421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hodling vs trading on: October 10, 2023, 05:08:34 PM
Literally speaking, it's safer to do holding than trading, because in trading, if you don't have enough knowledge, you can quickly lose the capital you bought with Bitcoin or crypto.

Unlike holdings, you just choose the cryptocurrency you will invest in as long as you make sure you know that you will not lose; instead, you will have income when the bull run comes or the halving is coming. For sure, there is, and you will get a profit from your investment in Bitcoin or crypto here in this business field.
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and gambling which one has done you more harm on: October 10, 2023, 04:58:24 PM
I don't really remember that Bitcoin has harmed me. Even if we say that Bitcoin has harmed others, I haven't heard any news like that. Isn't there anything? Then how can Bitcoin be harmed, whether it is digital or intangible? Maybe what you mean by making a topic is that you invested in bitcoin and then suddenly you didn't make any money from it and you didn't get anything.

Is that what OP means? Then Bitcoin is very far away from gambling because there is no game in it, whereas in gambling, there is only a game, and there is only gambling or relying on luck to make money here. Compared to bitcoin, it is not like that.
423  Economy / Economics / Re: Fast Transportation Makes Economic Turnover Faster on: October 10, 2023, 04:47:31 PM
I watched it on a news report here, and when I saw it, I was amazed, but I was also concerned from another angle. Yes, the delivery time will be accelerated, but it is dangerous for the delivery person.

Why did I say that? because if, for example, there is a technical problem while he is in the air, it can be a wick or the cause of the skyrider's death. Because of course it's a machine, we can't say when it will suddenly have a technical problem. So that job is also quite dangerous, to be honest.
424  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long to learn trading? on: October 10, 2023, 04:31:37 PM
Learning how to trade will take some weeks. But learning how to use trading to make profit can take months or a year or more, although learning the strategies can not take more than weeks but learning how to control emotions can take months.

I learn trading myself and it took me some days, but I lost money to trading very well. I learn more and more and now better than before and it takes me more than a year.

One thing I know about trading is to never use the amount of money that you can not afford to lose to trade.

You said it right; it seems that the theory is different from the actual, if that's what you mean. Because of my experience, the lesson is easy, but applying what has been studied is the difficult part, and it cannot be easily understood.

That's why those who have experience in actual trade are better able to understand compared to those who are just studying trading.
Then 2 years passed before I had a deep understanding of reading the trading chart, or s graph, to be honest, because it is not easy to understand based on what I have been through here.

425  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does bitcoin price increase after halving? on: October 09, 2023, 11:35:03 PM
In the last Bitcoin halving that happened, if we look at the history, it happened in an uptrend in the graph; I didn't see any downtrend; instead, it was really bullish. That's why it's called the halving season; there is an increase in value in the market. So in times like this, we should really be able to save bitcoins or cryptocurrencies. So that we are not left behind.

Let's not repeat the past mistakes we made during the last Bitcoin halving. Because after the halving, Bitcoin's price will continue to rise due to the bull run period that will actually happen.
426  Economy / Economics / Re: Agriculture vs oil on: October 09, 2023, 11:25:51 PM
You pose a false dichotomy, especially since agriculture today is highly dependent on oil. Fields are tilled with power tillers or tractors, grass is cleared with weed cutters, many crops are mechanized, like modern olive harvesting which is picked by machine, many fertilizers are derived from oil, etc. Without oil, agriculture would not have even 20% of its current productivity.
So true,  crude oil has played very vital role in the agricultural sector. Some of the fertilisers used for plant are derived from from petrochemical substance. Crude oil has played very important role in the modern agricultural system because most of the machines and tractors are being operated by oil. Both agriculture and oil are very important to nation economy,  the both should be taking serious. Their are countries that only depend on crude oil and the economy is doing very well.

As a result, agriculture and oil should not be confused, as they are both vital to human survival. Perhaps the title in this section is incorrect; perhaps the Op should have done "Benefits to be Gained from Agriculture and Oil." We will not judge one another's looks.

Even I cannot declare that agriculture or oil are superior because they are both essential and cannot exist without the other. Why can you convince us that agriculture and oil are unnecessary? Nobody can claim that one of them is insignificant. Instead, they are both beneficial. That's all I have to say.
427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How was your first experience with gambling? on: October 09, 2023, 11:13:46 PM
Yes, almost the average gambler will find it difficult to get out of the gambling circle, only those who have lost everything can get out of the circle because even though they want to make another deposit, they no longer have the funds so they are forced to stop gambling.
Yes, this incident was almost the same as my close friend, at first he was just trying to gamble, he lost and then made another deposit into his account, and here my friend was given a gift by that party. dealer and he won a pretty good jackpot. I told my friend to stop playing again, with confidence my friend started playing again, from there it started to decrease and the jackpot ran out, then deposited again with much larger capital and lost again, there was no more conscious money to stop.
In essence, online gambling has been regulated in such a way by the service provider, so that players are given the opportunity to win once and many times to beat the player.

Obviously, your friend suffers from a gambling addiction. And, as a result of his greed, he lost the winnings he should have lost. That is, he is also to fault for what caused it. When a gambler's gambling addiction is not properly handled, this is the negative result.

