Отвечая на вопрос о целесообразности: криптаны да, кеш сняли продав крипту где угодно и норм. Но я говорил о людях, у которых уже есть крупные суммы в кеше в РФ, когда сами люди намереваются на длительное время покинуть РФ. Обменники предлагают услуги разного рода в этой сфере и у этих услуг есть свои подводные камни юридического характера.
Зачем это нужно и какие обстоятельства вынуждают людей покидать РФ - оставляю за кадром.
Если у меня есть большая сума в кеше, то я пойду в обменник и куплю крипты, а потом поеду за границу. Какие подводные камни в покупке крипты за фиат? А ДАИ не могут попасть под регулирование ? Виталик Бутерин как видим тоже политизирован (за что его сложно осуждать).
И другие (как он) вероятно тоже.
Так или иначе никто не позволит обходить санкции с помощью DeFi. Я так думаю.

То есть если человек заранее состыковал все моменты и в городе А купил USDT за наличные (сейчас принимают преимущественно доллар и евро по понятным причинам), потом перевел их сразу покупателю крипты в городе Б, где эти криптоактивы были обменяны на наличку обратно - то никакого юридического нарушения здесь не имеется (по ситуации на сегодняшний день с сегодняшними реалиями).
Зачем это нужно? Куда летят из Шереметьево, если Европа закрыта и США тоже+ санкции и риски блокировок? Европу ожидает не слабый кризис и русские там не приветствуются. В Турции, Тайланде, Мексике криптаны меняют на кеш и живут без проблем. Я против войн, но эта ситуация показала что вся банковская система и американская демократия не лучше нашего режима. There are quite many ethereum alternatives already, binance smart chain, matic, and the likes and they are doing really good considering their growth that has been tremendously increasing months by months.
even if this platform that you mentioned are doing better and giving all innovations in all aspect can’t be said it’s gonna be the greatest ethereum contender for the simple fact that marketing a platform like this takes enormous efforts.
regardless you could always just wait and see, quite many ethereum alternatives being made every month, but the only one that’s gonna be holding for long are the ones that aren’t just purely copycats.
Since it was a new project and predicting this will be a better option to the ethereum blockchain is a wrong thing.
