421  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS Broken SP30 on: October 14, 2015, 10:31:18 PM
Honestly won't be offended by low balls, I'm just trying to gauge its value.  I have it, the cost is sunk, so worst case I sit on it and when I get the time I'll investigate further and try to get it hashing again.  I'm posting this because if someone out there is confident enough in their abilities to do rework that they make an offer, it might be mutually beneficial.

I bet I could most likely get it working again. Fixed a couple of s3's  and some s'1 that where dead and wouldn't even communicate  and a s5 for another guy. Never worked on a SP30  but electronics are all the same LOL.
422  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS Broken SP30 on: October 14, 2015, 07:34:56 PM
I purchased a group of miners a few months back that were hosted at Great North Data.  Part of this lot was an SP30 with one known bad loop, it was hashing at a little over 4.0th.  A few weeks later, the poolside stats showed the unit dropping to 2.2th, signaling one whole board had shut down.  This happened overnight and was not noticed, but by that point, the unit had completely stopped hashing.  I believe it was hashing at 2.2th for approximately 2 hours.  I now have it in my possession but frankly I don't have the time to troubleshoot it and do the board rework that I pressume is required. It looks like one of the DC - DC buck chips let go, frying a bunch of caps and my guess is this is shorting or in some way disrupting the entire comms line for all the DC - DC regulators.  As it stands, the unit does not hash.  I am currently at work but I can and will provide pictures later on.  Just trying to feel out if anyone is interested in picking this unit up at a steep discount in hopes of getting it hashing again.  At the very least I assume someone would want the PSU's.  I'm open to offers.

I would love this but don't know what to offer since it is completely not hashing. I do not want to low ball you but don't want a expensive paper weight.

Alright who needs to eat chicken around here tonight to grab the next block. I had chicken enchiladas for dinner. Do not know if it has to be salad or not..Smiley hopefully we hit this one before it gets to red. Been kinda of a slow start for the month.
424  Economy / Services / Re: Selling human traffic to your site. Cheap prices, GEO targeting, exposure length! on: October 14, 2015, 12:47:47 AM
Stay tuned for giveaway that will be posted soon in appropriate section, we're going to be giving out promotional credits so you can test out our traffic !
Still deciding on the amount of credits though, keep an eye out !  Kiss

The give way sounds awesome. But I saw from one of your others posts the screen shot with clicks. Now is that clicks of the website as in views or clicks to a banner like adsense? I mean 1000 different click to adsense would most likely be a ban type situation. I know you answered this in a previous post but where is all your traffic cumming from? Bot? or something else?

This is pretty cool. I do not really see a reason why he is trying to get referrals that way. but hey it is a free 12 cents worth. Nice find!
426  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: [ANN] MinerFarm - Virtual Mining Game for Real Bitcoin on: October 14, 2015, 12:39:28 AM
if i buy tech its permanent or not??
Yes, each technician worker would be permanently yours after purchasing one and as result there's a fee for the tech itself upon finding of each block in the game

Wait, so if you buy a tech., you're paying a fee on it forever, even if it's not being used?

Yep even if you do not use your tech there are fees for every block you find. Just hire him out lower than every one else to make up for it. You will most likey make more off the tech than you will mining.
427  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do you have a favorite casino? on: October 14, 2015, 12:36:44 AM
Mine used to be prime dice untill the banned US from making deposits. Now I roll with Magicdice or Rollin.io. Never really tried anything other than dice games with btc though.
428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: October 14, 2015, 12:35:10 AM
in my signature - doubler with minimum only 0.001 BTC.
Website v1.1 coming very soon!

How is this even part of the original thread?

As every one else said. Gamble is and only should be used for fun. the short term will be great but in the long term house always wins.
429  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 2x S3+ on: October 13, 2015, 09:55:57 AM

Prices still kinda high. But where are you located and do you have any pictures with your user name a date?
430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do u invest or u trying to make something from giveaways? on: October 13, 2015, 09:54:16 AM
Well I'm trying to make something from almost nothing and mostly i play pocket dice ( day have 1000 satoshis per hour, some times there is even a bonus). And i menage to make 2 mBTC after some time and few minutes ago i lost it all ( i played to give under 6, every next bet doubled, 18 times was above 6 or 6). So I'm interested how u guy's doing this and how was situation with u?

i'm also trying to make a decent amount available to withdraw on no-deposits bonus on some casinos like birwo but unfortunately never had the luck to meet the wagering requirement Tongue also tried faucets on some dice sites like primedice but still unlucky to multiply it Cheesy ( its kinda hard actually) on dice faucets, i always roll my claimed satoshis @ 100x but so far never hit it

Did anyone hit it so far? I having fun for now and i`m trying to make something out of it. And sometimes I feel so close but then machine sell me. But i`m stubborn i will continue to do this and try to learn a bit more, after that i will think about some investition. For now i`m not sure in that.

