I think the higher balance is better. That means more to pay out. Higher balance also entices more people, which also means more to pay out. So it has been manual cash outs??? A large balance means that a lot of people are going to get paid soon and when they will get paid, most of them will re-deposit so we have 10BTC arriving in a bit; the deposits are going fine, everyone who likes ponzis is playing this one apparently and they are playing big! You don't see a Full Member creating a Ponzi everyday, this one could really pick up, you need to play in it and maybe you could increase the maximum deposit if the ponzi peaks up as it should

payments are still coming, if you want more deposits you can copy the post adress and post it on the other ponzi threads, that will bring a few deposits which should be enough to get your payment; you can also advertise the ponzi on other forums if you are motivated, it works

They need the signatures to continue advertising the casino so they will pay; I can definitely see them try to reduce their advertising cost so they may offer less btc per post for the following months but I doubt that they won't pay for February!
