One question has been bugging me for a long time, so it will be great if someone can answer.
The proof that I invested in aeternity is only the BTC wallet address to which I sent BTC for investing. I don't even have the private keys of the wallet that aeternity created for me. So, does that mean that I need to keep that BTC wallet address very secure and secret, because anyone that knows that address can claim my AE tokens?
do you mean public key? you will almost certainly need to sign a message with the address you used for the contribution (or something else to prove ownership obviously), so no need to keep your public address secret, unless you don't want other people to at least be able to find out how much you contributed otherwise as always with crypto, just be sure you keep your private key safe and secret probably seed phrase... |

It will be ERC20, for some time, but there will be transfer to mainnet in Q1 2018 |

bear market ? really? there is no sign for that. we just getting started with this crypto currency stuff I thought. panic is never a good approach anyway. BUT they are very very slow with distribution thats a fact and this is not good. |

BUT they are very very slow with distribution thats a fact and this is not good. honestly speaking, I'm a little bit surprised on the reason of unwillingness of devs' team to support communication on this forum. someone has panic condition, other people try to soothe and hope for the best. BUT devs has team and in this team must be person who is responsible for public relations. we are investors and we are entitled to know what and how the preparatory process is going on. what changed till this moment when their specialist answered all the questions during ico and they wished to get money? this is a childish behavior from their side but not from well organized serious company. I put "minus" for their work with investors

At the moment dev's team has focused on upcoming events like to make assure to everyone a smooth and hassle free distribution of the tokens. Aeternity is anyway project to set expectation of gaining in long run. They first ever working model will be launched somewhere in Q1 2018. They need time to complete the platform they want so we need to have patience.

imo they shouldn't even give us an ERC20 token, what for, it will be only speculation token until Q1 2018 and they loose time to create it. it's totaly useless and that wasn't the initial idea. With all this ether shitcoins diluting the market I don't think it will be good for us. Personnaly I would prefer to wait AE token released on mainnet

we are buying tokens but when it goes to pow then the tokens could be worth less or more who knows. i am surprised at the slow pace of token issuing, others icos have done it promptly, it does feel like, we have you money, now you can wait, when people invested, they deserve at least the courtesy of proper communication. i know i may not have invested if i had to wait weeks or possible months for tokens. it does sour the experience. |

Tezos's ICO is raising over $200 Mil even though it will take about 4 months before they distribute their tokens. This is nothing in comparison. Let be patient and wait |

They have only one dev who acts as an advisor, and it seems like either he left or there might be a bigger problem. You can check, he posted on ethtrader subreddit. Apart from him, no one has much knowledge about code, hence problem with distribution. |
