KYC is so easy to get around.
Here's an example:
I had a colleague who wanted to invest in an ICO but Singaporeans weren't allowed.
So he simply googled a passport ID page and submitted that.
All he had to do was photoshop a couple things and Tadaaa! He is now a filipino.
For me, when I haven't been able to invest because I'm American.
I just ask my Chinese friend to do the kyc for me.
Devs will be able to similar things and more.
In a way, this could even increase scams because people foolishly think kyc means the ico is legitimate.

just like you said, neither ICO or IEO have their own risk, even somehow the both of them is similar, the important thing is, ICO could be the fake project one, besides IEO surely the real one, why i say that, because IEO already partnering with exchanget to guarantee the safe fund for investor.

Our personal details should be always kept personal. And by the way, keep in mind nobody will give you somethign as a gift.. if they send you 25$ in tokens.. is because they can profit form your data in a bigger ammount!
Your data in the darknet (from different sources) sold for$1.25$ that's too cool.I stopped worrying about KYC because I have already sent my documents to scammers 1 time. blockchain.comdo not look like scammers and I have repeatedly used their services.Therefore, do not panic. I think I disagree with this post. I don't personally see the need for mining bitcoin right now especially for the average income earners. The resources that can get you a meaningful BTC from mining are enormous.
That's why for more profit miners unite in mining pools and earn enough.Resources are huge only where electricity prices are too high.But basically engaged in mining exactly where the prices are the lowest. |

Баунтисты останутся. Чем больше будет IEO, тем больше будет потребность в рекламе. Вы видели, сколько сейчас IEO уже? И без рекламы здесь никуда. Вы знали об этих IEO - о большей части нет...Просто исчезнет откровенный скам ... Хотя не все имеют возможности выйти на IEO - поэтому будут как по старинке проводить сборы и на своих сайтах... Тут спорная ситуация. Да реклама вроде бы нужна, да проектов IEO становится всё больше. Но вот только все они на поднявшимся хайпе и без проведения баунти собирают необходимые средства. Поэтому нет гарантии что баунти вообще останется в том виде в котором сейчас существует. Только может быть в лучшем случае для не самых известных бирж. Иными словами если баунти и не умрёт то уж точно резко сократится в своих количествах.  Да вполне может быть и такая ситуация.Зачем проводить баунти если биржа сама по себе выкладывая анонс предыдущих IEO и будет делать рекламу проектам?Классическое баунти и баунтисты действительно находятся в зоне риска.Баунти не исчезает но определенно их станет меньше.Время покажет... |

Is it normal that an ICO has a Hard Cap of 72 million dollar?
