421  Other / Meta / Re: A proposed mechanism for detecting fraud scam bounty campaigns on: August 03, 2018, 10:01:55 PM
I thank everyone who responded to the topic
Both those who discussed the idea and those who spoke outside it
I'm still at the beginning of my career in the forum
my English is not good . I try to improve it
I try to raise the level of posts somewhat and learn from you a lot.
422  Other / Meta / Re: A proposed mechanism for detecting fraud scam bounty campaigns on: August 03, 2018, 01:22:49 PM
Hi guys
The goals of the idea
Maintain the reputation of the Forum and its members
Maintaining the interests of the members and all those involved in the market
Everyone suffers from fraud campaigns
the Old  members have a great responsibility and have expertise to take advantage of
I thinking about a mechanism to discover the scam bounty campaigns  at the beginning
It is through the vote of the members (the oldest and the experts in particular) each according to his rank
Each rank shall have a degree of confidence commensurate with it
The grades are divided according to campaign analysis factors (team, whitepaper, campaign manager, etc.)
Each member's vote will show either his or her/ his name
This voting shall be published on a subject devoted to this purpose
For all members to see before joining any campaign
This is an initial idea and I invite everyone to discuss it and make add or change it.
You can't get out of scam ICO/bounty campaign as long as there are thousands of BUMPers like you- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1837301;sa=showPosts;start=160

I request you to provide more data regarding how this process will be done. Then people can have a discussion. You are not clear what you are saying.

I am asking old members who have advanced ranks
To vote for campaigns and give its confidence + or -
This vote is published to benefit everyone before engaging in any campaign

426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news from Brazil on: August 03, 2018, 11:28:21 AM
Especially good news from a large country of developing countries
Waiting for stronger news to have a greater impact on the market .
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] ENERGZINE EV CHARGING STN ON BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY on: August 03, 2018, 11:10:34 AM
Their social media channels are inactive from weeks, bounty manager has disappeared, no one responsible can be seen around, and last but not the least their website is not accessible now either, so it is an obvious exit scam, i was seeing this project promoted heavily on telegram and other places, they were smart enough to lure people to promote their scam and now they are gone. I think their should be a mechanism so that such direct scammers should be caught by police and jailed for life.

Everyone should be interested in working to prevent the scam campaign
Many of the money, times and business are lost because of these cheaters
There must be a mechanism to detect these campaigns before they spread
428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cannot be a global currency on: August 01, 2018, 12:23:38 PM
I think there are two mistakes in this view
First, you start your judgment with the concepts of the moment and it is known that science advances and changes many concepts with the evolution of life
Secondly you control the BTC and other currencies it will not develop from its performance
And adapts to the human demands of them
429  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: The European Parliament Says Digital Currencies Can Be Used as Money on: July 31, 2018, 09:32:04 PM
It means nothing...

Quote
“Digital currencies, also known as ‘virtual currencies’ or ‘cryptocurrencies’ can be defined as ‘a digital representation of value, not issued by a central bank, credit institution or e-money institution, which in some circumstances can be used as an alternative to money.”

They've also added this:

Quote
“The arrival of permissioned cryptocurrencies promoted by banks, even by central banks, will reshape the current competition level in the inter-cryptocurrency market, broadening the number of competitors. ”

In summary, they say cryptos "can" be used as an alternative to money.
But the European Parlament, unfortunately, has no jurisdiction over this matter in the EU, they can't force a country to accept any other method of payment than the euro or their national currency.
It's up to the parliaments of the EU members to vote this for their internal legislation.

So..its just words.
Sorry, let me disagree with you
The European Parliament is mainly composed of elected members
In the sense that it reflects the image within their own countries
That is, they are not isolated from the views of their countries
I see a strong signal in the positive direction

431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: "Hard Cap and Soft Cap" on: July 30, 2018, 09:29:20 AM
Wonderful and adequate answers
I would like to add another angle to answer that may light the way for anyone looking for an answer
Softcap is sufficient financial capacity to achieve project objectives in its lower profile
Or is the minimum financial capacity to start in its thumbnail.
Either hard cap
Is the highest financial ability to start the project and achieve its objectives as stated in white paper
432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin in Southeast Asia be legal? on: July 30, 2018, 09:08:21 AM
I've red that Japanese government was preparing for licence for crypto markets. This is the legalization, I think.
If this news is true
With the news that everyone is waiting for atf in the United States
I think the impact of these two news will be strong on the market side
And an incentive for other countries to adopt the same approach on the other

434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it right time to buy Altcoin? on: July 28, 2018, 08:20:09 AM
Very good decision in good timing
Altcoin will rise after the next correction
With a very high BTC Dominance of 47% now
435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Latest news about bitcoin ETF decision on: July 28, 2018, 08:15:48 AM
The decision was to be made on Aug. 10
But was delayed until September
With them until February,
but I hope  that the decision will be positive before that
The effect of the positive decision will
be fantastic and will raise the BTC and all market very well
436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I cursed? on: July 27, 2018, 09:21:24 AM
you need to takes learning and deliberation

437  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it pre-entry whales stage? on: July 23, 2018, 11:01:31 PM
All of these conspiracy theories about manipulation by "whales" is irrational and stupid. It's all just a part of a paranoid fantasy. There is no evidence -- only conjecture and speculation. Nobody can even come up with a solid scenario about how or why it might be done.

Get a grip! Get a life!

Let me disagree with you
Only see that the media war at intervals on the BTC
And hacking of wallets, platforms and paid articles around btc bubble
All these weapons against BTC are not enough to explain to you that there are those who exploit them
To reduce the price of the currency to buy at the price he wants ?
Let the dreams of the virtuous city
we live in a forest
438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN is FUTURE !!! on: July 23, 2018, 10:47:43 PM
When I entered this world it was my goal to make some money
As any ordinary work
But when I deepened a little, I realized that we were establishing
a new stage in the development of humanity
In the economic and technical aspects
The existence of blockchain technology and its evolution to serve humanity
Besides the unprecedented freedom of BTC
Will be the engine of development in the world in the coming decades
I'm thinking this way for this I see that cryptocurrencies are more than just a work of earning money
But a new system of life will move humanity forward many leaps
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the impact of ICOs on the market? on: July 22, 2018, 11:32:35 AM
Subscription to any ICOs will require the purchase of encrypted currencies
This means an increase in market size
As well as the entry of new people to
the market means the spread of the idea and this is specifically required
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment on: July 21, 2018, 07:26:48 PM
As you long as new in this field
You must look for profit with safety
Invest in the first 10 coins in the Marketcap
I highly recommend ETH. ADA. EOS. STEEMIT. NEO. XRP
