4201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Covid-19 and Bitcoin on: August 16, 2020, 09:29:38 PM
The price hike that we've experience now is not totally the effect of the pandemic but it is accepted also how it affects huge to it. The huge market adoption is not only the reason for payment innovations but people have looked into this a opportunity to take for an investment( as they mostly considered this). But what we expect if this pandemic is over? It possible will turn back down.

This COVID-19 has a positive and negative impact to us and we understand how it hugely change our lifestyle that might brought us into a long-term crypto adoption than seeing it losses after the crisis ends.
4202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea and Australia, they are bitcoin pro on: August 16, 2020, 01:29:07 PM
Now, I looking forward to seeing other countries (ASIAN countries)will open up their minds and see the importance of Bitcoin, especially in the situation today. I know these countries soon to give away for crypto adoption and have supported. In fact, this could be actually a good step for a comfortable way during the pandemic and this development will make it help to slowly recover their economic losses. We all see's that Bitcoin adoption is increasing and it is quite to know also that people are so happy with this new technology as they could still make a living out from it.

But what I would like to see is how strong they are with this project. And how their people appreciated and used it as another form of payment or just an investment only.
4203  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Stable At $11K – Altcoins In Green: The Calm Before The Strorm? on: August 15, 2020, 02:43:07 PM
The current market events seem to be a positive impact despite of the global economic crisis. People never think about the risk in crypto but they consider this as an opportunity for them to survive and actually they are right. It was observed that it have a negative impact on the market price during the first quarter as the pandemic hits us but people ain't that desperate enough to quite, instead, they are wise to choose to buy crypto.

We are very closed to $12k, and anytime soon we can reach it. Maybe this time we can say that we are stable at $11k but I've been confident that it will never stay that level for so long and we can move forward if the resistance level will keep rising.
I just see it...
4204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make old people understand Bitcoin? on: August 15, 2020, 02:19:47 PM
For me, I shouldn't have to sacrifice my time spending with the elderly people just only to teach them about Bitcoin coz it could not be appreciated for sure. Their time is almost getting over and they are tired enough to think about it. Just to be honest and what the real case scenario that Bitcoin might have concluded, this ain't for the elderly but this is for the coming generation. We'd like to educate them and so it could be appreciated much as they are the successors of this new technology.

They will listen to us but they are not capable enough to perform. It much better to spend time with the youngsters as they are in the next in line.
4205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DEfi Hype Trends! This is not something you expect, go before you get stuck FOMO on: August 14, 2020, 11:46:18 PM
I've seen a lot of old projects that changed the concept to Defi. To me this isn't great because obviously they are using the hype just to revive their project.
someone is crazy about Hype Defi! It's a red light for you, be careful before you cry get caught up in this FOMO.
We should be careful about this scheme. The hypes that Defi brought it is something a wide market trick especially for those old and have been dead for a very long-time but it is getting alive because of this.

TBH, I shouldn't have expected this to happen because at first, I'd think that this Defi will bring something good to us but seeing those shitcoins being hypes, I'll doubt how it becomes reliable in that case. As a trader, I shouldn't have to consider this as a helping tool and I see a higher risk with this.

Anyway, it is farther to look at how it changes in the coming days and how it changing the market trend and live that hypes being concluded for impressive crypto development.
4206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are the best coin in 2020? on: August 14, 2020, 11:14:16 PM
That depends on what kind of investment you are going to make. If it's a long term investment then bitcoin is the obvious coin you should invest in.
If you want to try something new and want to invest in potential coins then Ether and Cardano are some good coins to explore.
If you want to invest for short term then also you can go for ether and try EOS and BNB.
The thing is that you will have to decide what is your priority and invest accordingly.
yeah, it is very important to know what he's in focus but I suggest not to risk those low market volume coins because it is less rewarded than those most promising coins. I suggest to have Bitcoin and Ethereum would be enough for an average crypto holder. There is no need to have a lot of crypto for investment because it is getting crazy to think about all of them and hard to manage it.

If I have to choose one from EOS and BNB, I'll go for BNB instead. BNB has that assurance and it can be considered as one of the promising coins right now. No doubt that most investors are considering that coin over the others.
4207  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't be a crypto sheep on: August 14, 2020, 02:41:22 PM
This is a good and enlightening topic for those people who are new here.

You should really not rely on the things that you only see here in the forum and other platforms. Doing own research and making independent on the things that you've encountered will make you have your own decision making become beneficial for you. Not all programs are applicable based on our preferences and skill so don't expect the same result as what you've expected when you engage in a certain program. Look for what's the best for you and seek for the information that will really become effective for your own growth and learning.
Being dependent on yourself is much better than being a follower by those people who are actually not seeing you there. Being knowledgeable about a thing that we do is only a weapon to become independent. And even it looks like we are a crypto sheep but actually, we decide our own path to follow, not being dictated by someone above.