That example, if you see that even though you reminded your friend, he ignored it, and because of his addiction level, he doesn't know how to listen, that's because the self-control and self-discipline are gone, and in the end, your friend was still a failure. Do you understand?
428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Winning Wisely: Strategies to Protect Your Bankroll on: October 09, 2023, 01:58:18 PM
I only know one thing for a gambler to play wisely: when he wins between $30 and $50, maybe it's a warning to stop; don't try to continue, because what frequently happens to those who continue even after winning is that they finally lose. Numerous gamblers have experienced this numerous times.

Due to their false belief that they can defeat the banker, most gamblers get even more ecstatic and increase their wagers after a win.
429  Economy / Economics / Re: What US can do with its dept? Genuine question. on: October 09, 2023, 01:48:47 PM
Most of the country today is all in debt. Now that I know the US, whose debt is too big, there is no back-up of their dollar or currency, unlike other countries that are backed by gold and others that are backed by oil.

If this US can do it, it will be really deep in debt because it is debt after debt, and then they are not doing anything to reduce their debt. Then it seems that the style of the US will lend a large amount of money to a country, and then when they know they can control the country, they will attack it just to get rid of their debt, but this is just what I thought, and I'm not sure if this is the style of the US.
430  Economy / Economics / Re: Marriage mean double your passive income, rental property mean double your passi on: October 09, 2023, 01:36:57 PM
There are people who get married out of time or without preparation, and the only thing they do is stand up for what they have done and accept the fate that they already have a family and that married life is also prepared.

So the OP is probably referring to double your passive income, which should be for married people who are not ready or don't have the right time. Especially for young people who are not old enough or mature enough. And it's a difficult situation for that kind of person to partner with. So the marriage lawyer should really be prepared, to be honest.
431  Economy / Economics / Re: Ideas without action: An overview of a successful entrepreneur and a dreamer. on: October 09, 2023, 01:25:08 PM
Many people only dare to dream but don't know how to proceed, when they try several times to make that dream come true and fail then they stop, while successful people when they encounter failure will continue to move forward until they fail countless times and finally succeed.

In this day and age, to be a successful businessperson, you need to be prepared for all the circumstances you will face and be patient in all aspects of your life. You will have all the patience you need to succeed. Success is hard earned; it's not easy to get, that's the truth.

It's hard for someone who just daydreams but doesn't do anything to achieve what they want in life, so it's said that if you think big and go get it whatever it takes, don't do your best.
432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to know about Bitcoin Halving on: October 09, 2023, 01:10:49 PM
When I discovered that the Bitcoin halving was appropriate for what I was doing at the time, I had already started building up the potential cryptocurrency I had seen when it coincided with a rise in Bitcoin's market price. So, a few months back, I was completing the DCA.

As a result, it is certain that the altcoins will follow Bitcoin's movement during the future halving, knowing that Bitcoin's value price has increased on its own day. Additionally, I believe that this time it would be very difficult for the holders to increase their funds.
433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why won't the US government give up? on: October 09, 2023, 12:55:15 PM
Maybe the U.S. government still believes that they can still control Bitcoin, so they didn't lose hope until now. But in reality, if I look at it, the U.S. is just stubborn and doesn't want to wake up to the fact that they can't control Bitcoin.

No matter what the US does, it will not be able to stop the dominance of Bitcoin in the whole world. The US government will be even more stressed when they see its value reach $100,000 next year, for sure. So the US should just join the club in the Bitcoin community and support it 100%.
434  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Binance P2P Merchant Experience. Anyone? on: October 09, 2023, 12:35:53 PM

Thanks! Nakalimutan ko may mga youtube video pala about dito. Baka may iba ka pang resources diyan like seminar and shits about being merchant.

Yep! That's another reason kung bakit gusto ko rin mag establish ng ganitong niche kasi may demand dito sa local in the first place. Would appreciate if may useful resources ka about dito. Please share!!!

How to become a merchant on p2p Binance?
435  Economy / Economics / Re: Deposits-in the bank or in gold? on: October 08, 2023, 02:48:30 PM
Any kind of precious metal is a very good investment, as they are a hedge against inflation. Gold is the ultimate option to save your money, and at a time when inflation is hitting every part of the World and every class of the population, it is important to have some investment in Gold because of inflation and devaluation of the currency. Saving in the banks is not a good option currently, and the chances are that your money will be devalued due to inflation. Invest in other mobile/ liquid assets as well to increase the security of your money against devaluation.
Depends on where you live, in my country, precious metals are real expensive and there's a lot of burglaries happening in the country so I don't think that hoarding or even considering buying to hedge against inflation would be a good idea for me now if you're in a relatively safe country that have a low case of burglary, you definitely can feel at ease storing precious metals. For me though, I'm better off with putting my money on bitcoin.

You mean the metal is more expensive in your country than gold? As for the matter, you seem to be right. There are other countries where silver is more expensive than gold, but here in our country, gold is more expensive, so people of the middle class invest in it.

