421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to your Bitcoin when you Die? on: March 06, 2018, 08:20:33 AM
Did you guys teach your family members on how to access and use your Bitcoin in case you will die?
Do you want to take your Bitcoin with you when you're gone?

Let me hear it from your own opinions...

There are a lot of bitcoins that is not circulating in the market due to some owners that lost their password or maybe some other just die on a natural cause. This is the reason why some of the coins are going to waste.
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is bitcoin over? on: March 06, 2018, 08:19:37 AM
Bitcoin price is getting down just like ski slop!
Is bitcoin over? do you think bitcoin will recover their price?
I'm afraid, I lost my everything almost 2million....

Bitcoin will always recover even thought the value sometimes is fluctuating, there are a lot of new investors each day and that what makes the value of bitcoins increase even further more and not decreasing for a very long time.
423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin become a daily currency? on: March 06, 2018, 08:10:26 AM
Bitcoin transactions are way slower than other cryptos and fees are high, and when you pay with bitcoin you pay with only fractions of it, so do you think it is possible for bitcoin to become a daily currency? Something you can use to pay for coffee? If no, then what cryptocurrency have this potential?

Bitcoin can become our daily currency if governments will allow it since they are those people who are deciding if bitcoins will be legalized on our country or not but that is possible in the future if technology will grow further more.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best exchange for beginner? on: February 15, 2018, 06:22:52 AM
I was away from crypto for years and now I'm trying to get back into the game.  I was really STUNNED that there is no exchange, even after many years since bitcoin started, that we can just deposit USD and start exchanging altcoins.  I hope I'm wrong because this would be the single biggest hurdle for altcoins to be widely adopted by general public.  There are just too many hurdles to jump over just to START trading.

The best exchanger today for bitcoins is liqui.io because it hold my btc since i started to work on bounty campaigns and i use etheredelta fro any altcoins that i want to trade. Working on bounty campaigns today is really profitable so do not lose hope because you are not late to earn cryptocurrency.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment in ICO on: February 15, 2018, 06:01:02 AM
i have some bitcoins with me..any tips to invest them...dont want to spend them...should i invest in some ICO ??

If you are really interested on investing in some ico's then you should look for the platform to determine if there's really a good future on their coin otherwise just invest on bitcoin or ethereum and earn profit as the time goes by.
426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any advice for a newbie? on: February 15, 2018, 05:53:40 AM
Hi guys,

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  Undecided

I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i  am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.

Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???

Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

cheers

I prefer that you invest even more on bitcoins today because the value is a lot cheaper, you can also invest on ethcoins because it will go back to 1k dollar probably when the value bitcoins rise up again it will affect the entire altcoins.
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon? on: February 15, 2018, 05:43:15 AM
I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it's way to early to be selling your altcoins. It's like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?

So tell me, why are you selling your altscoins so soon?

In my own opinion, most of the people today are really scared about losing profit and we all know that the value of altcoins are very low so they tend to sell all their coins at the lowest price to earn back the money they invest and that's the time when they are all starting to lose their profit.
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is new way to get Free money? on: February 15, 2018, 05:40:31 AM
I do not know why! I only think that Ico project is a more modern Ponzi method right now.  Huh
How about you, YES OR NOR ?   Huh

Most of the ico's today are not continuing the project after the sale ends and most of the consumers who invest on their coin are not getting any profit. The best thing to do is look for a reliable developers to have more chance of earning profit if you are planning to invest on ico's.
429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins You Think will Grow on: February 15, 2018, 05:33:27 AM
As the industry changes day from day. our views as to what coins will grow in long term seem to change.
many thought XRG was it in December, then it was Tron, then people thought less

so anyways
your ideas of 5 good coins you think will grow for 2018?
Privacy and Alt Coins

I am still thinking NEO.
But I like to hear from everyone else. as new ideas help to research other coins.

more feed back the better.

If you cannot decide on what altcoin you should invest then i highly prefer that you place all your money on ethereum, this coin is cheaper than bitcoins but it has the potential to grow its value if you are just patient on waiting.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are altcoins still dropping in price on: February 08, 2018, 01:33:26 AM
Btc hasnt dropped very much more and it seems like some alts like linda, verge, and electroneum are still dropping how long will it yake for them to rise back up

Try to look at the value of cryptocurreny today in the market, it was very noticeable that bitcoins drops from $13k dollar to 7k and since all altcoins value are based to bitcoins then the values are all being affected of decreasing.
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't panic! on: February 08, 2018, 01:27:46 AM
For anyone who is panicking at the market-wide price drops, please don't! There is no reason to panic. Look long-term, don't look at price charts over the last week or month, look at them over the last year and see the pattern of rises followed by pullbacks... but the course is always upwards.

If you're new and bought in during December and now see huge losses... the worst thing you can do is sell now. Prices will increase in the long term. The current dip is just a correction to the wild excesses of last month. Don't panic!
If the prices you can see now are lower than the prices that you bought in at, then the best thing you can do is buy more. Why? This will lower your average entry price.
If you bought bitcoin at $16000 and see it now at $8000, the course of action is clear: buy the same amount at $8000, and your average entry point is no longer $16000, it's (16000+8000)/2=$12000.

Don't sell, buy!