I have hit the withdraw limit off a couple of sites starting only with the site faucet. It doesnt happen every day because I switch between alot of them. But it does happen. Just need to learn not to rage bet and learn when to stop and take a small loss.

Magical Dice is offering you free satoshis to bet there if you haven't Bitcoin to deposit and play, there is also some other sites offering bonus and giveaways for new members encouraging them to play in their sites.
You can try your luck with this sites, if you are lucky enough and have some good strategy you can make good profit

A lot of gambling website like dice sites offer a faucet to try out the game.. it's not meant to be used for making a "good profit". But yeah, Magical dice isn't the only one that offers this, but sometimes Magical dice offers "Magical hour" where the faucet amounts are multiplied by whatever number they set... it's a very generous gambling website in general though.

I have to agree with this. Magical hour is kinda nice if you can be there for when it happens. But the only thing about dice it is all just gambling. In the end the house always wins.

But investments can go bad just as easy. So everything with bitcoins is just a gamble I think. I have yet to see anything that has to do with bitcoin be a sure thing beside investment in hardware and mining.

But then you still have to weigh out the cost of electricity and hardware failure if they happen. I make more off my mining than I have off gambling. But I am always one to stay with a sure thing.

Yeah a few high Diff blocks right next to each other makes it tough.

No orphans or stales, but an unworthy 'not quite good enough' block doesn't help either Sad

Only one orphan in the last '12 months' means either I'm doing something right or we're lucky Smiley

Oh I thought the not so worthy block turned into a orphans or stale. Which both have different meanings I know. So this would be a first for me to see a block that just wasn't good enough. Is there a way to detect this from the start? I am sure if there was we would have gotten it in the first place. But I mean as whole really, I mean if the block-chain sees this type of transaction is there a way to broadcast the failure and tell the miners to change over to the next block or is that what already happened?
433  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [2900 TH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: October 12, 2015, 09:53:59 AM
Good start of the week!

Yea it is, was nice to see we didn't have to wait another 80 hours for a block to show up. Just glad it wasn't another stale or orphan block. Always hurts to see almost 80 hours go by and get hit with one of those.
434  Economy / Gambling / Re: NEW CLASSIC DICE WEBSITE ! 5 MINUTES FAUCET ! HOUSE EDGE 1% on: October 11, 2015, 11:38:52 PM
Take 2 bits every five minutes from the faucet. Also, for now, honestly, besides the 1% house edge there is no reason to join the website. I will improve it but I need time Smiley

I suggest you better make your site in its best possible before launching it, releasing it to public with nothing new on interface and with really high house edge will only give your site bad impresion

I would have to agree. Don't use a free domain. Once the traffic start you will a better domain / hosting anyways. I know you have to start some where. But you will also need something to attract the users and pull them from their current dice site.
435  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 2x S3+ on: October 11, 2015, 10:14:37 PM
Umm not to be picky but might want to lower your price a little bit. I just purchased my last two for around 75 including shipping. I might be looking to purchase another one just trying to decide if I want to save up for something bigger or go with another S3, running three right now.

Also may want to post some pictures with your user name and date. along with one of them hashing. Just a suggest.
436  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Bitcrane ultrahoist - 500ths - 105$ NEW on: October 11, 2015, 10:09:57 PM
If I purchase one used one does it come with the water coolers? If it doesn't what would the total cost be?
437  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: [ANN] MinerFarm - Virtual Mining Game for Real Bitcoin on: October 09, 2015, 01:33:20 AM
Wow the ROI because of fees are making my % to ROI go negative instead of positive. two days ago I was at 9.96 and now today I am back to 9.74 %. I am in the highest hash rate pool with 0 fees I shouldn't be hitting negative ROI LOL
438  Other / Archival / Re: Pictures of your mining rigs! on: October 08, 2015, 12:50:43 AM
I took one out for my new hobby.
Antminer/plant heater...... Grin Grin Grin

This is gotta be one of the sexiest mining pictures ever. For sure!  Good I idea though using the heat form the miner to help the plants out.

Awesome 2 blocks there by Kilo17 with ~70THs Cheesy

That is AWESOME SAUCE for sure. I mean back to back is always sweet. I hope we can hit another one some one eat some chicken salad and reset the pool rofl. I mean what a good bounce off that long block and a good night for the pool!!!!

So I made enough BTC this week to buy another s3. But I am already runnign 3 s3's. Think I should just keep saving and buy something bigger?
440  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [2900 TH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: October 06, 2015, 11:56:54 PM
Looks like I'm having a chicken salad for lunch.

Does the chicken thing always seems to help? I mean if it does shoot I will be eating chicken every day if I have to!
