426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / ICO owners and their dubious character. on: April 11, 2019, 03:58:29 PM
ICO as we all know is an avenue for developers to request for funds in order to carry out their project or their plans. As much as we have seen lots of scams in this crypto business, many more are coming.
i think the latest means by which these fraudsters scam people of there money is by creating multiple projects and launching it separately. Example.  a project owner launch an ico project in January. the ico failed to reach soft cap, maybe raised a little amount of money. the owner declared a loss and shut down down the project, informing investors about the update and promise a refund.
there is every probability that 40% to 20% of investors has forgotten about this project and may not request for their cash back. simply because the tokens has been send to their wallet.( sh**t coins). they are plenty.
watch the next move: the owner launches a second project maybe late july or august changing all information and using the funds generated from the first project to facilitates the second project.
Guess what, if the ico turns out to be successful, we might move to the next stage(exchange launching, project development) but we all know the outcome of an inferior projects.

Or the same initial process may continue if project failed to reach soft cap, I.E shuting down, promise payback which they can't fulfill and come back again with an entire different story.
so many ICO owners has tried this pattern many times stealing peoples and knowing fully well that they have nothing to offer.

we need serious help in this crypto community.

435  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why is it hard to say sorry on: April 03, 2019, 11:50:27 PM
if you fail to master how to apologize to fellow brothers, it might be difficult for you to apologize to somebody else. our upbringing says much about we treat people around us.
436  Other / Off-topic / Will bitcoin looses It's Top spot? on: March 30, 2019, 07:41:31 PM
honestly, it might sounds stupid because we all knew that bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency. All other currency pegged their trade on it. bitcoin as we all knew has a purpose. for payment. it's major purpose is for transaction. anything that has to do with payments majorly.
what if a cryptocurrency pop up from nowhere with a huge and multiple purpose other than bitcoin? is there a possibility of another currency taking over the top spot.
437  Other / Off-topic / Re: What browser you are using on: March 30, 2019, 05:51:55 PM
I exclusively use internet explorer that comes with windows 7
it's a terrible browser and experience  Cool

Grin Grin Grin Grin i am also using explorer too on my windows 10. it's flexible different from that of windows 7. it is faster compared with chrome and i think it is faster because it does not support java enable websites.
438  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Keep proper distance but not losing passion on: March 30, 2019, 05:22:46 PM
i think that is an exactly mindset of a beginner in crypto trading. you must pass through that feeling and pains of concentration.  it is not easy to maintain a top class with passing through different chapter.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What causes tokens been dumped after a successful ICO. on: March 29, 2019, 02:32:55 PM
The major causes after successful ICO is because of the investors that are invest huge amount during the pre sale and during ICO. After they have make their money and  profit they have in focus they decided to dumped the token.

Discounts are evil. Bounty in tokens is evil as well. Both of them lead to a strong dump after the listing at any exchange. To prevent it founders should spend a lot of money to buy back tokens at the exchange with a high price. But there are too few teams which are able to do that.

this can only happen if project owners really trust their project and wants to see it develop. everybody is after the money now.  some owners never really care much about the project they are working on. they all want to make gains and dump the project for another one. i think it acceptable for people that feel ICO should be abolished for one to focus on the available projects.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What causes tokens been dumped after a successful ICO. on: March 29, 2019, 02:25:58 PM
It's widely known that the biggest dumpers are presale and private investors who get big discounts in ICOs. In your example, you are talking about one investor who gets a 25% bonus, which is relatively low considering that there are ICOs where early investors can get 50% or higher bonuses. They can easily sell their tokens, get profit and buy again at a much lower price.

thanks brother. you got my point. that exactly what i am trying to say. yet project owners will blame it on hunters.  things need to change.