Those traders who are only losing profit in this times are newbies, there is no reason to panic and do not think of downtime in the market as a bad days because we can invest further since the value is low. Now, if you worried that the price of your coins is decreasing then hold still for you not to lose your profit.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Low prices, are you excited about the situation? on: February 08, 2018, 01:24:52 AM
Prices are low and it is presenting a good opportunity ... are you excited about the situation? how do you exploit the retracement to your advantage?
Some investors are worried, but many of us are doing great business and will continue to do so in the coming days.
Which of the purchases of these days made you happier? did you do it on new products (new to you) or did you recover something that you missed in the past?
What are you keeping an eye on and hope to take during the next days?

Supply in demand is always the reason why cryptocurrency is decreasing or increasing in the market, it is an advantage for us right now because the value bitcoins is very low, in this days we can invest even more to earn profit so do not get worried to much.
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin or Etherium? on: February 08, 2018, 01:19:36 AM
So as a back story, I am heavily invested into these two coins. Each one of them has their specific uses and I personally think that Etherium can do all the things that Litecoin can do, and then some. Litecoin's primary use is to transfer money from one place to another. You can do that with any cryptocurrency, and ETH offers that option as well, along with the same if not cheaper type of fees as LTC.
Now, they also offer smart contracts which will attract ICO's to use ETH. So with that being said, if you had to portion out 100% of your portfolio with either LTC or ETH, how would you populate it and why? I need some convincing on why I should stay invested in LTC.

I prefer to invest on ethereum, if you are going to look at the charts and how the ethereum achieved its value today starting from $200 then you will notice that this coin does really have the potential while the value of litecoins today is still stuck at $300 even it was released years ago.
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: February 08, 2018, 01:16:32 AM
Seems like most people just want to become super rich in a short period of time.
If you don't believe in this new technology, and just want to earn quick money, I think you will probably not achieve what you want.
All I want to say is be patient, live your life, and don't get too emotional by all the negative news/FUD. Yes, crypto might be ended in a really bad way and you lose most/all your money. But if you truly believe in the new technology, just invest the projects you like the most and hold until it gets mature and returns.

Cryptocurrency is already battle tested in the past years, people who are strategically good in marketing will really earn profit, so do not lose hope when the value of coins is decreasing because you should always expect the volatility of the market.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: February 08, 2018, 01:12:45 AM
Recently Bloomberg posted the information that it took hackers less than 10 years to steal over 14% of all existing Bitcoins and Ethereum from the wallets of their holders. The total sum they have stolen is more than $1,2 billion! How to protect yourself from hackers attacks? Are you afraid of this stuff?

The best thing to do before you invest a cryptocurrency on some of the exchangers like liqui.io or bitconnect is to research about their history and ask reliable traders what is their own experience before deciding to use your capital.
436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your plan? on: February 08, 2018, 01:08:31 AM
By plan i mean when do you plan to cash out. Is it when you have made enough to buy a car, a house maybe? or are you setting your sights higher?

Personally i'd just like to own my own home, after that i would just play with spare change.

The best time to cash out your bitcoins is that if you already achieve your desired amount because the transaction fees today is much expensive than before and the value of bitcoins is decreasing right now so its still better to hold more than cashing out today.
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying NEO. Yes or No?! on: February 08, 2018, 12:55:25 AM
I am reading so many good things about NEO, or to say
Chinese Ethereum. I am thinking to buy it and I need your
advice on this.
Is NEO a good long term investment? Which wallet is the
best for NEO?
Is there anyone here who wish to sell some NEO, or I need
to register at some exchange site and buy NEO?
Thanks for all the answers, I hope we can make some good
deals here.

If you are planning to buy neo then i think that you should invest more on ethereum because it was down to 700 dollars today, and if you are looking to an altcoin then i highly recommend you to invest on eth because it does really have a potential to grow its value.
438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Telegram the new measure of ICO success? on: February 08, 2018, 12:51:16 AM
Been seeing projects' Telegram groups blow up and I think that's an attribute of success. Personally, when I find a project, I do judge them by their social media presence. How active a telegram channel does say a lot with their demand.

With the rise of groups exceeding Telegram's 50k member cap...what do you guys think?

Article: https://news.bitcoin.com/telegram-followers-the-new-metric-for-cryptocurrency-success/

Telegram is one of the way to remove duplicate accounts in the ico and most of the participants are choosing to join a campaign that has a telegram involved because it has a higher rate of success more than other campaign.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bloody Markets on: January 31, 2018, 10:33:14 PM
most of cryptocurrency are red for now and down in USD terms,, especially bitcoin
at this moment bitcoin price down below 10K USD depends on coinmarketcap data

is this the best time to buy more bitcoin ?

Absolutely yes, everyone is waiting for the price of cryptocurrency in the market to go down in order to invest. This days are actually good because there are a lot of consumers who are investing on cryptocurrency hoping to earn more profit when the market price goes back to normal.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: January 31, 2018, 10:31:24 PM
I can't name any other coin/token, which failed more times than ETH. It's not about loving or hating it, it's all about people losing money, because of situations which can be avoided. I would care less if these ETH based projects were not asking money from the masses, but that's not the case. And believe me when I'm saying that Ethereum has some powerful lobbyists. Otherwise its price would be probably 1/5 from the current one.

Didn't we had enough of this?

I bought my ethereum coins back before when it was still $300 per coin and i did not regret on investing in it since the value has already reached to $1k today. I never stop supporting eth coins and it all payed up because i earn a lot of profit just last december when the hype on the market is on.
