Why is it so hard to exchange currencies in this day of age 

Which bookie was this? I often like to play both teams to score and over 2.5 goals. Only bookie I know that lets me play that kind of bet is local fiat one. For this game the odds were around 2 or max 2.10 (if played early).

2.45 is really high for the match in which goals are expected. Would like very much to add that bookie to my list. Thanks.
