No exchanges will give free $50 and you can easy to cash out it from there, maybe the $50 you can use only in that exchanges as I said before for pay transaction fee or like you say for buy their coin, but for sure only can using in the exchanges.

Yes, blockfolio, I'm also using it, you can set a price alert for every coin listed on there. But as far as I can remember Blockfolio only support crypto and for stock, metal and etc is still no support yet. Or you can use coinmarketcap or coingecko price alert. And the good thing is all free

I also have a formula like this. Maybe 1/5 or 1/6th depend on ATH.