If we don't stop learning, it gives us a wider crypto understanding. I know that not all things can be acquired by all individuals but being ignorant of something we know less is very ashamed. The most important in crypto space is to create a concrete decision and one goal.
4208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin so unstable? on: August 14, 2020, 01:44:39 PM
Don't get bothered that mate, the volatility feature that Bitcoin has makes a lot of things different from how it looks and how it is getting far from the rest of cryptocurrencies and the gold as well. If we are asking when it become stable? You'll probably aren't be getting the answer coz it is actually what Bitcoins since before and we can never change that looks.

And besides, people love it not because of its price but because of its being more volatile than you've compared to gold. Accepted to have a high risk in Bitcoin investment but this is also a way it makes people become profitable than investing (less volatile) gold
4209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Gas transactions price is about to hit 300 on: August 13, 2020, 11:56:18 PM
i know its sound crazy but its really happend to ETH when i try to send my 0.01 eth to gambling website, im getting shock when see the ethereum gas price is about hitting 300 , currently if you want to get confirmed faster with ETH chain, you need to use 275 GWEI for your transactions is getting confirmated in 2 minute, tell me what are you gonna do with your ETH if you hold some, are you gonna sell and move to other altcoin like in 2017 when smartcontract are very popular with the kitty on ethereum chain?.
I can't imagine that also and it give me an option not to gamble this time if that so. Better to save it.

But if we are not in a hurry, we can still use the minimum GWEI, it actually confirmed for a couple of hours or even days but that is the only option to save some ETH rather than to sacrifice it, unless if you are moving huge amount will it something to put in consideration.

dont you think we are on same situations as 2017-2018 when the gas for eth is high people start move to litecoin & dogecoin which have small fee and the both coin getting very pump.
We are not yet that closer, we are still far from Bullrun.
It is in a matter of time that the price goes high both Bitcoin and Ethereum, and it compromises the fees since we are thinking that there is no impact with that but sadly, the fees also had spike together with the inclines..
4210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Importance of Bitcoin during the Pandemic on: August 13, 2020, 11:27:45 PM
Only a few see's Bitcoin of its importance this time and appreciated it, not all. The majority are still using fiat instead of crypto or any digital mode of payment because most of the establishments are accepting fiat and we can't deny that. But we are also thankful for this development as it could make our life easier and faster transactions but we can't neglect also the risk and the prone to scams. In fact, not only a few but a lot of people got scammed because scammers had used the name of Bitcoin for their evil intention.
4211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a Fake Bitcoin? on: August 13, 2020, 10:48:36 PM
Bitcoin is the only Bitcoin we've known for a long time, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, and Bitcoin Satoshi Vision are another coin that made to trick people but unfortunately, they won't succeed as people already know about.

But there are ways that much worse than these claims in regards to fake Bitcoin, it is about to fake Bitcoin addresses and fakes sites that will catch in you if you have missed it. Better to focus this one rather than to those name above, but of course, it could still be our loss if we invest with them.

A lot of tricks happen in crypto, not only for the name but for the people who used this just to scam innocent people. If we are too much careless for this, possibly we are one of their victims.
4212  Economy / Economics / Re: Some chinese guy bought most expensive face mask in the world $1.5 million. on: August 12, 2020, 11:39:46 PM
snipped...
For me, we should not be overreacting about what a single person will do in his own life because he is free to do so whatever he wants in his life as long as he's not taking advantage from  other people. The fact that he's rich enough and is capable of buying luxurious things in life, well let him be because he deserves it. Buying an expensive mask should not be a big deal because it's his own money he is spending and not from someone elses.
And besides, he is probably not a politician that we could think that the money is coming from their people. It is actually he's own money to spend that $$$ just to have that mask from the other country. Of course, I will if I can afford to have it. This is also a kind of market collection and someday he/or the people could remember him if he'll pass away, and I think it gonna be brought into the museum.

I can't imagine how he wears that mask and walks around then see the head of the people turn around and look into him...
4213  Economy / Economics / Re: Some chinese guy bought most expensive face mask in the world $1.5 million. on: August 12, 2020, 11:06:56 PM
You ain't that jealous mate but you are putting yourself into that. They are lucky and we are not, that is what life means. We can't be all rich because if that will happen, nobody will work with us nor to offer services to rich people.

