421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][OIO] ONLINE - Together we can change the internet 🔴|🔴 on: November 14, 2019, 11:44:22 AM
If it's true that they raised that much money, I think this project could work well, or at least they could make it look like their project is alive and their tokens have value. but seeing the present situation, it's better to forget this project.
sales of tokens to hardcap cannot be guaranteed for the price of tokens on the market.
many projects are already hardcap but in the end there are delists.

I found this article, is there an OIO team that verified this article?
https://www.2-spyware.com/remove-online-io-virus.html

If this article is true, is it worth the project that gets millions of dollars from the ICO to run a program like this  Huh
I'm not sure if that's a adware that has already created by this project. In my identification if the symbol that used by both are different and again it looks like the vision of both are also different too.
I guess you can ask someone in the telegram group and then try to ask him if he has already used the software and what was his impression about that?

As far as I know the OIO never released any software or adware. CMIIW

yes you are right, they have never released software. they just released browser extensions for chrome and mozilla. and when I read the article, it seemed like something was different. online.io logo is not like their official website, so maybe it's different from this project.but try asking in their telegram group for more details.
422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can blockchain infrastructure be used in healthcare? on: November 14, 2019, 10:45:13 AM
Blockchain technology is nothing but the decentralized ledgers so yes its better to store data in bloakchain than centralized nodes so there will be no chance for manipulation if it has more number of nodes.

yes you're right, if the aim is not to be manipulated, blockchain technology is indeed the right choice. blockchain is a big book that can never be changed by anyone.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your EOS price prediction? on: November 12, 2019, 01:37:33 PM
if eos can repeat ethereum success maybe it can happen. because at the beginning of ethereum was released the price was even under $10, and now the price of ethereum is $190, even ETH to more than 1K. so the question is whether EOS can become like ethereum in less than 5 years ?. when Dapps platform competition is very tight and the popularity of new projects every year decreases?

I think it's difficult, because it's not possible for EOS to be as expensive as it was in less than 5 years.

yes you're right, if EOS can be like ethereum it might be possible.

but first to realize that, EOS must destroy Ethereum's dominance as Platform number one. and second, they must make ETH users switch to their platform. without it all even if they have a good development, I don't think it will affect the price. so let alone for $911, to get to the price of $100 is impossible.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Dogecoin real or a meme? on: November 12, 2019, 04:04:55 AM
doge is a meme. the development team was never serious about developing this coin. the reason why doge still survives is because it is one of those old coins. if seen, there is no real use for doges other than for tips. but even though there are so many who believe that doge can develop, I don't know why they believe this. but I'm not one of them.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: November 11, 2019, 08:22:57 AM
Great news despite of market struggle, we need more of this so it will give ease to us who worries on the current price movement.

PundiX is still here although the price have already dip so much.

On November 11-15, the Pundi X team will be in Singapore at the FinTech (SFF) event, which will bring together more than 40,000 participants

hopefully at the event they can get new partners.

pundix should be more active in finding new partners to make their XPOS better known. without all that, there would be no meaning to this project. how can people use NPXS if there isn't a store that has XPOS.
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose DEX? How to avoid scam? on: November 11, 2019, 07:39:06 AM
I think all exchanges should be decentralized. Especially the increase in hacking incidents in the Central exchanges makes me think that way. I find decentralized exchanges much safer for that. Binance is aware of this, and that's why Binance launched DeX. But before that there were also very high quality decentralised exchanges. But I don't think any exchange will be as safe and high quality as Binance's exchanges
Decentralised and centralised are both prone in hacking so its not guranteed that using dex will make your money secured. I remember this etherdelta incidents before they move to fork delta there are  users have a problem with thier  token and balances and also many user complaininh abiut possible hacking that happen.

yes you're right, DEX isn't completely safe. the best way to secure our assets is always to be careful. so no matter what exchange we use, as long as we're not careless, I think we're safe enough. and don't hold coins in an exchange wallet. use a personal wallet because this is the safest way.
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 55billion burn trigger XLM bull cycle? on: November 10, 2019, 03:26:51 PM
so that mean , no more giveaway from XLM ?
that sucks btw Grin , and that mean , giveaway from keybase is the last XLM giveaway .
but , well , as long ecosystem going well , its a good plan.
but, i wonder why bull seems not interest about this money burn ?
the price seems same before coins burn.

that I saw they burn coins that have not been circulating in the market. so it only reduces total supply, so it doesn't really affect the price. it's hard to speculate about this, if the coins that were burned were coins that were on the market, maybe it would be different. and the Whales might not be planning to pump the market, so this news doesn't make the market green.

428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin Interview: Discussing Updates, Exchange Listings, and Future Plans With on: November 10, 2019, 01:59:04 PM
Seeing the development of the doge, I came to think of the coins that people say as "meme" coins actually have active developers. but why do many altcoins have more important goals but are not very focused on their development. isn't this reversed, those who make new projects today only want money from investors, and don't want to survive in the crypto market. doges are not like that, they are consistent in their development. so I really like this coin, and I'm also one of the users of dogecoin. for the doge development team, continue your hard work. you are on the right path.
429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is worth to invest in dogecoin? on: November 09, 2019, 11:08:53 PM
very decent. there are many reasons why doge is worth investing. first, the price is cheap, doge is the most resistant to market pressure, has a stable price, and has a lot of demand. here are some reasons why doge is worth investing, in fact there are many more reasons.

basically if you invest in doge, you will not regret it in the future.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it Possible Stellar Lumens/XLM Reach $100 on: November 09, 2019, 05:18:52 PM
I think it's not possible soon but yes Stellar will touch $100 in very short time. It's Very potential coin and always limelinght on Media.

