How many languages do you speak? Trust me on this one: autotranslated posts in the spanish subforum are usually deleted. Other local forum mods may have the same policy. Turkish. I dont mean autotranslate. Coz it s not good enough to understand |

In the local forums, according to the needs of the local forum or according to the benefit of the majority, rules can be changed, be flexible or added. Why do i want the flexibility of the rules in the local forums?
For example;
A person has discovered any kind of service or learned from the global forum (service ann.). He/she started a thread in his/her native language in the local forum since he/she thought that there may be other who dont know english or dont follow the global forum. He/she introduced that service in his/her native language(chinese,korean,turkish,russian etc.) giving the ref link and non ref link in the topic. This user has given a lot of effort during research, following global forum and translation steps. That's why i think that it's ok for that user to give the ref link because he/she is encouraged for more research and it is his/her right to benefit from this process. To me this is not a spam.
In addition, if another user creates a similar topic(same service) in the local forum and it has not any difference from the first one , then we accept the second topic as a spam. Control of this may be diffucult in the global forum coz of the quantity number of users. But the local forums dont have too much user like a global forum. So it can be undercontrol whenever the same thread is created for the second time or more , local moderator and the other users can easily recognize the situation and does what has to be done.
As a result, i think that the introduction of a new service (with the ref link and non ref link) shouldnt be considered as a spam in the local forums. On the contrary, He/she deserves sharing his/her ref link because of his/her efforts. That's why i suggest that sharing a ref link in the local forums for the first time can be free. On the other hand, sharing a topic for the second time or more about the same service should be considered as a spam if it s not different from the first one.
I offer you to create a new rule for this.This offer is mindless? Tell me why? Or support me. Thank you.

We would change the rules in Local forums . Like the united states of america. Every state has different rules. Some rules centralizied and some rules decentralizied in the usa. We could fix that to our forum rules

Benim moderatorlerle bir alıp veremediğim yok. Sadece bunun spam olmadığını ve bunun yerel forumlarda serbest bırakılması gerektiğinde diretiyorum . Ama bir moderator bana begenmiyorsan başka yere git diyemez. Tartışmayı hiç sevmem aslında ama haklı olduguma inandığım bir konuda gözüm hiçbirşey görmez . Hala da bunun spam olmadığını ve bunun yerel moderatorlerce kontrol edilebilecegini düşünüyorum .

But how will you know if you're the first to post a specific link? It's hard to tell and timewasting for mods to check to see if it's a duplicate so it's best just to not allow them as much as you disagree with it.
Local forums are not much big . Local Moderators can control on it. And everyone can report if it is the not first. If there is the same thread we ll report or mod delete the spam |

It's already been explained to you why. There are plenty of rules here and in the real world that people don't like but sometimes we just have to play by them. I really don't understand why you are so persistent in being able to spam post your ref links as people barely ever get refs directly from them anyway but post them all over in the hope they do. You're just going to have to deal with this rule as it's not going to change. Coz i dont think it is spam to share ref link if you are the first who start the topic in the local forum |

We aren't going to allow referal spam, even with 100 million votes for yes, this isn't one of those on the fence, questionable, lets hear from the community to decide sort of situations. Its a little bit irritating that I went through the time to fully explain to you, yet you felt the need to make essentially a spam thread, if this wasn't in meta it would be removed as spam. I'm sort of seeing a theme here though, perhaps you should aquaint yourself with what spam really means.

bu konuda kararsızım. belki ilk açılan konu için izin verilebilir ama ref. linkini serbest bırakmak beraberinde insanların sebepsizce ilgili servisleri savunmasına neden oluyor. cointellect örneğinde bunu gördük. sadece bu forum için konuşmuyorum, her yerde aklı başında adamlar CT'nin avukatıymış gibi savunma yaptılar. (şimdilerde suskunlar.) kaç bilgisiz adamın parası gitti emin değilim bu avukatlar yüzünden  Ben zaten acılan ilk konu için ref linkinin serbest olmasını savunuyorum . Ondan sonrakiler spam olarak değerlendirilsin |

O zaman ben en baştan yanlış anlamışım . Ben bu forumun ticari amaçla değil satoshi tarafından bitcoini tanıtmak ve sevdirmek için açıldığını düşünmüştüm . Gönüllülük esasına göre gidiyoruz sanıyordum . İlerde bitcoin core geliştirmek te ticari bir amaca dönüşebilir.
Herneyse yinede bunlar benim sorumun cevabı değil . Birilerinin git demesiyle bu forumu terk etmem herşeyi de kolay kabullenmem. Yeterli ingilizcem olsa onlarada çok pis laf sokardim

Because the service is already announced and if one is created, numerous ref link spam posts would show up like a long chain. -MZ But i dont mean global forum. I mean local forum. Not everyone read global forum. |

So what you asked and what we thought is different. You want to open a thread with referral link in your local board about a service is which is already announced in main board? I think it is still a spam. Huh

To my opinion;
If a person discover a service from service ann. Or from somewhere and introduce it in local forum by translating, he has to share his ref link in his post. But not the signature section coz we use that section for signature campaign.
In the same local forum, if another person opens a thread about the same service and gives his ref link then it might be accepted as a spam but not first ones.
So, in the local forums, it must be free to give ref link if the thread and service is new.
And your opinion would be contrary to forum policy which could potentially result in a ban, or at the very least having your post/thread removed. I say this is the last time I'll say it, but I'm sure I'll end up posting again. You are welcome to your opinion, however thats not how this forum is run. Make your own if you would like to allow spamming. Rules against spamming and illegal content are pretty much the only ones we have here. There needs to be a balance between freedom to post what you like, and not allowing spam which alienates members. I am trying to explain that it is not a spam. But thank you. At least you answered me. İs it forbidden to abuse someone? |