He got what he wants and by that, he gains popularity in front of the biggest challenge that the world had face into. And I don't think the government will ask him for additional tax, in fact, he is also helpful to the people in the other way but because of having that gold expensive mask, that is absolutely wrong.
4214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SEC looking for more tools to track crypto on: August 11, 2020, 10:40:33 PM
The SEC is a government agency doing their job of protecting the people. Every government want to know the finances of it's citizens for purposes of tax and other regulations so it is not out of play to see the agency making inroads into tracking crypto.
That's their job and they are doing the right thing and I just hope that they will succeed with their intent to control illegalities in using crypto by having these tools. Because it is to believe that they could hardly find it and get into an effective tool that will likely help them. Because they are not in control of the crypto market, not a thing that they could regulate everything in here. Scamming and other illegal activities won't that easy to stop as people will find a way unnoticed.
4215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dead by 2106 on: August 11, 2020, 10:13:14 PM
He is only over speculated of what will comes. He actually has no control over the future of crypto and so there is nothing it worries and makes believed of what the author says. But anyway, I'm not sure if we are still alive at that time to know what it happens maybe the author as well.

But for now, it kinda unthinkable to happens and for sure bugs could be fixed before that. It is in the hands of the next inherited Bitcoiner's and developers to fix that problem of either they let that thing to happen, that could possibly the end of bitcoin if not.
4216  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to avoid high transaction fee on: August 11, 2020, 03:18:30 PM
We all knows that the transaction fee is getting insane in the past few weeks so what are the best ways to avoid paying high transaction fee without increasing the waiting time for the confirmation.
There is an option to send Bitcoin depending on the fees LOW, MEDIUM, FASTER transaction. The confirmation will it depends also in mempool prioritization, if we have huge fees definitely that would take first over those who pay with small fees. Now, considering that you only pay the minimum fees, you can either expect also the you'll be the last transaction to be mined. Not would bother us if we are not in a hurry but even though you pay high fees still it depends on the network loads. That we think an instant transfer it sometimes makes impossible especially during this time.
4217  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Basic things that you need to know before starting in trading on: August 11, 2020, 02:53:40 PM

If your setup is ticked, you can hold on to a trade for one month and at the end of the month your profit will be 100% sure
And if you don't setup, sl will hit and you will go into depression and you will be afraid to take it in the next trade.

That would be nice but how we could get assurance with that in this volatility market. It was not I see in the market, not even a month of holding will give that 100%, it sounds crazy (for me) and if that happens, we all holders have millions already... Cheesy

Patience is very important but not also it gives us an assurance that the market will be good after a month, a year, or more. I took every chance I have, I'd never aim for huge profit instead, I consider small amounts but in constant gain. With the right choice of coins to invest or trade and with the help of being patient, it is all we need before we start our journey in crypto.
4218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What bitcoin adoption really is. on: August 11, 2020, 02:09:09 PM
Bitcoin adoption based on my opinion is that Bitcoin has started to be trusted by many people to be used as a means of payment.
But everyone must have their own opinion regarding Bitcoin adoption. We should not have to debate which opinion which is true,
as long as the goal is positive in my opinion there is no need to question it.
That's exactly, we are here for a reason and we want to promote crypto space as a new form of payment. However, many people had mistakenly understood it because of what they heard about scamming and fraud. We can have this Bitcoin fully adopted once we all done with the doubts but openly see the best and possible benefits that we will get from this new technology.

Anyway, will that to say that Bitcoin adoptions take time, not just a year or a decade but, it is more than that as what we imagine. We can certainly think that people will all adopt bitcoin for a reason and it depends on what it is in their mind, the same thing as not all people used USD.
4219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mainframe (MFT) Do you think its a good token? on: August 10, 2020, 11:53:18 PM
you can see all the link to MFT in this link mate
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/mainframe
today this coin in the list of the biggest gainers coin in coinmarketcap list
As you can see, the reply was already a year ago and there's no need to dig up and reply if it's an old year already.

Although, you made me look at it and surprised to see that it has a huge volume and thought that this coin is just the other that doesn't have volume.
This simply means that this project is dead already a very long time which definitely it was very hopeless to expect that it will surprisingly get awake this time.

@OP and for everyone especially for newcomers, we should have to be careful in the HYPES scheme, not it actually gives us profit but we are giving a chance to lose our money. If we are about to invest crypto, better to choose those projects that are actively participated in the market not just those who have died for a very long time, and then one day it appears showing a high market value, it was ridiculous to see.
4220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fear & Greed Index and Bitcoin Price Chart of last week on: August 10, 2020, 11:22:19 PM
The uptrend motion we call it Greed Index? Well, I'm not sure about that because people aren't making a stupid decision to sell it but rather to hold. I don't believe this serves as an important indication that needs to see. If people will keep buying it means that they are greedy but if people will sell- it was a fear indication.I'm not sure how it buy the attention of everybody.

I think it's a good indicator of the current state of things, but not really sure how you're supposed to use the indicator as part of your trade decisioning.... Anybody care to explain?
I didn't get it too. And we don't know where these data are coming from, (needs source).
