as far as i know Alberto/Alessia = Delaria = Labcoin are currently fraudster and will searched via European investigations. Its not easy to get evidence that they are Scammers. But in real they are!Edit: The bitter truth..

My opinion is Fabrizzio is bullshitting us I have a hunch after I saw his face http://www.linkedin.com/in/fabriziotattilooks a bit wizzley Maybe this whole thing was based on 2-3 Avalons just to keep the moral up , so they can get rid of the shares above IPO, and than buying them back below IPO, no harm right? Fabrizzio doesnt seem to know a thing about bitcoin, just started working in what appears a fairly decent job at OPPO, and is the only one who's identity is absolutely clear. We may have to go through him to find the others, but I very much doubt he is the guy behind this. User "Labcoin" has a Skype Name in his Profile named "delaria" User "Delaria" on bitcointalk is a italian Guy who run 3 avalons some months ago under the Name "Labcoin" Dont you guys think User "Labcoin" is an italian aka Fabrizio? |

UPDATE:
I just woke up to the information that BTCT.CO is "winding down" (Shutting down, I haven't even had time to read the full release or catch up on the information thread).
Burnside has previously informed the team (at listing) that complete ownership registry is kept up-to-date (as per previous discussions reg. direct shares), and while this obviously is something no one was expecting I expect all shares to be accounted for.
As to alternate listing, direct share conversion and other alternatives for share holders i currently have not had time to consider this yet but of course we will start working ASAP on a solution.
I think most of us would like to see you guys move to bitfunder. That has my vote. |

My bet is that labcoin probably isnt a scam, it is just terribly behind schedule with no actual mining power yet. Hence the lack of mining address + lack of dividends. Labcoin prematurely announced that it had 2TH and now they are just too afraid to walk back this statement, so instead they let it simmer there and are left exposed to being accused of being a scam when in reality they are just horrible at PR and severely overestimated their engineering skill at the same time.
