Stake is not the number of tokens you get, Stake is the percentage allocated to you in a campaign, the token you get will be the ratio of your stakes to the sum total stakes allocated to all participants in that campaign |

I think the best strategy, is to compound your ICO profit, I have not seen any ICO project that fail to hit 2x in short mid term, and the recent boom in ICO as giving us opportunity to cherry pick good projects at discount recently

Trading is profitable if you know the game! Investing everything in one thing is wrong imo. If I were you I will pick investing in ICO, trading can lead to overtrading and when this go against you, you are likely to want to chase your money and then resulted into more loss. I don't think most of them get paid in Fiat but they all have tokens percentage allocated to them and have vesting period. Those that get paid are the main developers that work on the platform, but these list above always have private information like inside trading that help benenfit them when they want to sell their tokens
