For those of you who despair because we have been on the sideways price for a month or so, this news should give you hope, because we keep seeing them. It's a trickle, day in and day out. I think the price, when it makes a push upwards, is going to hit $100k in a heartbeat.

As a price remains in a consolidation pattern for a longer period of time, breakouts tend to be stronger.
4222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: May 07, 2021, 06:41:04 AM

Interesting new thoughts on Dogecoin ...

Heroes deserve worship, of course!

The dictionary defines "hero" as "a person of distinguished courage or ability, admired for his or her brave deeds and noble qualities." But can we apply that definition to Elon Musk?
A real hero goes out of his way to help others, but if that action also benefits him then he doesn't really qualify as a hero since he's acting out of self-interest.
4223  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How do I create and design simple website? on: May 07, 2021, 12:15:41 AM
Once again, you do not need to know PHP or any other server-side programming language to build a professional looking website. And no one can convince me otherwise, since I have been in the website development business for over 25 years. This is not about dynamically generated content, but rather front-end design.

So, if you're still not convinced of the power of HTML5 and CSS3, take a look at some of the examples from awards sites like awwwards:

Well - with all due respect - then you mean to download a ready made page? What does this have to do with designing a site without programming languages?

The site you referred to, I can call it a "service" whether it is free or not, but it has nothing to do is that you can program web pages without a "programming language", They are just already made websites by developers and the tool has UI allow you to edit the., A paid service can do all that for you. I just referred for OP to use paid service for a better result.

In all due respect, I must say that you have no clue what you're talking about.  Wink

The website I was referring to has absolutely nothing to do with ready-made templates. It is not a paid service but a showcase gallery of some of the best sites on the Internet.
"Awwwards are the Website Awards that recognize and promote the talent and effort of the best developers, designers and web agencies in the world."

It would be great if I could show you some of the award-winning websites my company did but this is neither the place nor the time, because I do not want to promote anyone here, and I prefer anonymity.
4224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Metromile plans to adopt Bitcoin on: May 06, 2021, 11:46:18 PM
Metromile, Inc., a leading digital insurance platform and pay-per-mile auto insurer, today announced it will soon allow policyholders the option to pay for insurance and receive payment for eligible and approved insured claims in bitcoin or dollars. Metromile will be the first insurance company to both accept premiums and pay claims in cryptocurrency.

To this end, Metromile itself plans to buy $10 million worth of Bitcoin sometime in the second quarter of 2021, in order to begin adopting the cryptocurrency. The company noted that as digital assets are rapidly becoming mainstream, the addition of Bitcoin payments should “promote financial resilience” for its customers.

In an announcement published today, Metromile CEO Dan Preston said:
“We believe in the transformative potential of blockchain technology. We are still in the early days of realizing how this shift to decentralized finance and cryptocurrency will create enduring advantages in insurance, but we believe that offering bitcoin as an option for premium and claims payments would be an important first step,”

Hi,

I want to present you Crypto Maker where you will find honest big reviews ...

I typically expect to see some honest reviews on your website after you make an announcement like this. But where are the reviews? I couldn't find any.  Cheesy

The effect of false advertisements is detrimental to the success of any business.
4226  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: May 06, 2021, 10:20:59 PM
Its expected that there would be some drastic changes into these platforms
knowing that they are regulated by the government and specially this one involves multi-million in inbound and outbound transactions then this isnt something that government
cant just ignore and they are just following on whats been asked even though this would really be making some impact into their business.

Is there a reason you expect gambling platforms to undergo drastic changes in terms of KYC regulations? There is an AML policy in the EU only if funds are transferred in larger amounts (I do not have the exact data, but I think someone stated the amount of at least 2000 Euro).

While I don’t know the laws for other parts of the world, but Roobet states in their ToS that players are bound by the laws of their respective states.
4227  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How do I create and design simple website? on: May 06, 2021, 09:55:16 PM
I respect your opinion, but OP has indicated that he wants a professional site...

Actually he described the website as simple but with professional looking responsive design. Although this can be interpreted in different ways, from what I understand, he probably wants to make a simple landing page with information about his startup.

... What I want is a simple but professional looking responsive design with simple navigation.

...there are actually many ways without dealing with PHP, but whatever it is, programming is not that easy, known that </HTML> and CSS; is trivial, but when you want a "professional site" It turns out completely the opposite. Since OP wants a site for his project (not a personal site), He has said himself that he knows the basics of HTML and CSS which is not enough for "Pro website", then of course it is best to hire an expert, because this is a work, not a play.

