You should think twice about analyzing the IEO listed on the new exchange. I think it would be better if investing IEO in an exchange that already has good trust because you will find it easier to focus on doing research on IEO . then if you want to try to invest in IEO listed on the new exchange, you will do more research on the exchange and also IEO in it

What is the name of the exchange?
I honestly do not know how IEO works. I doubt I have ever seen IEO projects before aside from those on forum members signature. but I will suggest you invest in those on reputable exchanges. However, if you want to take risk on new exchanges that is up to you. Just don't invest what you can't afford to lose.

Why do you want to invest in the coin by the way? Have you researched into the project to know whether it is scam or not?

I think that you can not trust the new IEO on new exchanges. This is a matter of reputation.
Currently, it’s not at all difficult to make a site that looks like an exchange and launch the IEO procedure on it (supposedly).
So my answer is no, you can’t trust.

Of course it will be a risk, and it depends on the exchange and the project you are investing into. It's not all about the numbers (marketcap), but also the fundamentals and if people keep investing into it. New exchanges without the track record can just disappear (old ones have done that in the past too). But IEO is just too of a broad term for deciding anything. C-cex supported lots of scammy ico projects before they were even known as IEOs.

A big no for an IEO in the new exchange. Currently, New exchange has no reputation to lose so it's very risky to participate on IEO there.
Why not try joining in IEO that launch in a trusted exchange, even though the price if that token that you are talking about is pretty cheap, You can't deny the fact that the chance of its price to grow is very slim.

Of course that you can´t trust. Think about it, what makes IEO trustworthy? The exchange that manages the token sale. If IEO is managed by Binance then we could say that this IEO is trustworthy because Binance will not harm their reputation by listing a scam.

I don't speak about specific exchange, but i saw many good projects which listed in new exchanges, and what attracted me was the price of the toke, some token's price less than 0.1$ and i was jut thinking that it may increase in the future.

we don't know the quality of the new exchanger, so I suggest leaving it. although the project looks pretty good, but we know that the new exchanger also has quite a lot of problems and that is the exchanger that was just created. we don't know whether the exchanger has no weaknesses or not. at least, if you want to choose an investment in IEO, choose a popular exchanger. some people have done research on the success of IEO that happens in popular exchanger, and it tends to provide benefits for investors. it's better than taking risks by supporting IEO in the new exchanger.

New exchange? No way. Some existing exchanges already have records of scam IEO projects what more on new exchanges that have nothing to lose yet? Those old exchanges risk their name accepting scam projects simply to earn yet scam projects still attacked them. Better those in exchange like Binance , Kucoin or popular exchanges that have good record or support. It might still be risky since it depends on the IEO project but it's less risky than in new exchanges.

I think it is better for you not to participate in IEO in a new exchange place because it will only make you lose money and even get stuck at expensive prices, it is better for you to participate in IEO in a place of exchange that has a good reputation value such as binance and other good exchanges.

Wether its listed on good or new exchanges risks are still present. But I’d rather say not to buy tokens on new exchanges, only innocent investors will fall on their trap. Nowadays projects are doing their best to list their IEO’s on credible exchanges but don’t mean your in good hands you still could potentially lose your capital.

Anyone can invest in a new IEO listing in the new exchange, but you don't know if the new exchange will give you a profit or not. The new exchange still searching for new members and invite them to trade on their site. But remember, the risk will always be there, and it's better not to risk big money to invest in IEO. Even if the price is low, it doesn't mean you can invest in big money, but that will your decision. The risk will be yours, so you need to think twice about investing in the new IEO in the new exchange.

That's risky, because this new exchange could be a scam. It's best to invest in solid exchanges that offer legit IEO! The probable cause is that the IEO is a scam and we may not recover our investment.

Exactly, Because almost all IEOs would prefer to laund their IEO on respected exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, Bittrex. Because their IEO is more believable if they are in strong stable exchange!

I personally do not believe that IEO is listed on the new Exchange, moreover only has a low volume, most will fail. It's better to secure your assets by investing in IEO which listings on popular Exchange like Binance and Okex. Many IEO projects were carried out there and were successful.

its a no for me, 2 risk will be involve when you invest in an IEO listed in unpopular exchange .
first the IEO that choose unknow exchange has a high chance to be failed.and another risk is the exchange itself since its new there are no users or traders if there are only few people trade there .

meaning after the IEO the token you buy will have no liquidity ,no buyers and no volume.

Its a big risk to invest on IEO projects from new exchanges, they mostly have other aims and new exchanges are been built lately to quickly take the advantage of IEO fund gains, i bet they can easily exit scam on you so be extremely careful

We can't say it's risk free yet, it's been four months since I was observing the IEO 's activities on selected exchanges who've participated with this offering. There's no good feedback, and most of the coins listed on their specific exchanges didn't established a good demand. Maybe one of the reason was due recent bitcoin price declination, the right time is yet to come and potential chances of increase is always there.
