Personally I would say that the worst thing is when we believe we are in full control of what we do. That's the time when we should stop before losing.
It happened very often whe I used to play poker with my friends: it was like feeling high and capable of winning any hand.

It can be really bad as I said before.
4203  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: HYIP VS MINING on: June 07, 2016, 06:34:48 AM
one is 100% scam the other may be legit, but roi is impossible, so in the end in both you will lose money

I know a miner who is mining since two years now and still gets his 900$ profit per month. He has a solar powered farm which he updates constantly. Only today he is worried about the halving.

Not to say that with this price level he earns 40% more every month...

So what you said about HYIP is true, what is said about mining is untrue.

Seeing a bit of red on both USD and CNY hourly charts. Nothing major but I was getting used to so much green. Volume came back to an usual trading pattern but we reached a higher price since May 27th

are the trolls taking a day off?

Was there something to discuss?

Ohh. You mean the block explorer.   Hurray! The Silkcoin is now a newbie coin! They have a block explorer.   One day theyll even have a website! What a day to be alive! What Splendor! What triumph! The block explorer has arrived! The camel matches on! Hark to the Angels! The block explorer has arrived!

Simply replying Pr0metheus post you declared yourself a troll!  Grin
You could not stop your fingers uh?
At least you are officially renowned as a troll.

Good, let's move on.

That pump was really odd. When you look at it on the 1w/30min candle stick, not all that silk shook out in the dump. So who ever had fun ended up keeping some. Would have made more on the dump if they kept the price up for a few days, and drew in some higher buy orders...

Yes, that pump was very odd indeed.

Go fud yourself loser.  Who else could he have been talking about?  Half this thread is dedicated to entirely me..  without me there I sNOTHING going on here.

You wanna elevate yourself while I ask the questions you are to much of a bitch to ask youself??  Fine.  But don't think your better then me.  This thread literally exists because of me... get of your high horse dude.

These are the answers we want from you. Thank God you exist otherwise I could not profit from Silkcoin and the Silk Project.
Problem is I was here before you so that's a problem. I simply don't care about you but you make me laugh and that's enough not to put yourself on ignore.

Thanks for the videos but of course the financial and the militar sides are well connected.
Don't misunderstand me but China is doing what the USA are doing since they started living. Why are they not allowed to do that?

I know China is playing with fire but this is politics, unfortunately.

Is this map describing "politics as usual"?

I am not saying China is acting in a wise or forward-looking way, I am only stating the fact and I really don't know which state to fear the most between China and U.S.A. They scare me likewise.
This is my point all along and that's why I said previously that I see no difference in Trump or Hillary: they represent the same two faced coin.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RDrfE9I8_hs

He is really addicted to China! Is he afraid of China buying loads of gold, silver and oil with paper dollars thus reducing their link with the U.S.A. (financially speaking)?
Crazy about China

He is telling the truth. China is using slave labor from North Korea to produce ultra-cheap electronics and textiles, and then they dump these products into the United States and the European Union. The locally made products can't compete with them, and millions of Americans are being made jobless. Time has come to end this madness.

I understand what you mean but please tell the other dark side of the moon. You should know better than me how the U.S. spoiled the third world (and conquered the other two worlds) lately.

4213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on sport = gambling? on: June 06, 2016, 06:47:18 AM
Putting some money onto something which maybe turn in a loss is by definition gambling. Some may say one could win and that is true but most of the time we should be aware that losing is easier than winning. That's why betting on sports is gambling, and a very popular kind.
4214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: June 06, 2016, 06:41:12 AM
With Gambling controlling oneself is essential. Some years ago I used to lose so much money simply because I was not aware of how addicted I was. Then I was able to stop thanks to some friends who got me out of that loop.
Today Gambling is just a pleasure that sometimes give me some money as well

Looks very picturesque down in Mexico, I suppose you could make a good living from those waste pipes.

It depends on what comes out from there. Surely that'll never be pure still water.

Talking about Trump the other day with a good friend of mine we shared this image: we thought of The Wall (Pink Floyd) and everything in there starting making sense more and more.

And to quote something else:

These boots are made for walkin'
And that's just what they'll do
One of these days these boots are
Gonna walk all over you

Anybody here heard (or read) of Parahamansa Yogananda? If 0.50% he says is true we should simply start rethinking the way we live. At least I'm talking for the old wild west where we forgot everything that was linking us to this place.

Interesting thread

There's very little difference between Bitfinex and BitStamp at the moment:only one dollar spread. Huobi is 7 dollars away @ 587.
Big bag holders can still make a bit of a profit out of this but what interests me is to keep this upward trend and keep moving forward.

Waiting for the halving
4218  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 03, 2016, 01:55:50 PM
Really looking forward to the Bitcoin Block Reward Halving. With this price level, and if logic will prevail, we should see a natural upward price movement at least towards 850$.

But logic very often does not work.  Grin

Version 1.072 is live
The developer has done some small UI refinements

I've been using this wallet for three months for everyday spending and I like it very much. Simple, easy and secure.

Just to imagine an even bigger picture about China...

most of btc mining there
most of btc acquisition there
they buy huge amount of silver and gold daily (thus using their paper USD to by something more "solid")

what else?

interesting economic times ahead