So I Just ask Can stellar lumens reach $100 ?

just because yesterday they burned coins, now many are speculating prices will go up high. I think this is very exaggerated and seems unrealistic. come on, even now the impact of the news isn't that big. maybe XLM is good, but 100 $ is too difficult to achieve even when the market at big pump.
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Altcoins that could Outperform Bitcoin in 2020 on: November 08, 2019, 04:34:02 PM
Okay so we're all familiarized with Nik Patel at this point, right? Guy has a top 5 of altcoins that he thinks can outperform btc next year. here's the list:

https://cryptotradernews.com/cryptocurrency/patels-altcoin-prediction-top-5-that-may-outperform-bitcoin-in-2020/

He didn't include trx, bpx, ada, xlm... thoughts?  Shocked

I can't read that article. so I'll just say my thoughts. nobody can beat bitcoin. bitcoin will be number one and will stay like this forever. all that is just speculation so that people want to buy the coins. so my advice don't be affected.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Australian Home Affair Minister Warns Terrorist Financiers Exploiting Crypto on: November 08, 2019, 03:49:45 PM
Australian Home Affairs Minister, Peter Dutton during a counter-terror conference in Melbourne that cryptocurrencies technology is being exploited by terrorists for funding their heinous intentions.

Source: TheCoinRepublic
yes maybe, this is one of the negative sides of the anonymity feature. but keep in mind, crypto is not that simple. there are many benefits that can be obtained from blockchain technology. so don't beat flat that crypto is dangerous and a crime. for indeed dislike crypto is used for this. but not all altcoins are like that. there are many altcoins that have different functions. so try to believe in cryptocurrency.
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US Airforce is using blockchain on: November 07, 2019, 07:51:29 AM
Of late, many government institutions are applying the blockchain technology in their industries so I'm not really surprised to see US army does same. The blockchain technology really have good potentials which every one must embrace
yes you're right, recently a lot of countries have started developing blockchain. Since China announced that they even want to develop, and followed by Turkey. this is getting better for the future of crypto.
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Withdraw your funds from the top 10 Exchange now !!! on: November 07, 2019, 05:57:57 AM
where did you get this information?
can you explain in more detail?
don't spread FUD when the market starts moving.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can i trust new IEO on the new exchange? on: November 05, 2019, 03:38:46 PM
can anyone invest in new IEO listing in new exchange or it will be risk, i think if the price is low, it have the chance to increase, o what is the experts opinion?

IEO in new exchanged? this is something I don't like. even now I'm not too interested in IEO.
in my experience, new exchanges are more risky, than old ones. the reason is easy, first they don't have trading volume. so who will buy? if the exchange doesn't even have many users. second, reputation issues, many old exchanges have quite good reputations. but not very successful when organizing IEO. then you want to hope for a new exchange?. think again, if you don't want to lose in the future.
436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE reaches 30sats! Do you think it could go higher now? on: November 05, 2019, 02:29:54 PM
in the past the price of the Doge grew by more than 200sats, and I think now is also possible. doge is a cheap coin but this coin is not altcoin shit. has a lot of support from the community and a great exchange. so I guess that can happen, the price of the doge may go up or even return to ATH.
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should Ethereum Add the "Frozen Wallet" Feature for Certain Adresss? on: November 04, 2019, 06:13:16 PM
Nah. In the past, I have seen many erc-20 token developers who can lock their tokens and this hasn't been accepted by investors. Developers with the ability to lock tokens were treated as scammers. That's how investors would also treat ethereum devs like Vitalik if they ever implement a "frozen wallet" feature.

yes you're right, when there are projects that lock their tokens, many investors blaspheme. what else if there is this feature. there may be many investors who no longer believe in ethereum.

frozen wallet is not a solution. it can't even solve the existing problem. might look good because hacked funds can't be used. but we still don't know who hacked and how to return the funds to the original owner.
438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If You Died Tomorrow, What Would Happen To Your Crypto? on: November 04, 2019, 04:53:13 PM
If I die tomorrow, what will happen to my altcoin?
I have private data backups in my brother's email. maybe he will be responsible when I die later. but I also doubt, he understands about this. because he doesn't really understand crypto. so maybe I will give a brief knowledge about crypto just in case if one day I die suddenly.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bakkt’s Bitcoin Futures Volume Explodes 260% to Trade $11M in 24 Hours on: November 03, 2019, 04:07:19 PM
I hope their volume continues to increase. this will be very helpful when the market starts a reversal. maybe bakkt will be one of the pumps to increase prices btc later. and when bitcoin goes up, altcoin will sooner or later have an impact. and when that happens, maybe it's the best time to invest.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO investors are more excited on exchanges than product developments? on: November 03, 2019, 02:56:48 PM
at the moment I think no one really supports the new project. because investors are currently only profit oriented. so it's normal if they are more interested in the market than developing the project itself. I don't blame them because that's the best. wholeheartedly supporting the project will only make you lose at the end. time, Dana, your feelings are just a waste, because sooner or later the project will just die.
