Think and choose the right version of events Smiley

Perhaps the developer chose the wrong strategy. Informational emptiness is not the best way to increase interest in the project. The official pool often falls, I see the negative balances of the miners and do not see any comments from the author about this, although earlier he always reported on the failures and quickly corrected them. If the sports betting system is improved, success will raise this project to new heights. Why create obstacles to success with your own hands? Perhaps the author helps those who want to buy coins at the lowest price? This is the usual method of attracting large investors without increasing the coin rate ..

When the etherium was young the price fell down, the sponsors were constantly added, the price continued to fall, the miners complained about the low price. Vitalik said that the etherium should not be expensive. Of course, in fact it was the moment of buying coins by investors at a low price. Those who realized this were happy after a while.

Exactly current price is a good chance to enter to VOT. But the last dev Tom activity was more than 2 weeks ago. Then nothing, no comments, no releases, no smth else. The version looks enough probable that devteam would like to buy VOT at low price

DOB available deposits of type 8 are over. I've could catch several of them  Cool
It's better than PoW mining and PoS. PGC amount in the wallet grows for 30% each 3 month.
The most of people just don't grasp it

Pegas will fly high!

GPU mining is dead if u did not know. Not every crypto is down 97% from its INITIAL PRICE

Really?  Cheesy
Say it to ethereum miners.
GPU mining is alive and will be alive for several years at least. Now GPU mining profitability is equal to the levels of later 2014-2015 year. Who have patience will be rewarded in future.
I don't invoke to mine and hold BTG. But it's fact that BTG is most profitable for NVIDIA GPU mining.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VOT]: VoteCoin - a new era of anonymous crypto democracy on: September 15, 2018, 08:14:13 AM
NFL Week 2 games are open for action on the VoteCoin blockchain.

Rules and poll#'s are posted on www.betVOT.com

Good Luck
James

It's good application. But to become popular VOT should have a market with enough liquidity. Maybe should create build-in exchange in the VOT-wallet that anybody can sell or buy VOT for BTC for example.
Some time ago there was a suggestion from Instant Bitex exchange to list VOT. Is there any news about it?

Oh, wow, paid shill much? How much does Jack Liao and BTG Team pay to such shills like you?
1 year of BTG lifecycle: 97 % down from initial price; no LN, no debit card program. 200k premined coins dumped by developers, 18.5 mln USD stolen via 51% attack, 2mln USD stolen via mybtgwallet scam. NICE YEAR BTG !

But now BTG remains the most profitable coin for GPU mining. Does BTG reach the bottom? Probably not
I choose the following strategy: mining BTG for a week, selling BTG, re-buying below 10-20%, repeat Smiley It allows to make a little money.
All cryptos is in downtrend, nothing scary

Z-ENEMY VER 1.20 (PUBLIC) From: Dk & Enemy (z-enemy)

....

New versions appear faster than they could be tested  Cheesy
Will try x16r and bitcore algo for the next several days
Test config is the same: 6xGTX1080ti, Win10 x64. There is only one condition: power limit should not exceed 230W per GPU for me (PSU limitation)
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Zealot/Enemy (z-enemy) NVIDIA GPU miner. on: September 14, 2018, 02:46:22 PM
Z-ENEMY VER 1.19 (PUBLIC) From: Dk & Enemy (z-enemy)
...

Thanks!
I'm testing x16r algo. In the miner I see about 5-10% increase of hashrate compared with v1.18. Power consumtption is practically the same. After 24 hours I'll check the hashrate at pool. Hope will see the same improvement

Unfortunately I can't estimate the improvements of new version on pool statistic due to emergency power loss at my rigs for several hours. Will test another day
P.S. I use Win64 Cuda9.2 version

Well after 3 day test I got the following results for my 6x1080ti rig (OC, DV) Win x64 x16r algo
v1.18 ~ 170 Mh/s (48h average on pool)
v1.19 ~ 180 Mh/s (48h average on pool)
Power consumption about 220-230W per GPU

But payment amount is less than WTM predict about 15%. Maybe it's due to pool luck or smth else...

Thanks for the feedback, i will do an update video on the changes since the first video, Dev has said the sapling update will bring about lots of changes like potential Mobile wallet in the mid term, shielded addresses in the short term plus auto refunds, poll explorer spruce up and poll reviews. Many people are poised to do sports betting or any kind of betting once private betting is implemented.

Also its kinda of a false equivalence to suggest vot isnt succesful, look the wider market, you could argue most coins arent doing well, but VOT is a survivor and dev has been updating wallet and been commiting on github this whole time, that to me is a mark of success the ones who grind through the tough times.

Once the roadmap changes are implimented ill do an updated video, im in this for atleast 3 years so i wont judge until then but if you were in the short term profit game vot has been to 600sats and then another spike so hopefully you capitalized then!

I don't worry about VOT price now. Whole crypto market is in downtrend. And it will continue about 1 year I suppose. But some funds was collected during VOT ICO. About 30 BTC as I remember. It's good enough amount so would like to know how devteam put into practice that funds.
429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VOT]: VoteCoin - a new era of anonymous crypto democracy on: September 12, 2018, 02:53:47 PM

It's good video but it's about half a year old. There was good enough start but now is silence.
Nothing happened. One year passed from the VOT beggining and the progress is unclear at all.
Does it mean that VOT investment was a bad idea?
Just any response by devteam is needed

432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Wyvern - Autonomously Governed Decentralized Digital Asset Exchange on: September 09, 2018, 02:12:29 PM
You can follow on Medium, Discord or Twitter. Not much major activity since the OpenSea integration, but the devs are active and around on Discord. I hold WYV btw, as do many others. It's not unusual for low-cap coins to not have trades for a long time, and then there are bursts of activity as the crypto markets kick into gear.

