Along with her recent study of Sustainable Urban Development at Oxford, she developed Propy‘s most unique feature – an innovative algorithm for calculating the Sustainability Score for a property. Good article, and I agree that Propy has all the potential to fill the gap in cross-border transactions in real estate, where investors will have transparent offers with sustainability indicators in such hotspots as New York, San Francisco and London in their native language which is for sure a big benefit. Yea, they also had article in huffingtonpost written Mark Coleman and I liked how he said ...one thing is for certain, Propy is positioned to integrate science into sensible real-estate selection options that bridge an existing global need with the opportunity for creating a more sustainable world. I read this article before and agree with the author that Propy can be a next generation company at the nexus of sustainable living, urbanization, and the emerging opportunities of the international real-estate market. If Propy is be able to motivate sustainable building and living choices for consumers, particularly in the largest global cities, this project will become one of the leaders on the real-estate market. |

Аргументы давай. То что писал до этого даже комментировать не буду, ибо бред. Сервер централизованной биржи отрубается одним кликом или движением руки. А ты попробуй отрубить все 25 делегатов в шарах или всех матчеров в Вейвс. Если ты не понимаешь что сложность у этих действий разная, то нам в принципе вообще не о чем говорить. Хотя это понятно уже с того факта, что объяснение действия тех же шар показалось тебе бредом. Разбирайся в принципах работы ДЕХ, а потом вступай в спор. На прямую ты торгуешь только в Етердельта, через блокчейн эфира его токенами. На шарах ты торгуешь не битками, а как бы обязательствами, фантиками. Да, они в твоих руках, но они все равно фантики. LOL ну у тебя и представления о неубивамости. Завтра отвяжут домен на твоих шарах или дельте и что? Твои делегаты тебе помогут только ныть на форуме на предмет каким неубиваемым казался DEX. Особенно на шарах, где депозит в самом "децентрализованном" месте хранится. Или вот на дельте видел как контракты обновляют, поставят тебе новый с другим кодом, пойдешь сначала код читать перед тем как сделку сделать? |

Вот соскамится поло и будет ликвидность. Ещё люди стремаются весь свой биток на биржы загонять ибо раз в год какуюто биржу ломают и не факт что сама биржа не тырит. А если будет гарантия что твои коины не уведут то обьёмы торгов вырастут. ну и какая у тебя гарантия что завтра твои коины не уведут, давай поведай мне. 1. Если DEX на матчере как на волнах, то не ляжет.
2. Маркетмейкеру DEX может быть выгодна низкой комиссией.
Я что то очередей не наблюдаю за супер пупер выгодной комиссией, а ты? Если сам комп не инфицирован (а это уже отдельная тема), то торгуя в том же dex от Waves, ты не рискуешь своими средствами. Низкие комиссии будут нужны тем, кто использует высокочастотных ботов (в планах у Waves) Скоро допилят ui до человеческого, и пойдет поедет + со дня на день dex появится в мобильном кошельке (Android, IOS) Подожди, мы о разных вещах. Тут говорят о скаме бирж. Вот ты завтра проснулся, декс не алло вместе с лайт кошельком волновским. Либо дельта 404 и депозит у тебя там был и ты не вывел, либо шары не работают и у тебя только ключ остался. Твои действия? В чем принципиальное отличие от централизованных бирж? Про комиссии я тебе скажу, что есть биржи где вообще с fee 0% мм сидит и чем его DEX привлечет? |

Hi, thanks for info. I wanted to try but as I understood it is is only for Apple devices? Do they have mobile app for Android? I saw only the mobile application for iOS, didn't see it for Android devices, quick check didn't give results, so probably for now it is available only on Itunes Good to know that they have iOS app. It is very rare that we saw some crypto which is adopted by the apple. They are very strict about this matter because they know that money is involved here. May I know if they already built a android app for this? I have already replied to this question in this post  Sorry I didnt read the last sentence on your post. But yeah, they must work on the android app as for me it is much more android users than the ios users. I'm sure they are working on it, as based on the global research the number of android device users in percentage ratio is higher than iOS, so probably we just need to wait when Propy will be released it. |

Несколько причин. 1. если мы говорим про DEX на блокчейне, то любой блокчейн просто ляжет, как эфир недавно, даже при третьей части сделок поло. 2. ликвидность откуда берется на бирже? От мм, в чем интерес мм обеспечивать ликвидность на DEX? Получается что транзакций туда много не засунуть, мм они тоже особо не нужны. |

Скам - это etherdelta. Они там рисуют что хотят. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL Кто они? Там пользователи рисуют что хотят, бирже вообще пофигу кто там и чем торгует. Будушее за децентрализованными биржами, пора это уже признать. Да-да. Я этот аргумент уже года два назад слышал. Правда ни одной работающей децентрализованной биржи с тех пор так и не увидел.  Почему-то все предпочитают торговать на "обычных". Сходи на битшары, сходи на дельту или волновский DEX. Все работает. Предпочитают обычные потому что ликвидность выше и ни один DEX эту проблему никогда не решит. |

Well, I'm not sure for 100% but usually, only one member can participate in all bounties and don't think that this project is an exception Multiple account is if someone register on twitter bounty or facebokm bounty with more than one social account /person right ? (Thats is multiple account right ? ) So if i registry for each social bounty with one account per social bounty thats mean i don't break the rules, is that correct ? Sorry for my bad english i hope you get it It means that you are member 1 - and you have 2 twitter accounts and 2 facebook accounts, you can use only 1 twitter and 1 facebook account, you can't participate with all 4 accounts, hope it is clear. I double checked the rules, multiple accounts are forbidden. |
