Hi all.......need a bit of advice really.
I invested quite a bit of money in a number of ICOs back in December when bitcoin was pretty high and I initially made quite a bit of money but since the bear market started and continued I'm down a few thousand.
I can't bring my self to sell any of my coins due to an attachment I have with them. So it looks like I'm.going to be holding a bit longer.
Any advice on any coins that might be worth day trading to recoup a bit of money back as every coo I choose to invest in seems only to go one way..

ICO for now hard to predict good or not. but it is different with ICO in old time. my suggestion maybe just see ICO that you already analyze but don't invest on it, buy it in market when it listed |

I'm really curious to see if everyone believes in stablecoins. To name some, there is Tether, Havven, Basis, and Makerdao. Which one is your favorite? Mine is personally Havven.
Sometimes it feels like I'm the only one rooting for stablecoins. I think they're truly the way to mass adoption.
i believe it, because in market there are coins that not affected by anything. but market volume get slow that is why it is not change much. maybe coins with type like that good for adoption and long term investment. |

I realize that mistakes often start with greed and lack of composure. That can lead to direct consequences for trading fail.
When you trade, you can make a lot of mistakes starting with the wrong choice and ending with the panic sell. Day traders make more mistakes that the other guys that are dealing with the cryptocurrencies. because day trader forced to get profit everyday and change to other coins. when coin that day trader bought got stuck, they will think more how to get profit and not stuck longer so they can change coin to buy. i think that is the main reason day trader will end with loss instead of profit |

I think much better for now to buy ethereum because ethereum for now is down a price buy and hold for the longterm trade. I believe in ethereum because someday ethereum is great price.
at least Ethereum still needed by everyone, so there will be a demand will always happed to this coin. buy ETH or bitcoin i think is safe way to invest. and don't really need to hurry in sell coins, maybe in med term of hold coin is best fit for this 2 coin |

Mining of cryptocurrency is still very lucrative and profitable cryptocurrency business. I know a lots of people tend to want to trade for quick buck, but I tell you, mining is more guarantee income!
Mining is a guarantee income if the cost of electricity in your area is cheap but for those country that has very expensive electricity, trading is better to do to earn profit. in my country, there are a lot of GPU miner who already feel this bad. electricity increased but ETH price keep getting down. and for a GPU who already boomed when it is on hype, i think some of them will shutdown their mining activity |

Yes, I believe that the bitcoin/altcoins are the future, but that future is still uncertain, I would not recommend someone to put all their capital into bitcoin, this is a tremendous mistake.
Here is my warning to beginners in this market, do not rush, encryption is an evolution, cryptocurrencies are the future, but there are still many obstacles ahead, and we have to be very cautious when investing in this market.

careless decision from OP that used all of his resources into bitcoin, with it is volatily there are risk under this big thing. and i think use all resources to invest is a stupid thing  . and yes i agree about hope OP and his family get a big luck |

many people have high IQ but not all of them are trading.
so, my question is "Whether high IQ it will affect the accuracy of one's decision making because to do Buy and Sell required the right decision-making, extensive analysis and detailed graph reading".
i think experience is more important than IQ, people with high IQ is really smart, but not smart enough to face market manipulator. who win in market is holder, someone who keep be patient to gain profit in his asset even don't have high IQ |

honestly, in past when i still be day trader, i am very emotional. always in hurry and angry to everyone. because of all pressure from market and i think i still can't handle that. now i am only buy bitcoin and Ethereum and after get profit i sell it, now i not really hurry as me when be daytrader in past |

I do not think Bitcoin will have a future in India. Although India is a big country, the Indian government is conservative and has no broad vision. Even if Bitcoin is accepted in India, I think the Indian government will strictly manage Bitcoin.
Yes, Indian government is really conservative but they will have to accept it soon or later. That's is inevitable. i think after some government ban bitcoin they never accept it again, it will be blunder for them. maybe not accept but allow users to use it with some regulation. and be neutral for bitcoin. |

Start by using tradingview. And when you beginning your journey with trading don't use high leverage and don't just be a FOMO guy - panic sell or panic buy. FOMO kill everyone in trading activity , my message maybe just better to late than loss everything if in crypto. there are not good if late to buy or sell something then FOMO come to our life. |

I think every year is repeated. And at the end of 2018 with new volumes will jump even higher than in 2017.
hope will be like that again so i am not miss chance that i waste on 2017, i think price is will be higher but i'm wrong. now i hold a little amount of bitcoin and hope can get better price in 2018 |

I think that 500-1000$ is a minimum for a successful trading career. Less is still OK but it is only suitable to learn how exchanges work.
500 is too big if OP new in this business. if he already know, he wouldn't ask how much minimum coins to trade. it is better to start with little capital first, at least he can know how market work. and after train his mentally, he can use bigger capital to trade |

and there are some hard wallets that you can use like TREZOR, Ledger Nano, paper wallet, Hardbit, and others.
Ledger nano is good to pick and your suggestion is almost right. sometime people save their coins in exchange wallet and not put 2fa. but they are just careless and blame the market itself. they should know the risk first before save their money in market |

Most of the common people think that bitcoin is used only by hackers and criminals,even one of my friend said that it is used by hackers when I am telling about crypto currency to him.Later I explained what is bitcoin and other crypto currencies but still he confused,he can only get what is bitcoin when he research about himself.
In this situation how can we explain that what is real bitcoin?

I don't know a lot about Deep Onion. If you have deep pockets and believe in the project than go ahead and average down the price.
i heard they don't do ICO and only airdrop. but their powered by TOR. maybe that is why the coins named deep onion. but i believe some airdrops coin worth to buy in dip. if you don't know how deep price will be it is better to pick other coin |

It is just the ICOs released in China and maybe also forbidding their citizens to participate in ICOs though this can be so hard to implement since there are now so many moneyed Chinese and they can go abroad to do what they want. But China govermant has binance for cryptocurrency.
If they want to continue working with ICO, they will find a way to bypass this blockade. This is a good method of making money. So there ways to solve this problem. 1 thing that can be problem is KYC system, if ICO that make investor do KYC because they don't want to get any problem with regulation from blocked country. even with big money, almost all ICO projects really follow that regulation |

media, what they look is people to read their article, to gain traffic. that is why they must make news so big, maybe put hyperbola in it. if bored story, people wouldn't interest to read their article |
