4221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The advantages of bitcoin on: December 31, 2017, 04:40:48 PM
bitcoin excess for me is fast Giving big advantage bitcoin price increases as time goes on until bitcoin price reaches 250 million and its transaction is quick and easy

250 million? What do you think will happen if the price rise like that? The fees will be terrible it will cost 2 luxury yatch to transfer any amounts of bitcoin. Grin Price increase is equal to fee increase that makes real pain in the ass.  Grin

4224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time to think in decentralized exchanges? on: December 31, 2017, 01:17:54 AM
Hi to everybody.

We know what are happening in centralized exchanges: withdrawals issues, verified accounts never arrive, or technical support don't work.
I've never had a problem, but I'm starting to think that maybe I have lucky.
I don't want to talk about especific centralized exchanges, only search news about your exchange: "YourExchange issues" for example. You will read a lot of complains.
It's not new, but I think 2018 will be the hacked year for a lot of these exchanges because (as I've said) it's not new and now there are more users than 2017-2016 (and more criptocoins).

What do you think about?
Are meaningful for you all of those bad news?

Thanks a lot.

Yes agreed. If there is project ico now try to make decentralized exchanger, i will support. So many problem in centralized exchanger make the trading not profitable anymore. Most money going to that exchange.

Centralized exchangers and Decentralized exchangers have their own advantages and disadvantages specially when it comes too security issues. We here news that some Centralized exchanges got hacked and some decentralized exchanges got hacked too like ether delta. The real issue here is the security, We need superior security for our funds.  Grin

4229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long bitcoin will survive ? on: December 30, 2017, 04:03:00 AM
It is hard to predict with certainty, but usually if something is going to fail it is during its early years. Since Bitcoin is approaching 10 years it is probably past that hurdle. I would think it will probably be around for the next 10-20 years easily, then it may risk being supplanted by some other coin or even technology. It probably won't go away completely, just become  not as relevant at some point.

That's true, it's hard to predict with certainty, because for one, bitcoin or cryptocurrency, for that matter, is not certain in itself. Therefore, to just answer the question plainly in terms of how long will it survive won't be an easy question to answer. However, I think it has a real big potential to survive and be there for a long time, especially with the improvement in price value it has shown to do in last few months, plus the growing attention that most people have for it right now. I think if all good factors come into play in its favor, then it is certain that it would be blessed with longevity.

In my point of view bitcoin will last until the day internet will last because you need internet connection to use this kind of technology it's like no internet no bitcoin or other kinds of digital assets. Cool

A friendly reminder, don't waste your time thinking how long bitcoin will survive coz you will end up seeing an psychiatrist. Grin jk
4230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ✅ [ANN] [Updates] ✅ 🚀 THE ATM TOKEN MACHINE [ATMT] 🚀 on: December 30, 2017, 02:10:44 AM
why are the tokens much cheaper on etherdelta than in pre-ico? Can someone please explain this to me ?
who is selling so many tokens there? A private person does not have as many ATMT tokens on his wallet

maybe someone got a little more than airdrops, most of devs have bounties and bonus for advertisements, not sure where those tokens you say came form, by after holidays dev may have a better response for you

I think the tokens circulating on ether delta are mostly from airdrops because they airdropped 3% of total supply and that 3% is 18,000 pcs of atmt tokens correct me if I'm wrong. Seriously this projects have big potentials but needs more publicity and social media campaigns and signature campaigns will be a big help.  Smiley
4231  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I hold BTC 0.05 for future ? on: December 30, 2017, 12:46:07 AM
Dear audience I have 0.05 BTC should I hold it for future value ? In recent time the market is very dumping so that feeling little scared.
The amount is not very necessary I can hold it if the market will raise
Don't be afraid on what can you see right now in the market. It's very rational to see dumping when bitcoin pumped too much at the very first 4th quarter of this year so this is expected. And let's talk about your future, if bitcoin will reach $40,000 on 2018 that 0.05 BTC will be equal to easy $2,000.
Bitcoin will go extreme bull rushing on 2018 why? Because more people will get hooked up with bitcoin on 2018 and expect the price to go up because of the high demand and you BTC0.05 hodling will be like a gold bar. And also expect extremely high fees too that will definitely hurt.  Grin Grin
4232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in 2018 on: December 29, 2017, 03:34:12 PM
The journey of bitcoin from 2009 to 2017 is very interesting. Although the stories of individuals(investors) are very interesting and motivational that how they initiated and what problems they faced at earlier stages.