Thanks for info. I checked Discord channel of WYV project. But unfortunatelly it's not acitve enough at the moment. No plans of further development. Seems WYV became another useless token in my ETH wallet
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Zealot/Enemy (z-enemy) NVIDIA GPU miner. on: September 09, 2018, 02:06:14 PM
I'm running Z-enemy on 2 GTX1060 6GB and 2 GTX1070 8GB with core +100 and PL 90 for 1060 and +100 and PL 65 for 1070 and I get the error "The launch timed out and was terminated" do you know why and I can do to fix ita ?

Thanks

There is a lack of info. What is your OS, hardware config, drivers etc. Recently I tried the latest version of z-enemy miner and had no problems. Just installed the latest drivers on Win10 x64 and corrected OC-settings in AB. Everything works well
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Securix - A token driven mining company on: September 08, 2018, 02:47:23 PM
Here at Securix.io- A token driven mining company (http://www.securix.io/), we’re helping our investors hedge themselves against the volatile crypto markets.

SRXIO token holders are able to earn a monthly passive income whether or not the price of Bitcoin goes up or down.

At $5,000, our returns are 44%.

if Bitcoin is at $10,000 USD, our token holders can expect a 137% ROI.

We’ve even created a security plan that hedges our investors against a Bitcoin price drop below $4,000.

Our reserve plan will ensure that all operating costs are covered during a short-term decrease in the price of Bitcoin, and that all SRXIO token holders have a failsafe in place.

You can learn more about how we’re helping SRXIO token holders earn a monthly passive income on our website (http://www.securix.io/)!

It's great to hear.
Would you plan to use market tools to hedge risks? For example short position at low levels of BTC price?
Hope we will see working ETF of Bitcoin soon and maybe somebody will give the possibility to trade BTC-options. And it would be excellent for the hedge

....

250k USD is the reason. Do you have some free 250k USD? Hah? Yeah, right

250k is a big amount.
Did BTG team have that amount? Probably yes due to premine.
Could they reached an agreement with Bittrex? Probably yes, again.
Is Bittrex guilty in BTG 51% attack? Absolutelly not. It could happened with practically any other coin.
But if we see good progress of BTG development in near future everyone will be happy to forget this incident
436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VOT]: VoteCoin - a new era of anonymous crypto democracy on: September 07, 2018, 07:10:27 PM
i am very exited what will happen if the buy order at 50 and 40 sat is done. Will it fall down until 0 ?

I don't think that it's so matter until VOT reach enough big exchange.
The development is far from the end but it moves slowly but moves. GUI wallet is also far from perfect.
It would be good to see a report about one year work with VOT and further plans especially for ICO participants  Wink
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Gold : Make Bitcoin Decentralized Again on: September 07, 2018, 06:58:21 PM
It is still on very big exchanges and can survive this delsiting if those exchanges don't take similar decision. If few more exchanges decided to support Bittrex's stance then situation is going towards worse. Price didn't fall so much as in current market condition it is normal. But coming days and events taking place in those are important to keep eye on them.

The main reason of delisting BTG from Buttrex is that May's 51% attack and further doublespend was realazide with Bittrex BTG wallet. Of course Bittrex got a loss. But now the problem comletelly fixed, moreover the algo is changed. So I don't see objective reasons of delisting BTG from other exchanges now

and how i should add these?
First download folm.conf here "https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/414917287468990503/419092641737736192/folm.conf"
Find and replace folm.conf on your wallet  ...\AppData\Roaming\Folm\folm.conf

My wallets work well without any "addnodes". Both local and MN wallet at Win and Linux OS. Maybe should check firewall settings and open corresponding port.

Do you really believe that asic is good for the coin ?.i see a massive dump since asic is in advange about the costs of mining with this coin. Even the price is under Rentability then asic stops. But this Price is very low. I believr half from now

I think the current price is not enough adequate due to very thin market. And trading volumes confirm that. Equihash asics could be dangerous for VOT if somebody would like to 51% attack VOT network. At the moment it's not very expensive due to enough low hashrate. There was an example of successful 51% attack to BTG in May'18. But in this case low price of VOT surprisingly helps  Cheesy because 51% attack simply nonprofitable.

Attack is non profitable . So we are lucky guys. :-)
Its strange that all people are selling at 50 sat. What is- if its only one man who wants that the price goes down? Why does he do that ? There is a massive Buy Order at 50 sat and one at 40 sat.

If I would have free funds I would buy VOT at that price.
In Dec'17 I bought VOTs below 30 sats and somebody sold it to me at that level. Maybe one was just weak hands. I don't think that miners now sell VOTs. To sell VOTs you previously need to mine VOTs. But it is unprofitable for immediately selling. Or one is very strange miner

It's sad to hear, I understand this is due to technical problems with BTG. The development team needs a clear action plan that will give the opportunity to improve the project and return it to popularity.

No it's associated with technical problems that were with BTG. And fixed at the moment. But the consensus between Bittrex and BTG team was not been reached.
As I sad previously the most will see "BTG delisted"
