I updated yours. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) i don't know what happen...i'am still waiting for updating.. I'm at work now so got limited time to research before some hours. But from what I already know is that it's currently only affecting you. The other accounts updates as they should. Client update!New windows builds are out. This time it's a static build to correct the runtime errors. If you have experienced the runtime error, please try this release! We also passed block 15420 and switched protocol without problems ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) This release also includes some optional fixes in the client, e.g if I2P is enabled it will drop dnsseed over internet. The checkpoints are also updated. Note if you still use the first release, you must upgrade now. The protocol has switched and you will be unable to receive new blocks until you have upgraded. Thanks. This coin lives for the most on I2P which is designed to be a internal network, not a proxy network like TOR. But it have also some nodes in TOR. The reason this coin prefer I2P is that TOR has a centralized bootstrap, while I2P is decentralized. I2P also uses two tunnels for a single tcp connection, one in and one out. The reason this coin allows clearnet is mining. The latency of mining over TOR/I2P could be high from time to time, and won't attract serious miners. The main feature for this coin now is the native I2P support, e.g: { "addr" : "[Fx1vnP3NIPkTNxmSEjx3ougERn8EyQZl50aIcprKqm3XkfhpBD9sWZ6q8BUXVvRHXD22Q1H4gN~sMlFkPhsUPXheYZlXrvkCIc2syDXN HnSYAjffpRG-X-er3HCuzWBHM9-ZUKvC25Dea4a0aZWuTcKMvAds9AEiv867TuCY~MpmF6JVpEQMZpfCKcwfQS0jkMN4ur1lcPwwPvXPG5ZXIIB~ZcwCOZfqTwc um5juMU64WFN40V7YFKw99FlONziGwhtwZkSqmZxDjUBHC7Mt0XqYA9lljXAT9ZJIN9ebsIfFeQAWoW bPPJGVQbEaj2qtbT98VBGvSFmlUEy6FaErkx9cPrqVQF CL1hTHXosoU7RuuPzmfZjUEblxyCr4diE1xHyNwgbGpa7Cuvho2H406r0KaFERSKzSuSgbxPQx~CyvwOVIH6sFJm3dekqXjFt2k3MHz~kgziiEJBIidfFlnqonE fuYcCeeZf35xT4rZHMwyRiGBeKYwRiNXki7K1riAAAA]:0", "services" : "00000081", "lastsend" : 1371867037, "lastrecv" : 1371867039, "conntime" : 1371670741, "version" : 70002, "subver" : "/Anonymous:0.7.2/", "inbound" : false, "releasetime" : 0, "startingheight" : 13712, "banscore" : 0 }, (from getpeerinfo) And more will come. There will also be a Android wallet with a embedded I2P router where all traffic is routed trough I2P. Anyway, if you're interested in darknets, you should read this: http://www.i2p2.de/how_networkcomparisons.htmlGood luck to you and your coin! Send me a PM if you change your mind about creating a new alt coin, then you maybe fit good in our team ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Mac OSX Version available yet?
No sorry, I'm guessing it's ready when the protocol switch. The last commits where OSX related. Edit: I'm running the daemon on OSX 10.7.5. No problems compiling using dependencies from homebrew/ports.

Thanks for the information. Can you tell me what version of boost you're using? I noticed some stuff in gdb that might have to do with boost. E.g wrong version, or in other words it should been a compiler macro in the code to fix this if it's a issue with the boost version.
1_53 Thanks! I found a bug and corrected it, unsure if that is the same bug you're experience. Please try the last code from github. https://github.com/Anoncoin/anoncoinAnyway, I resynced on OSX and Linux x64 without problems now after the fix. And the RPC didn't stop answering ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I've compiled it under CentOS 6 (with custom built openssl and other needed packages) replaced old anoncoind and started. got 120+ loadings almost immediately and anoncoind stopped responding rpc commands. same stuff repeated several times, so I had to stop my p2pool (althash.com:11119) and wait for you guys to resolve this.
which logs can I provide?
Thanks for the info. What is your running configuration? (The anoncoin.conf file. Don't post your rpc password, I just need to know what params you are using) port=19001 rpcport=19102 server=1 daemon=1 testnet=0 rpcuser=*** rpcpassword=*** addnode=198.144.187.112 addnode=54.214.83.193 addnode=193.150.121.24 addnode=193.150.121.28 addnode=141.0.73.226 Thanks for the information. New release currently undergoing testing. If everything goes to plan there will be a new client release within the next 48 hours. This client release will be mandetory from block ~15420.
The new release will have I2P support. New arguments: -i2p=1 & -i2p=0 (0 per default) New options in -onlynet -onlynet=i2p
Some bugs have also been corrected. More on this on release time. Or read the native_i2p branch on github.
This is not a blockchain reset. Coins mined so far is not junk for the new clients.
The client will adjust from sqrt(2) to factor 8 until block 177777, then adjust down to factor 4 when speaking of diff adjustment.
Client updated! If you use this coin, please download the new client as soon as possible! The client will do a switch in the difficulty adjustment at block 15420. Windows binaries at http://anoncoin.net/Source code at https://github.com/Anoncoin/anoncoinMac OS X binaries will be released soon. This version might require you to delete your peers.dat because of the I2P support that was added. On windows do: 1. Open start menu, find "Run" (type it in search on Visma and newer) 2. Type %appdata% 3. Find the Anoncoin directory 4. delete peers.datOn Linux do: 1. Open a terminal 2. Type rm -f .anoncoin/peers.dat