And the others even buy and sell what they always do. But of course, since I'm here in the cryptocurrency business, I prefer it here because I know the movement better and because it's better to invest where we know the movement of the market than when we don't know the movement yet.
436  Economy / Economics / Re: The impact of Russian and Ukrain war on world economy on: October 08, 2023, 02:36:57 PM
Israel and Hamas have intensified the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, which has not even begun. At this point, it is unclear how it will affect countries that are far away from the conflict. Could Israel and Hamas be to blame if fuel prices and prime commodities are quickly impacted even in Russia and Ukraine?

It's still unfortunate for the citizens of the aforementioned nations, though. How do they manage to survive there? Given the current state of the nation, the situation must be challenging, right?
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin (DOGE) Pumps 10% As Elon Musk Links Memecoin To X on: October 08, 2023, 02:22:10 PM
There are like 50-50% chances of peeps getting rich with DOGE bull run. Don’t forget most of the peeps have lost their faith in DOGE and many more has lost faith from Elon Musk promises as well. This makes the plan go south. I think the other 50% gives peeps chance to recover their lost investments from the last cycle if any. However this cycle of bull run doesn’t guarantee them the profit. The 10% hike is literally nothing as compared to what price they had back then. It was around 50-60 cents per DOGE when peeps had invested their money in the DOGE. You see it’s not gonna reach that level Whatever Elon does now. It will take many more investments from the Elon before peeps can trust back.

The 50/50 chances you say, I'm a little doubtful about that. You know Elon is very influential when he posts something on Twitter about a meme coin like Doge. And we have seen it several times. Like Shib, he only said briefly in the post about SHIB, but look at the sudden effect it caused on the market when the value of Shiba Inu rose.

We still can't really say, honestly, that I'm also holding doge because somehow, if anything good is said about meme coins like doge or SHIB, it will definitely have a positive impact on the crypto industry market. Let's face it, he shakes the market suddenly when he takes a step about it. He knows very well how to shake the market here, to be honest.
438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to friend for financial improvement. on: October 08, 2023, 01:45:25 PM
I don't get the people who buy the latest iPhones. It just makes no fucking sense. You're getting a basic income, around $800 in my place, and you prefer working your ass off for 2 months straight, just to get an iPhone than getting a normal smartphone, with a thousand euros left to pay bills and stuff.

As for bitcoin, I'd absolutely suggest anyone to spend some hours and learn what it is. No one should be putting their money in stuff they don't understand, and lots experience this in cryptocurrencies who are usually victims of hacks and fraudulent schemes.

Others are able to purchase the most recent models of branded iPhones, and yet others are active climbers or are making serious efforts to do so. They don't mind; just pretend they have an iPhone when you want to boast. I see a lot of that, particularly on social networking sites.

Therefore, in my opinion, it is a sensible choice to purchase Bitcoin rather than an iPhone because, when its price hits $100,000 in the upcoming bull market, you will be able to purchase an iPhone with the money you have made a 400% profit.
439  Economy / Gambling / Re: Slot Educational on: October 08, 2023, 01:29:28 PM
But nowadays, even a child of 3 years old knows how to watch YouTube. My son, who is 3 years and 3 months old, is also like that; he is a big cocomelon. As your wife did, my wife also installed YouTube for kids for our son because he always has his cell phone in his hand and he always watches Cocomelon fan as long as it is purely educational. The only advantage is that the children are already familiar with such things. So even though there are pros and cons, if you let the child use YouTube, which is open to everyone, it should be YouTube for kids.
There's no doubt because I have a nephew who is under 5 years old but already knows how to watch YouTube and call his father. He only knew the letters that meant his father, which was on his mother's phone and then pressed it when his father was away and asked him to come home quickly.

And my nephew already knows videos that can be interesting to watch. He even knows how to find the cartoon videos he wants. Somehow, he could think of looking for it but he found it. Regarding the slot game in the video, there should be education related to slot games so that people understand what the impact is if they gamble, especially if they don't have self-control.

Maybe the government should be able to provide understanding to its citizens by taking a different approach to explaining gambling. This freedom to access the internet is often used to do illegal things, causing problems for them.

The youngsters will benefit in the future from your continued guidance and reminders. Children today are different; they can explore areas that we are unaware of; they have notions about areas that we believe they are still learning about but are actually already familiar with.

It's similar to how I taught my son to count from 1 to 10. I didn't teach him to count from 1 to 20, but I was startled to find out that he already knew how to count from 11 to 20. He already knows the number, even if I only point to it. YouTube is excellent for youngsters because of this. And if we have the time, we can teach or help them comprehend how to play the slots.
440  Economy / Economics / Re: Agriculture vs oil on: October 07, 2023, 11:26:42 PM
The title of this topic says that even if the person is not educated, if it is a matter of survival, the choice is, of course, agriculture. Where does the food of all the people in the world come from? It's just common sense that we already know the answer to that.

Yes, oil helps us and helps nature, or so-called climate change, but can it provide food for billions of people around the world? The answer is no, but agriculture can do that. We also know that agriculture is also a source of renewable energy. That means it is important because all countries depend on it.
