I would suggest you to hold the coins because I too have some coins awaiting for future. Now the price is dumping these recent days, but i am sure it will pump back soon in future. Perhaps a single satoshi might be worth a dollar in future so at that time, 0.05 btc would be a good amount. Bitcoins truely have the potential to make an individual financially stable. But please HOLD if you wish to do so, i am not insisting anyone to HOLD their coins

bitcoin as an investment is over.
I suggest to invest this 0.05 into other crypto-currencies. Many are gaining traction now. You can buy new cryptos after studying their features and determining whether they will be accepted by the public or not. If the public is interested in it, the price will rise. look into new coins with low price range $0.01 to $20. Diversify if you are not sure.

I believe bitcoin price will fall as soon as people realize that transactions are not private or anonymous. This day may or may never come  Roll Eyes
I hope 2018 will be the year of decentralized-anonymous-private and open-source cryptos.

Any value will be worth it. I fee you because I haven't got much go invest. Better hold on to that or nothing. Since it's the only bitcoin we have. It's a bit scary because of the undtabe prices right now. Keep yourself together. Don't spend it whatever happens. It's all going to be all right. Try doing works here to have more. Services are helpful.

I have moved out of bitcoin into litecoin and ether but still believe bitcoin will increase in future although not at same rate as in 2017.

Ha, this might be the most ridiculous post I've seen on this board. Bitcoin is just a baby, it's just now starting to get noticed on a global scale an they are just now starting to prototype solutions that will make it a viable global currency.

Everyone is so misguided, it's hard to watch. Bitcoin is software, there's a lot of work going into making it the best. Some of this work will remove the purpose of the majority of alt coins.

What answer is going to satisfy you here? And why would you take some random person on the internet's opinion on this? I think you've already answered your own question, though. If that amount isn't very significant to you then you need to ask yourself how much do you believe in bitcoin and whether you're willing to take the gamble on it? If you believe in bitcoin and think the price will rise due to demand at some point in the future then keep on holding it... especially if you're willing to take the gamble and can afford to lose such an amount. If you don't believe in bitcoin and think it will crash or are even just very fearful of that then you're probably better off selling it. Hope that helps.

I think you should hold your Bitcoin because the price might go up in few weeks or months, we'll never know but still Bitcoin is a major cryptocurrency to pair with other cryptocurrencies, so the possibility of higher price is high.  Wink

Hodl it. You'll regret telling your great grandkids how you had 5,000,000 Satoshis then you sold them for basically nothing. I insist.

You should know what is more convenient for you. If you don´t need the money you can hold your BTC and probably youll see profit in future. However if you are so worried and scared because it´s not skyrocketing like before, you can sell and look for something else.

It's up to you if your research thinks that the value of bitcoin in the future will be worth your right to keep it. All you have to understand is when you start to invest is minimal you have to do research before. That's very important, though not only invest in bitcoin only, investing elsewhere is the same you have to know the investment place you choose.

Particularly investment in the world of cryptocurrency where investment is not only in bitcoin alone, there are still many altcoin which in the future can replace bitcoin value. Because the world of cryptocurrency has a decentralized system instead of centralization which means the price of the coin is not determined by one party but the user of the coin. That means if bitcoin users are all moving to altcoin it's not impossible that bitcoin prices will go down even if there's no price.

Well, my conclusion is, if you want to invest in the world of cryptocurrency do not just fixate on one coin only. You can break your capital into some potential future altcoins. Hopefully, i help to answer your questions.

The amount is not very necessary so I think you should keep them. Let's temporarily forget about it and not to track the price of it. you check the bitcoin price on a beautiful day in 2018 I'm sure that you will be very surprise with its value

Make me great again

You should just buy and hold it forever. Just keep buying and buying with every dollar you can come up with. Let me worry about cashing out. You just buy and buy.

It's not that big amount for holding. I think that is better idea to try to get more out of these coins, so investing them and trying to get more profit. The price will rise with time and probably the time will work for you but I would still suggest to invest, at least part of it.

I will support you to hold the BTC since you are not in need to use the money now.  IMO, the recent negative news are just fuds and BTC will continue its bull run anytime soon.

Hold them mate, the other option for you is to use them in trading and gain small profits. If you interested in trading then buy alts at low and sell them at high. but do not buy them at thr highs.

I'd suggest you hold your bitcoin for the future. Truly, the price of bitcoin is fallen in the last few weeks and we can only hope for it's survival from this downfall, it is still advisable to hold as bitcoin has the potential to rise again even above $20000 in the next few weeks.
Besides, since you do not need the money now, you have nothing to lose if you just hold.

If you don't really need the funds and if you don't have anything better to transfer to, I would definitely just hold until the need to cut-loss arrives.
