of LBRY from the start. And they will have much less loading time. And what is left of LBC if we remove the app? Looks like another scamcoin with premine. It's like I will announce new coin (with premine, ofc) and say "Hey, it's pretty decent coin, because my new CS:GO-hats market will use it!". And then no one will ask me "Why?" but only praise my coin or just hate it. Kenneth Olsen, founder of DEC(major american company and IBM's rival at that time), said in 1977 that "there is no reason for individuals to have personal computers at home". Today we have a computer in every home, and no one remembers DEC. If you're still thinking that dollar is the future, then think again!! |

I'm not sure. Dan hasn't come here since the early Bitshares days though. I think he got frustrated with the closed mindedness of these forums. That was back when pretty much all of the forums considered anything that wasn't Bitcoin a scam. It is looking like this will be the biggest ICO in history. They already raised $64,472,760 ... Yes this number is insane, however I have a feeling that when hype will end then we will have better deal to buy days later. Btw. From what I understand tokens will be avaliable to trade before ICO ends yep? If so this will be very weird. Yes, tokens will be available to trade on Bitfinex on July 1st: https://www.bitfinex.com/posts/208If so then price for people that bought during first 5 days will fall. Smarter money will come in days later. This looks like repeat of Bancor crowdsale but on a much larger scale. ICO prices were too high compared to exchange trading prices. It's not even the fault of these ICO's, the public is throwing millions of dollars on them for just a whitepaper and dream vision. Why should they care if they are getting free money so easily. |

On this sad note, I stop investing in the LBRY until there is clarity about this trade. I said yesterday & today that I intend to sell my $lbc while I have a profit. Thanks to the latest course jumps that allowed me to smoothly exit in the 21-25k interval.
Perhaps I will not be able to make a profit now as a result of some growth, but at least I will be distant from possible fraudulent manipulation.
This coins is going to go into high double figures in $$ - if not this year, then next year or year after that. And at that time your smooth exit of 21000 satoshis will look like pocket change. There github is being updated regularly, Beta is on it's way in July, and public testing is ongoing as planned. There was a chance given to people to buy at 21k yesterday and they missed it. LBC may never see that price range again, mark my words. |
