There's a button on the Inbox menu "Report to Admin" if something feels like it's an unsolicited PM. This isn't solely to the issue around here in this thread but I address it to the whole community if ever they think they receive a message as unsolicited.

What happened?

<snip>

Website do have some issues which i cant access.

Edit: Someone posted the same issue on me above.
It has something to do on the owners site Firewall Rules and the owner of the site is the only one who could turn it off or fix it. If by chance he was the real owner and reading this then he could fix it but if not chance are too slim.

By the way, it's really best to try new games or gambling site but just a fair advice better to stick on the old and established gambling sites than putting risks to something new like this one.

1. When and why did you become interested in cryptocurrencies?
I was aware that Bitcoin is making some noise way back late 2016 and the early days or perhaps early month of 2017 (I can't remember clearly when). I haven't been fully into in it during that period until the the last quarter of 2017 when it making big FOMO and the timing was too great there's lot of holidays going on around.

I become interested in it when I asked one of my closest friend since I know he is into this Bitcoin, crypto etc and he could make some extra cash doing some works or some  services. But what landed me is on freebitco.in site to earn free faucets, well, that's what he suggested as a beginner and look what am I wearing on my signature now, seems we're meant to be with freebitco.in. At first what interested me is just for earning I mean it, but as time goes by I feel like kinda love the technology behind it and how really it's a game changer for the mass not just in financial sphere but on many different areas in the society.

2. When and why did you buy your first bitcoin?
I can't remember when was that because as I said I started with nothing and just relying on faucets but I guess it's just on the late 2017 (the December craze) or early 2018 range and I learn during that time how noob I am when it goes bearish.

3. How did you get on the forum?
My friend told me that if you ever want some extra more earnings of cryptocurrencies better check out bitcointalk.org, grow your account and do some signature campaigns or those bounties.

4.1. What prevents mass adoption of cryptocurrencies?
The main root, people are not well educated about it and when something comes on news especially about scam and hacking involving crypto, that triggers something to people not to hop in, just my two cents.

4.2. How do you think mass advertising of gambling projects has a positive effect on the development of the forum or harms the community?
Overall, I think it has a positive impact over forum and besides gambling is the fun way and sometimes it's the way people earn some cryptocurrencies, just like my experience though.

4.3. How do you consider whether 2-3 years of experience in cryptocurrency is enough to successfully invest or does an investor need to receive special education?
I think I consider a risky appetite and the willingness to just learn the basics of why the cryptocurrency built in the first place.

5. What do you think of the current Merit system and signature campaigns?  Do they harm the forum?
I think the current merit system and signature campaign are more firm compare in the past. It flourished the forum more IMO.

6. The most useful forum topic? Most helpful users?
I think it was the compiled topics of trantidhung, LoyceV, xtraelv, DdmrDdmr, Ratimov, you (@zasad@), suchmoon I can't comment it out here but I believe it is. Regarding helpful users it should the users I just mentioned but I'll mention also especially on my local board are cabalism13, mk4, asu, cryptoaddictchie and many more I just can't compile them all up here (lol). YOSHIE, ICOEthics, lovesmayfamilis, Timelord2067, Vod, Ognasty, actmyname and last but not the very very least was theymos.

7. 3 things you would implement on the forum?
* Implementation of mobile friendly bitcointalk, though have been suggested already continuously in the past but I think it will really be cool to see that.
* (I'll edit this reply if I will have any other ideas).

8. Do you trade on exchanges or invest in projects?
I do both.

9. Tell a story about your big profit or big loss?
I get a big profit but it turns into a big loss when the past trade I did has been liquidated because I haven't been paying attention to the notifications on my phone about the sudden higher volatility going on in the exchange. I thought that the notification was just about the fee on the futures but it was on the liquidation call. Well, what would I do it was liquidation call and it means I'm already at loss so even if I have read that I'd continue to hold onto it hoping it will bounce back.

That wasn't that big though, thinking I'm that of a whale? No, I'm a shrimp. Moreover, that was big in me (I just wouldn't mention how much was it) and I have earn it in just 3 days and I totally move on from that. They say, it was part of success (Is that you MJ? Was that you Steve Jobs?) Ehh, but yeah that's how I interpret it.

10. What do you think about the DEFI ecosystem?
It may not like Pokemon Go that on the year's release  itwas also the year's failure. I'm seeing it as a bubble that will burst too soon but I think only few will left hanging and most of them will vanish.

11. Is your anonymity a vital necessity or precaution?
I don't think I'm still that of anonymous but yeah it's a vital necessity for me.

12. The last cryptocurrency book you read?
Nothing or I just simply can't remember, what I really read are those articles and news found on the web.

13. Advise 3 cryptocurrencies/tokens for investment in the next 1-2 years?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Binance (BNB).

14. How much will Bitcoin cost at the end of 2020?
My hunch is on the $14k - $20k range.

15. P.S. (Optional)
Stick to bitcoin, the only way is up. My profile text says so, by the way, I just copied it when it pops up months ago on the forum ad section (below on someone's OP), I don't know the author of it, maybe it was theymos. And, I thank you @@zasad@ for giving me the opportunity to post in this wonderful thread of yours.

