421  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin or other coins on: September 09, 2017, 07:10:31 AM
bitcoin has a community and already has a strong foundation as the best cryptocurrency today. in terms of trust, bitcoin also scored highest. so do not be surprised if many people choose bitcoin than other coins.
422  Economy / Economics / Re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin on: September 09, 2017, 07:03:16 AM
just be honest. I have not had a special strategy or anything. I just buy and hold bitcoin until the time is not specified (exactly until bitcoin price rises in a conducive situation). if we can find the right moment, we can get many benefits.
423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin market crash on: September 09, 2017, 07:00:25 AM
I'm just curious. What if bitcoin and any other alts market fall and you invested all your money into this. Would you rather do Panic Selling? and How would you compensate all your losses?

it depends on the situation. if I see that there is still potential in altcoin or subcitin, I would be brave and not afraid to hold my bitcoin. because I'm sure after the coins have dump for a while, the coin will rise again.
424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FAKE CHINESE NEWS, DO NOT SELL FROM FEAR, HODL TO THE MOON on: September 09, 2017, 06:57:36 AM
even though the news is true. I still will not sell my bitcoin whatever happens. all the news and all the dumps that happened lately I think it's just an issue to drop the "temporary" bitcoin price. I'm sure bitcoin can get through it all and again show a remarkable development.
425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The DEATH of Bitcoin Surfaces Again on: September 09, 2017, 06:53:39 AM
yes. this has happened in the past. but I still believe in bitcoin that they will be able to do something in the future. do not get a wrong step in making decisions. I'm sure this kind of thing is only temporary and will be back to normal.
426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does China have a large part in the world of cryptocurrency? on: September 09, 2017, 06:32:31 AM
A few days ago China just announced that their government banned all ICO activities, and instantly the bitcoin price went down. how do you think about this?

China is an obvious main player in crypto, with Bitmain having a basically mining monopoly and a ton of other miners ending up on China due the cheap electricity and cheap labour essentially.

This is nothing but more FUD and more insider trading. Look at the PBOC incidents last summer. They were able to dump the market, and the market recovered and we went to an ATH. This is the same all once again. Weak hands will get shaken, strong hands will hold, insider traders will get a ton of BTC from the panic sellers. The same cycle always repeats on all markets.

I hope this does not happen again to countries like China. yesterday even China had made a statement that they will also ban bitcoin, and the result bitcoin price yesterday to dump. I hope everything will improve and return to normal.
427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin the price $250,000 in the next 10 years on: September 07, 2017, 03:15:20 PM
what do you think about this prediction of co-founder of breadwallet aaro lasher the bitcoin's hit the price around $250,000usd in the next 10 years, how about you mates what is your opinion about this expection.

that's possible. but there must be some issues that bitcoin should resolve like the problem of a particular country that has not received bitcoin and even prohibits bitcoin activity. bitcoin is also developing currents to make sure no other coins can compete in the future.
428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: September 05, 2017, 03:13:24 PM
Bitcoin is usually used by people interested in technology. I mean, persons with a certain technical knowledge are interested in bitcoin.

My observations are that way. I think Bitcoin needs to reach larger quantities. Can use bitcoin in people who are not interested in technology?
Can people use the bitcoin in the profession group like tradesmen, teachers, housewives, firemen, butchers? Are we going to see the days that these people use bitcoin?

I think it also affects the environment, the environment is the main thing to introduce bitcoin to people who disagree with technology. start by making a little transaction using bitcoin, I'm sure they will be interested and follow you.
429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: September 05, 2017, 03:11:04 PM
my regret is that I do not know that bitcoin prices will go this far. I used to know only when bitcoin prices are around $ 100 and I think that's normal. starting in 2015 I started to regret it when bitcoin prices broke through $ 500.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: September 05, 2017, 03:08:39 PM
Bitcoin is a very popular crypto coin today, we know that Bitcoin will be very expensive in the future but I imagine if Bitcoin die, whether there will be hope for the future of altcoin? because most altcoin exchanges are to bitcoins
your opinion is highly appreciated. Smiley

I do not think so. I think if the bitcoin dies, then there will be another coin that replaces it. the coin is better than bitcoin and more accepted by the crowd than bitcoin. but I hope bitcoin will last a long time.

432  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: September 05, 2017, 02:57:13 PM
Hi, I was wondering if I should quit my job and focus more on bitcoins? Because I think it might get me even richer without a job?  Grin

if I choose both. because even though bitcoin can provide a large income, we still can not predict market movements, so leaving the main job for bitcoin has a huge risk. and I would never do such a thing.
433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: September 05, 2017, 02:51:56 PM
Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.

to explain to people who have never known about bitcoin before, you should be able to show the actual evidence, such as making transactions and others. with that they will know for what bitcoin is made and why bitcoin is so popular.
434  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price and financial crisis/downturn on: September 05, 2017, 02:09:05 PM
Hi,

Up to now, Bitcoin hasn't gone through financial crisis. Maybe one financial crisis is near (look at financial market overvaluation)

in case of financial crisis, bitcoin price could
-collapse as big money people will withdraw from any investment,
-surge as BTC could be seen as an escape to current financial system
-remain stable

Do you think that in case of a major financial crisis like in 2008, bitcoin price will collapse, surge or remain stable?

thanks

I think it's because of China's government regulation that prohibits all ICO activities. the impact is very big, but I think it's only temporary and everything will be back to normal in a few days or weeks.
435  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: kesulitan merintis akun Bitcointalk ? on: September 05, 2017, 06:24:05 AM
tentu saja, kalo saya pastinya masalah waktu. karena saya juga bekerja dan kuliah, jadi harus pandai pandai buat mengatur waktu supaya akunnya bisa jalan terus
436  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Bitcoin hanya mengisi waktu luang atau Prioritas ? on: September 05, 2017, 06:22:46 AM

437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the 3 thing you look for in an ICO? on: September 04, 2017, 07:24:50 PM
As the question reads.  For me:

-  The concept/vision - is it innovative?  does it solve a real world problem?  is the problem it solves something I am interested in?
-  The team - Size and experience.
-  How the coin relates to the concept.  Is the coin a key part of the platform?  Are other payment methods available to users, etc.

yes. the first must be their purpose. if I find their goals uncertain or unrealistic, surely I will avoid it, the second is their team. make sure they really have a professional team, and the third is their budget.
438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves vs IOTA on: September 04, 2017, 07:20:28 PM
both are very good coins, but in this case, I prefer IOTA rather than waves, where IOTA shows better progress.
439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: September 04, 2017, 07:18:09 PM
what do you think about this topic?

may be. because with bitcoin. I can experience changes in the financial field, and I can also earn extra income from bitcoin.
440  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I cash out my BTC now? on: September 04, 2017, 07:15:47 PM
I guess this is not the right time. because bitcoin still has enormous potential to increase. if I have a lot of bitcoin, of course I will hold it for as long as possible until the price is stable
