Can bitcoin get a hold to its investors to stay on him and keep believing on the power of the king?
For me, I can feel that investors are now turning their back against bitcoin because of this main reason. Tx Fees are very high and slow. It is not practical to be used on daily transactions which I think the first purpose why bitcoin was created.

Edit. So, I had high hopes for bitcoin since the Lightning Network is on testing phase, I wish it will be soon implemented.

Bitcoin is still the main cryptocurrency and when we will see the announcement of Lighting Network its price will reach new heights in value.

Short- to mid-term things might start to look grim, but the other coins either scale just as bad or are centralized, so I'm not worried. Well, the latter does worry me a bit, because if centralized tokens were to win the race it would mean that the experiment that is cryptocurrencies has largely failed, which would be a shame.

I believe it is not so alarming even if the price of bitcoin had a resistance it doesn't dip so much the price is still great even though ETH is at $1300 right now it is safe to say that bitcoin is still staying with a huge value, I really think there is chance that we can see another bullish movement this year just like what happen in the October up to the November 2017.

We are here because we fully understand bitcoin and the probability that it will give to us to make us rich in the future for as long as we will just hold what we can afford at, some people become wise with  managing their money just for them to have at least saving in money and in bitcoin.

I think all of doubt that happened now will gone if lightning networks arrived. Though there are issues in bitcoin's fees, I think it is not enough for some of investors to pull out. But if all investors will turn back, I think that will be disastrous for bitcoin.

That's what the lightning network would do to adapt to the situation right now. I have been hearing this lightning network, but until now its not yet being implemented.

Surely there will be surprises that accompany this year. We all know that the world of digital currencies always gives unexpected surprises. Even I who previously did not believe a miracle then this time really believe it. Bitcoin and Etherum prices have shown us that the miracle will always be there.

Old but not obsolete. Once serious updates will be done, increasing transaction speed and reducing commission fee, Bitcoin price will grow very high and Bitcoin dominance again will be more than half of market.

there is no believing. there is either power or there isn't. it is as simple as that. and if there is nothing there then price wouldn't have gone up this much in first place and if some day that goes away the price won't stay up long either.

and so far as you can see price is not only staying up but it is stying up against all the attacks and FUDs that are happening against bitcoin these days.

Just because of these defects, Block traffic and the problem of high fees which limits the development of the currency, I think, if can't solve these problems, so the BTC will lose the trust of the people.

yes I agree, but anyway bitcoin still tempts many investors to invest in it. bitcoin remains king of crypto although what you say is true. Yes at this time the polemic is the cost of transactions and delays.

I think it still can hold even with high transaction fees threats, I believe bitcoin can still rise up to cater all the needs of its investors. If I think if most apps supports converting fiat to altcoin, I guess it'll be the time I'll worry but for now you still need to buy btc to buy an altcoin. In my country there are certain apps that you can convert fiat to ETH but that's it. I think Bitcoin can still make up to its mistakes while other coins are making their name into the market.

Yeah, it happened several time and after a dip a big rise happen. Turned out to be a regret for many who panicked just because there's a dip in the price of bitcoin. There are so many cryptocurrencies where we can invest. There's so much choice but bitcoin is still incomparable.