I've got a better idea - the OP comes back when they've *earned* enough merits to be able to display images.  Hopefully they will have also learned a little of the nuances of the Forum
That is a better one but my suggestion is only just for the publicity of the images or the whole site in a faster way, so I introduced him the copper membership status, if only he do feel like it.

why the referal code was a bad idea.
Because it's stated on the number 4 of Forum rules, his signature space or profile text space should do just fine if he puts it in there.

Few suggestions (see below).
* Buy a copper membership here so you can post images.
* Remove the referral code on your thread.

By the way, looking at the URL site it seems not that secure and better to have an SSL certificate for your site and welcome to the forum. Sorry but I don't have to go through on your site, maybe next time around and it seems you're not also the owner of this site.
4227  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mixer Penalized by FinCEN for Violating AML Law on: October 19, 2020, 10:01:41 PM
The possible scenario is either this mixing service will comply with FINCEN's regulation or just stop the service. I wonder if it will still be called a mixing service when in fact your identity was known to anybody, mixing service should be preserving your privacy and anonymity.

LOL! Who will ever provide an identity on a darknet based bitcoin mixer operating on the darknet markets? Surely, regulators are sometimes dumb IMO, furthermore, it's a mixer and that's how it suppose to be. Well, he has been charged already and whoever comes next, "surprise surprise" says the regulators.

IMO, repeating such contest again would be boring, we need something new. Maybe it's too early, but we can start to think how 15th or 20th anniversary should be celebrated Cheesy.
Yeah, maybe something like meme focus contest, haikyu, poem, COVID vaccine (lol) etc., whatever theymos could think up but I agree it should be new and more exciting if ever he decides there will be another one.

That was the 10 year celebration, and it was a nice landmark number and represented a decade of the forum being in existence.  I don't think we need yearly celebrations by any means.  Just my own little opinion, though.
Maybe something like quinquennial celebration would be nice but something like a decade is really a especial one to celebrate for.

Poor theymos, every time we expect something to be done, why not the community to create something and surprise him instead this time.
I think that would be cooler, he also deserves to have some fun and entertainment after all the hard work he has done for the forum.
Yeah, that's a good opinion but I wonder who would be the one to step up this time and what would it be. Guess it's surprise surprise.
4230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 19, 2020, 08:10:09 AM
They will bounce back, I am sure about that.
Even without KD, they can make it happen. They don't really have him in the first place.
I am sure there will be exciting trades will happen again but I'm not expecting a Superstar to fill that in but more like to fill the missing role they don't have that much right now like a Center and a reserve player/s for that role. I am not expecting they will be that explosive since their main players are just getting back from rehabilitation from their injuries but having those the kind of Curry and Thompson on the court really makes a big difference they really put a show.

Warriors are great because of the fans, so I'm hoping that next season it's not the same set up as the bubble.
I hope so too and seeing those replays of Finals before this bubble it made me realize that's it's really have more thrill and excitement rather than this bubble. I wonder who would won the Finals this season if the past setup's has been the same?
4231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question: Is there any websites where I can gamble crypto under 18? on: October 19, 2020, 02:29:12 AM
There are plenty of casinos where you can gamble in and they won't ask you for ID and it's highly unlikely that you will ever get in trouble legally. The problem with being a minor and gambling is that your brain is not fully developed and it is much more likely that you will be irresponsible and play in a much riskier way. If bitcoin was around when I was 15 and I discovered online casinos I am certain that I would have wagered more than I can afford to lose. Probably would have lost all my savings after half an hour of martingaling on dice.
Most of gambling online sites doesn't require and won't ask for an ID unless when problem arises and you are obliged to provide the legal documents and when you can't they may freeze or ban your account. I think it isn't that hard to play on online sites even if you're a minor the major hindrance is where and how you could get some BTC or other cryptocurrencies if for example your country has strict policy that minor couldn't have some digital assets.

Most of all if you have BTC and want it to cash out or cash in you would find it hard to deal since most banks and even non-custodial wallets just like what we have in my country. By the way, I don't think minor isn't that aware of risks on gambling but in my opinion they are much less of a risk-takers compared to adults.

4234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it just me or anyone experienced it as well? on: October 18, 2020, 12:27:54 PM
Unless you open a new tab then you stayed there for few minutes and you back again to the tab where you roll your automated dice. Sometimes it do happen on my end when I use the automated rolls but mostly when I do this I make sure I just bet low stakes and low multiplier. It's just base on my own experience and I assume that we have the same.

4238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: October 18, 2020, 09:16:19 AM
Looks like for most of us reading the TOS would lose our time because most of us here voted for "NO".

35-41 in favor of NO, now,  let's tell these people to start reading the TOS in every site they are using.
Make it 36 as I'm favor reading those TOS. Well, the fact is we tend to forget to read the TOS when we are entering a casino or whatever platform it is, may it be exchanges or gaming platform etc. But for some reason when there's some problems arises it's our go-to to clear the smoke we are into and I think that's fine.

Besides, the vote remains neutral in a sense because the question only corresponds if anyone are reading the TOS, it does not corresponds whether you read the TOS before you accept their service/s. I don't think we lose time on reading those but if you just want to know a specific term on the TOS just like KYC, withdrawal, restricted country or something like that you could use Ctrl+f to do that if you're using PC.

Oh boy I remember that thread. It's that thread where a lot of people received their first big chunks of merits LOL.
Can't deny the fact that I did and I'm grateful on that event. By the way, it's not that merit but theymos is way too generous he even rewarded people with BTC (that's observable on the OP of that thread).
