They can't. There are only two country has the ability to reach US. Russia and China. The nuclear bomb of North Korea only can reach China and south Korea. Dont think China or Russia could reach the US either, although they do have the funding and technology, the amount of reaction time from that far away would negate any threat. The real threat is when there is no time to react, like striking from Cuba *cough Cuban Missile Crisis* China and Russia do has the ability to reach US, but they will never do that useless US starts the war first and this could start third wrold wars and ruins the wrold. Besides, Money and economic come the first nowadays. |
