422  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: dipengaruhi apakah Legalitas Bitcoin di Indonesia?? on: January 14, 2018, 05:30:02 AM

424  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Bagaimana kejelasan tentang MUI malang yang mengharamkan BITCOIN ? on: January 14, 2018, 04:43:20 AM

425  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Pemerintah China mulai melarang ICO on: January 14, 2018, 04:27:03 AM

426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worried about btc future on: January 13, 2018, 11:13:24 AM
I see a lot of optimism about bitcoin, which is understandable seeing the price recently.
But I have to admit I'm a little worried about the long term future of btc.
The major problems if the currency still haven't been dealt with. I see 2 major ones:

-Block size. Which makes the delay and fees of transaction rise very fast. Smaller transactions are more and more difficult to make.
-The centralization of the market. China got low cost electricity, which make them by far the most bitcoin mining capable.
-And maybe others that I'm not aware of.

Another thing: The Hard forks that are oddly getting much more frequent than before. (BCH, BTG, Segwitx2 etc...) It almost looks like "attacks" in order to divide us. Now called "airdrops" by the community. Even though they're supposed to solve some of the problems.

All in all, this makes me really worried about btc future. I've been a strong holder since 2014, and I made quite a lot of money with bitcoins, but I begin to doubt now, even though the price is crushing ATM. Please help me keeping faith. Or should I switch to another currency ? Really thinking about ETH recently.

you do not worry too much with BTC, you see how far how BTC development is there so far can compare to BTC? I do not think so, so do not worry too much maybe even the future of BTC will definitely be better than now.
427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Hold? on: January 13, 2018, 11:03:04 AM
First things first. This is topic is not to create a FUD rather a true talk to what is happening right now.

Can bitcoin get a hold to its investors to stay on him and keep believing on the power of the king?
For me, I can feel that investors are now turning their back against bitcoin because of this main reason. Tx Fees are very high and slow. It is not practical to be used on daily transactions which I think the first purpose why bitcoin was created.

Bitcoin will remain a major cryptocurrency and the price will continue to increase.
428  Other / Off-topic / Re: Everybody is joining.. on: January 10, 2018, 03:16:00 AM
As we can we some of the coins under 50 sats went up recently, now I think many people are now joining in our crypto world. What do you guys think?

as all post says, that the price of coins up and down is a profit for everyone to generate income and profits, from which everyone is very interested in joining the world of crypto
429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin function like Ether? on: January 09, 2018, 07:31:22 AM
I also do not know if it can be bitcoin like ether, I think if bitcoin like ether will eliminate the hallmark of bitcoin, and may affect the hagabit coin

432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: December 17, 2017, 09:07:01 AM
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks

my advice do not you leave your permanent job, because to get a decent job today is difficult.
even how great you are if you live both and you will become a successful person in the future.
433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: December 16, 2017, 04:57:28 AM
I know a lot of people have different reason why the love and embrace bitcoin.
For me the decentralized nature of bitcoin and the thought of being able to send coins to anybody in any part of the word, no third party, no regulation(specific amount), no bullshit is mind blowing.

which impressed me in bitcoin is its increasingly high value, mined bitcoin from now for a better future.
434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: December 16, 2017, 04:16:59 AM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

yes it is very risky, lest you exchange all your money with bitcoin because it will make you uneasy with the price of fluctuating bitcoin, lest you lose then hit by a sudden stroke. Roll Eyes
just infest some of your money, and be careful.

435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: December 16, 2017, 04:04:15 AM
It seems that experts say that Bitcoin 'Here to Stay,' But Banks Could Disappear.

"TheStreet: How do you think FinTech will impact the way banks operate?

Frank Schwab: Banks either react on, or they will disappear. Anyway, the consolidation of the banking industry accelerates as the behaviour of people changes. Some banks will benefit from [FinTech], some will be pushed to the back end, and some will disappear."
http://www.thestreet.com/story/13419089/1/bitcoin-here-to-stay-but-banks-could-disappear-says-fintech-expert.html

What's your read on that?

it will not happen, bank means of transactions that have long known to the public and not all banks know or receive btc.
436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money? on: December 15, 2017, 08:48:14 AM
Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that.

What do you guys think? Wink

I do not think that's going to happen, because paper currency has been used for a long time. we will use digital currency but not to replace paper money.
437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: December 15, 2017, 08:09:37 AM
who among you here heard bitcoin back in 2009 and 2010? I was one of the people who is very skeptical about it and I really regret it. Sad I missed the best opportunity for a lifetime.

yes I am one of the people who regret because new to know bitcoin, I've heard bitcon in 2013 but at that time I think this is just fraud and others is,, umgkin right then and there I have not so much with the internet, insight is still lacking and this which is happening now, I am sorry and sometimes likes to suppose if I had been one of the miner bitcoin, maybe now I have become rich.  Grin
438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why some country banned bitcoin? on: December 15, 2017, 07:07:40 AM
why some country banned bitcoin?
is there any problem? i know that bitcoin is international crypto currency. but why some country banned this cryto?

there is no violation of bitcoin yet, it's just that many countries have not officially regulated it, so many countries have not been able to receive payments with bitcoins. and each country has a different policy to manage its own finances.
439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: December 14, 2017, 06:52:09 AM
What is bitcoin for you? Is it a chance or a scheme to get rich? Or is it actually to keep your wealth to yourself.
What lead you into bitcoin world and what's keeping you here?

bitcoin I think yes money, the scheme of getting rich for sya ya according to each person's self if that person want to change and have a strong determination that could be rich, rich is arguably fate too.
and that keeps me alive I want to be rich in bitcoin.
440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: December 14, 2017, 05:29:36 AM
October 29, 2017 Bitcoin price ranges from $6,000 - $6,100 and today, bitcoin price is now $7,000. Are you surprise?

I think, if only those people who planning to invest in bitcoin manage to notice this sudden increase. I think there is a high chance that they will start investing.

yes I was surprised at the price of bitcoin at this time, there is a sense of regret also why I did not buy bitcoin first and then I store and sell now.
but that's okay, I can still collect it now little by little.