In 2017 the number of businesses accepting bitcoin continues to increase. Where you see the bitcoin in 2018?
Bitcoin will start another price hike in 2018. This is certain because the trend speaks for itself. It has been mathematically established. So Bitcoin in 2018 may land between $30000 and $50000.
Yeah, I think in the end of year we see price about 50 000. But actually its only X2.5 from price now. Will hold my bitcoin in 2018!
2018 will be good for bitcoins with a floor of $12,000 to $13,000 dollars and the price might go up to $40,000 to $60,000 dollars, this is just my predictions but who knows it may come true. Grin And also expect a lot of alt coins go boom on 2018 with new generation blockchain networks.  Cool
4233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple - good time? on: December 29, 2017, 02:36:48 PM
I missed out on Ripple. I had some at 30 cents then sold it. I had bought ripple several times and sold it without much profit and it's really sad as I could have had now over one bitcoin of it. What a shame and it keeps going up so I doubt now I can ever buy any at this price. I missed out on Ripple like I did on Bitcoin, Lightcoin, Ethereum., Dash and Monero. Bitcin is really losing steam now as it is getting so expensive to move around. Ripple seems to be the answer for cheap and fast transactions sigh. Maybe I should buy a few just for posterity to hold.

That's sad to hear but that's life sometimes you win sometimes you lose. Now ripple and ethereum are eye to eye on market capitalization both at $70+ billion dollars. I think it's too risky to buy ripple at this moment because it looks like it could go for a dip at any time.  Smiley
4234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: December 29, 2017, 01:41:57 PM
Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

While a lot of people disrespect bitcoin daily it hasnt been hacked or something similar ever.
That's what make bitcoin so secure, it develop has been the longest and the best over the years.

How do you know? How confident are you for years? BTC is developing now very quickly, it is quite unbelievable. Is it safe? A lot of websites have been created imitating stock exchanges and online wallets.

The bitcoin blockchain network is safe but you funds on your wallet is not is that what you are trying to explain? If that is, it's correct. The blockchain system is completely safe but the currency that you are hodling is not safe if you don't keep it properly and securely, It can get hacked or you can get scammed just to be specific in what you have said.  Grin
4235  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best time to sell? on: December 29, 2017, 12:43:53 PM
Don't know how you think selling at Christmas is a good time. If you are to sell really it depends on what price you bought for and what price you are willing to sell at. Then you have to not worry and be full of regret when prices are alot higher than they are now.

Selling our bitcoin when we already get a relatively large profit would be very nice. But sometimes, something can change our initial plan in investment. Unexpected things, needs in life that come out of plan, could happen that forces us to withdraw some or all of our investments.

That's true you can't hodl it forever there will be a time that you really need the money so bad and you need to sell all your hodlings but it is much better to sell only 80% and hodl the remaining 20% for future use. But again it is up to the owner of the crypto if he/she wanted to sell it or not.  Grin
4236  Economy / Speculation / Re: Right time to buy bitcoin on: December 29, 2017, 11:12:19 AM
Seriously, you seem to be a newbie at trading and asking people whether to buy or not. To be honest with you, there is no good advice for it. It will always be your decision when to buy as there is no one that can predict accurately the price of bitcoins in the future. It is a volatile market and the swings it makes is likely the hardest thing to predict. Though I would say that continuously buying bitcoins is always a good choice as likely in the future it will likely be worth a lot more than today.
Actually I work on bitointalk. But few days ago my friend tell me about trade. Now I want to work on trade.I can't understand when the right time to buy bitcoin. Then I ask on forum.
Perfect time to buy is when you see a huge dip on the bitcoin graph, you will surely gain profit from it but it still depends on your own decision, Invest at your own risk and invest what you can afford to lose.  Cool

4239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be more profitable in the upcoming years? on: December 29, 2017, 08:18:16 AM
So 2017 proved to be the best for the bitcoin till now but still the great Officials of many companies are busy in predicting the greater roadmap of btc in 2018 and so on so will it be possible for bitcoin to go more and more high ?
If we look at bitcoin developments from early 2017 to the end of the year we can see something good, if in 2018 bitcoin develops rapidly better than in 2017 I'm sure bitcoin will be increasingly accepted by countries that are still hesitant and forbid it.
2018 will be more crazier year than 2017 why? because a lot of people saw the bitcoin fever that is happening in 2017 and everyone of them are gaining interest in bitcoin and for other crypto currencies as well. The more people that gains interest in bitcoin the higher the bitcoin price will be and will be more stable than it was early years before. Only one thing is the problem, the fees gonna be higher and higher and it will definitely hurt anyone with few hodlings.  Smiley
4240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is changing the world. on: December 29, 2017, 06:19:44 AM
Bitcoin is changing the way we live.
Bitcoin is changing the way we do business.
Bitcoin is changing the way we travel and save our money/assets.
Bitcoin and blockchain technology has open new doors for people to do business with one another without the intervention of third parties.

What do you make of this, huh? Share with us what you think. thanks Smiley

I think bitcoin is not changing the but changing the life of individuals. Also changing the accustom business we had before, instead of applying it bitcoin can be the business itself as an assets.

Even the attitudes of some people changed too lol. Grin Now crypto people like us are just sitting in front of our computers or laptops watching the pumping and dumping graph chart. Earning money in the most kick ass way and if you tell your friends that you can earn as much as this or that, they'll tell you that you need to look for a psychiatrist LMAO. Grin