Once again, you do not need to know PHP or any other server-side programming language to build a professional looking website. And no one can convince me otherwise, since I have been in the website development business for over 25 years. This is not about dynamically generated content, but rather front-end design.

4228  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't ever quit your job to trade crypto. on: May 05, 2021, 11:56:30 PM
There is no doubt that there is risk here, but there is also a great deal of upside. Before you dismiss the question outright, bear in mind that some people have actually done this. There are many factors to consider when it comes to trading, and your career opportunities as a trader are extremely diverse. If that's what you're after, I'd say go for it. But for a lot of young people, it's tough to figure out how they fit into the whole game.

4229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trillion dollar DOGE on: May 05, 2021, 11:16:46 PM
I don't mean to sound like a dick, but keep in mind most people are always looking for an easy way to make money and that's why a shit ton of people are in the market, and those are the things you have to be aware of. If history teaches us anything, Dogecoin is a bubble, and it could burst on a moment's notice. Within a very short period of time, this meme coin has attained an asset value of approximately $80 billion. However, the coin does not offer any long-term value. One of Bitcoin's most attractive features is limit on its supply as it acts as a protection against inflation. In comparison, Dogecoin has no limit on amount of coins which means that this investment is purely driven by a social media frenzy and is a bubble that is waiting to burst.
4230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin scammers have a hard time with grammar on: May 05, 2021, 10:09:22 PM
An obvious sign of a scam website is that it is created so quickly and its creator will not even complete their work. They don't care about the grammar; what they care about is the money and the investors. But, I'm glad they're prone to errors. By doing so, it is easier for us to detect such projects and expose them.

Don't be surprised, however, that some scammers can communicate in English well and are highly organized. Determining the legitimacy of a project or whether it is a scam requires a lot of research and common sense. It is often hard to tell on just the basis of the bad grammar they use, or the look of their website.

Ne dira me ni FOMO ni FUD al volim bit u toku, imam dosta stoplosseva i take profit ordera pa uvijek bar jednim okom pratim što se događa.

Hahaha! Dok radim na računalu, CMC je uvijek otvoren u jednom prozoru preglednika i svako malo bacim pogled. Osim toga, ako ne radim nešto posebno važno, binance je također uvijek tu negdje ...
4232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BSC wallet to make many BEP20 addresses? on: May 05, 2021, 08:50:03 AM
This is exactly what I am doing now. There is only one thing I don't know - maybe you could answer that question for me.
Is it possible to create more than one BEP20 address on one ETH address, or can only be one BEP20 address created on each ETH address? (on MetaMask everything)

Ethereum addresses are basically the same as Binance Smart Chain addresses, the only difference is in the network. Your BSC address begins with 0x, like an Ethereum address.
One BSC address cannot 'create multiple BEP20 addresses' just as one Ethereum address cannot create multiple ERC20 addresses.

In your case, you'll need to create multiple wallets (addresses) with corresponding private keys.

I read a lot about investing and gambling and a lot of areas of work in cryptocurrencies, but I think it needs practical experience to start with, as a beginner here I first need to read a lot of topics and benefit from the experiences of old members here and then raise capital and then it would be the ideal time to start like this  the work.

Hello there and welcome to the forum!

You should be aware that the primary goal of this forum is to learn about cryptocurrencies. Try to concentrate on that.
As for any other questions you might have as a newbie, here's an interesting topic to read:

Ne koristiti aplikaciju za trejdanje, vec se dugo ljudi zali da aplikacija sa cijenama kasni.

Imao sam slično iskustvo. Kolega je instalirao aplikaciju dok ja uglavnom koristim web verziju. Kod njega se uvijek sporije osvježavalo.

I don't know how this miner is been set up or configured but the team need to make it available on third-party stores just like how ASIC and GPU can be purchased anywhere else, it doesn't make sense to keep waiting and waiting

As far as I know, these devices are available in third-party stores. At least four different suppliers with links to their online stores can be found on the Helium official website, https://www.helium.com/store.

Everyone keeps pointing to link to buy this miners but the fact they keep excluding is that these miners aren't available in store right now, probably they sold out due to huge demand? Correct me if I'm wrong cos I want to buy three if these but no luck

I haven't checked to see the devices are currently available, but here are some links in case anyone is interested:

I didn't see this here:

"The HNT website has this: The Helium Hotspot is now sold out for both North American and European customers."

A very rough back of the envelope calculation has about one of these hot spots every 20 miles.

Some new manufacturers are on their way. I'm wondering how long it will take them to start production once they've been approved.
