lol didnt think YD would do this and ruin his rep. I would not have issued a refund till I received the card back to test for myself, so seems reasonable and if the exchange could have worked in your favor, would you issue a refund to him? I think that is a chance we all know and accept that change in rate, especially these last few weeks. YD is straight, but then again I dont have a dog in this fight.

Yes, whole beans please. Ground = stale. Green would be best, so we can roast them ourselves as needed. Ahhh another consouirrer (sp) of different coffee!!!! |

like the title says, I need to see a picture of two of an 8 GPU setup. I have enough cards and PS is big enough but I can only connect 4 x 6870 to a 1200w PS. Reason being that on the 6870 and 5830 they have 2 - 6pin plugs to provide power to gpu(not dual gpu cards) and the PS I have has 2 - 6pin to dual8(6+2) and 4 - 6pin to 6pin connectors and the cards require both plugs to provide power to GPU. I got 2 - 6pin to dual8(6+2) from a fellow member and can hook up 6 x 5830.
To hook 8 GPU up I need 2 more of those plugs correct?
And where do you plug in the extra GPU's? get a PCI to PCI-e riser? Powered or non-powered?
Again that is why I would like to see some pics of the 8 GPU rigs, Maybe take a shot of the risers connecting to MB and a shot of the PS cables to the GPU's If anyone could help out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Unless you're superstitious you can't really change your luck (or the pool's luck for that matter). Just pick the pool you're happy with and sit on it unless it's having technical problems. Having said that you can always tell which pool I've recently mined on - they ALWAYS have a good run right after I leave and I swap pools all the time (mined at over 40 pools in 2 years)  LOL you and MUST be related! I have the same problem, but I am now at the GUILD, and it seems pretty good, making a decent rate, and access to private servers to stop DDOS attacks. |

it will let you undervolt but not overvolt? what size PS do you have? got enough power for multiple cards? ran into this problem with my 6 x 5830 setup. I need more COWBELL! Sorry that just came to me.

BTCGuild is the pool I wade around in, pool gives more consistant earnings, solo mining hit or miss, do ya feel lucky?could find a block first day or not find one for a year. As far as wear and tear, keep temps down and will last forever, heat is a bad thing for electronics, try to keep temps below 80C, mine currently are at 58 to 60C.

download cgminer and install that program, see if cgminer see the gpu's
