I'm not following PFL at all but might start if Ngnnou actually returns to MMA.
Ferreira has just beaten Ryan Bader within 30 seconds of the first round, he put him down with the first punch. I haven't seen any of his previous fights but that was impressive.
As for Ngannou, I wonder if there's an actual date set yet, or is his return contingent on the outcome of his fight against Anthony Joshua.
Ferreira was much better than Bader, he is younger, and he had some other advantages, but Ngannou will crush him easy in next fight. Ngannou boxing fights will only make him better for MMA comeback, and I dont think anyone can show serious resistance against him in PFL heavyweight. Ante Delija, Ferreira and others are all great fighters, but they are not on the same level with him, maybe some new face signs up this year. Drama is just getting started in Championship! Ipswich won against Birmingham, not like I expected in first half but they conceded one goal in last moments, and they finally won 3:1. Southampton missed a chance to win against Millwall and they are no on fourth place Leeds is second with 72 points, same as Ipswich in third place. Leicester has a hard schedule, in next few days they are playing in FA Cup against Bournemouth, but it will be even harder for Southampton against Liverpool. This matches could affect them and they could be more tired for league matches in next weekend. |

Preston won 3:0!Leicester lost 3:1 What a derby match this was! Leicester had the lead until 80 minute of the match and they missed plenty of great chances, and when someone misses so many punishment must come. Leeds played amazing last ten minutes and scored three goals out from nowhere for another win, and they turned title race very interesting again with only 6 points difference! Remember that first two places mean direct Premier League promotion and last team will be decided in play-offs. I just love EFL Championship   Ten more matches are all played in Saturday and now Southampton and Ipswich have a great to climb the table. Chances for that happening are near zero for me. If I had to pick one upset in this round I would maybe pick Getafe, but Villarreal is also doing fine against Real Sociedad so far. Girona should be able to win and I think this is perfect chance for them to do that against Rayo Vallecano. Does anyone know why Granada vs Valencia match is postponed? |

I think most people didnt fully understand how this new competition will work, and there are negative and positive sides like we see so far. One good pick on underdog team and you can win more points than someone who played safe in every round. Winning combination here is that we have two pots with totally different systems |

Still as pathetic in the CL as they always have been. Squad full of choke artists, having said that I think they will probably do enough to get to the 1/4 final. They are not going to win it though, they do not have a squad that knows how to win big trophies.
I think Arsenal will show much different face against Porto on Emirates Stadium, but I just checked early odds and they are incredibly low. From all Champions League teams left I am only impressed with Real Madrid, it is going to take a miracle for them to not win the title. I am expecting some big surprises in next round, chance for someone to get on top in Pot B, for example me I really enjoy this format, with some minor tweaks I think it can be even more attractive in the future.
