Why you need tokens in vending business? How you will use tokens here?
Raising money via an ICO helped us to approach also non-typical Health investors. Also, we wanted to build a dividend based token ecosystem. In future, tokens could also have further use cases. im asked about liquidity of tokens? How we (and you) will use tokens after ICO? At the moment, this is a dividend-based token. Token holders will receive a dividend quarterly in ICO. Liquidity will mostly depend on how the ICO will perform and on the business profitability (if we grow, tokens will be on demand) Does your tokens will be trading on exchanges? because, SEC equates dividends tokens to valuable papers and exhanges dont like dividents tokens.  Well, not SEC doesn't rule the whole world  That said, there are several coins who allocate dividends and most of them are in several exchanges. SEC working in USA. And USA exhanges prohibit tokens with dividends (Bittrex, Kraken etc). On which exhanges you tokens will be trading? Of course, in non-USA exchanges Yes, there is binance. There are some dividend coin/tokens listed there. |

Dividends will be paid to any token holder in ETH but, why after January 2019?
Maybe because their project will be fully operational and start to make/have profit at that time. |

My guess is ico will be over like 40.000.000 - 50.000.000 token sold.
So it will be 10-15million $ market cap. Also no bounties.
It can pump very easy.
But they will generate all 150,000,000 tokens and distribute unsold tokens proportionally to TGE investors, right? Yes, unsold tokens will be distributed among TGE investors according to the stakes. I think SophiaTX has a very high chance in reaching their hard cap, the TGE is doing really good. Still, I think that unsold tokens should be burned. This will preserve the high capitalization of the project and will positively affect the cost of the coin. If they burn the token, then the price will increase. If they distribute the token then the holder's token will increase. Its literally the same. I dont know the difference of both of them , maybe someone knows and wants to explain it. |

And also the dividend part is pretty interesting.
Someone likes, others not. There are several types of investors and we think that a dividend based token better fits our project Yes, actually i dont see any disadvantage for the investors themselves. But maybe people who dont like it are come from regulated countries especially USA, it means they cant invest in this because of SEC. |

What are your plans for exchanges? I would love Kucoin and binance. In Kucoin they are only accepting listing requests by devs so if you could please contact them and ask for listing.
They already have deals with Qryptos and EXX exchanges. Not sure about those you mentioned though. It's very likely that SophiaTX will be listed at binance. They list almost every token No, they are not. Binance is only listing good coins but sophiatx can easily get on that list. I am only using binance for an exchange so it will be very good for me to be on Binance. But it takes time. And also there is a vote for coin listing there. So its really possible for project that has big community like us here. |

sophia tx will be able to apply the management projects between several providers for the construction industry for example. the schedules of the different teams will be managed by the blockchain, deadlines, communication, ect .. This centralized approach of the management projects seems promising and very attractive for companies which want to save time and win efficiency.
I think SophiaTX is a Unicorn coin. It is a game changer in a lot of fields. And no other project in the blockchain space is like it. It probably is, but only time will tell. But for me, I think the business model of SophiaTX really has great useability even outside the cryptoworld so I think this will explode. It will grow our investments at the minimum of 10X. If sophia can cover various kind of business, and im sure this is their goal. Then ofcourse this will explode, and also firstly blockchain needs to be a common knowledge for global people and more familiar to them. |

You can use any ethereum wallets, this is an erc20 token. |

As how rates for eth and dct are going on stage 2 it's better if you contribute with bct. But it's not devs' fault if this market is the most volatile out there
Btc should dip on future lauch at monday so dont know how good is your advice mate ;/ Invested with ETH saw no problem or loss by doing that Yes, ETH is more stable recently. But ETH network is jamming, so 1 good thing and 1 bad thing. |

I don't want to do the math but right now 1 ETH = 1447 SPHTX (1 SPHTX = 0.00069 ETH) and rates are written one post above yours. I asked about investing in DCT. I see how many tokens per ETH. I want to know about how many per DCT. Others took the trouble to do the maths for you  . Here's the calculation of @SophiaTX for the 2nd round.
Well I calculated it (If you see any mistake let me know) and for the second round you get:
1447 SPHTX = 1 ETH
BTC: ETH/BTC 0.026864919500000008
1447/0.026864919500000008 = 53862.0634988 SPHTX for 1 BTC
DCT: BTC/DCT - this can be considered as a typo. It should be: DTC/BTC 0.00003916320000000001 because 1DCT costs this much BTC. So:
0.00003916320000000001*53862.0634988 =2.10941076522 SPHTX for 1 DCT + 10 % = 2.10941076522*1.1 =2.32035184174
According to the current exchange rate, it turns out that the bonus of 10% is lost, because the etereum has grown more than DTC, count yourself. What do you mean? if the eth price has grown, then it will be a lost because the exchange rate (1447 SPHTX = 1 ETH) is still the same. Please correct me if im wrong. |

we all have a pending transaction, mine never moved . I mean for other transaction not in SophiaTX you need to up your gwei to get it prioritised, around 40 should do the trick as of now. Yes, otherwise we can only wait for it to be solved. This is really a bad week  |
