4261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 19, 2017, 12:33:43 PM
Cleveland (though only in extra time) wins his 4th consecutive match and continues his climb to the eastern conference.
39 points and 14 rebounds for Lebron James.

Great victory for San Antonio against the always disappointing Oklahoma. Again this year Oklahoma will have to suffer to enter the playoffs

Great start of the season for Minnesota (8 wins in the last 10 matches played). It is currently third in the Western Conference
I can really tell now that the Twolves will become a threat in the west, they are full of talent and they already figured how to use it in a timely manner. Last season they are only good in the 1st haft but now they can do a good rally to win and learn how to close out games.
They are a threat when you look at the Western Conference Standing they are seating 3rd right next to Houston and Golden State. Right now they are outperforming San Antonio Spurs, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Denver Nuggets which we all thought would come first before the Timberwolves. But the Minnesota Timberwolves still have a long way to go as they need to improve their chemistry, defense, and also their 3 point shooting in order to become contenders for the NBA Title.
4262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is selling Bitcoin? on: November 19, 2017, 10:19:43 AM
It is a common practice in trading that if no one is selling their asset on the current offered price the buyers have no choice but to increase their offer until a seller has match the price that is offered, the same thing can happen to when the price is decreasing now the power will now be in the hands of the buyers as they are the once who are determining the price they want to buy your offload shares. Not everyone has the same mindset and some are selling now because maybe the price of Bitcoin at 7000$ is their target price.
4263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Students in Istanbul are Taken into Custody due to Marihuana Order w Bitcoin on: November 19, 2017, 06:53:04 AM
Well it's not Bitcoin's fault on why they got arrested if Marijuana is illegal in their country then they are should be arrested. Also I don't understand why the 3 out of the 5 students are released, could you give us a reason why? Are they underage or something? Could you bring is some proper translation to the news so that we understand fully about it.
4264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nigeria's Central Bank Endorses Bitcoin on: November 18, 2017, 12:56:19 PM
Did a little background checking of the news and have found out a recent interview or news report with Musa Itopa Jimoh on September 15, 2017 and it looks like they are encouraging Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency because of their country's problem with their poor economic situation and many financial institution shutting down because of the rise of insurgency. At least that is how I viewed their situation.
4265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why doesn't developers make application for btc talk org? on: November 18, 2017, 10:45:04 AM
I don't think that a forum site will go well on having an app version of it, unlike Facebook, Twitter, or other social media websites the staff of this community will have a massive change in interface in order to look or make the forum site appealing to become an app. But even from personal experience I can still access and write posts in the forum using my mobile phone.
4266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Other way to transfer or withdraw your BTC on: November 16, 2017, 06:59:27 PM
The banks are not the ones who are getting suspicious of you but it is the governments who are being alerted with that kind of big amount. For instance my wallet has the option to directly by my Bitcoins in exchange to Fiat Currency via Bank Deposit which only has a daily limit of 10,000$ per day because they are required to send a report anything above 10,000$ that you are converting. Sometimes you need to check your laws as it varies from country to country what may apply to me may not apply to you.
4267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not.. on: November 16, 2017, 06:26:25 PM
Almost everyone knows bitcoin, but the minority of people who use it, many of them don't realize what bitcoin. Especially for those who do not need the internet. Plus my home where the amount of public awareness of bitcoin continues to be reduced. There isn't any shopping location or restaurant that provides payment utilizing bitcoin. Maybe that is even the cause traders are reluctant to invest bitcoinnya into shopping centers or restaurants that repayments using bitcoin. Even when there may be very helpful for bitcoin customers.
I have to disagree with you because majority of the people does not even know what Bitcoin is, one of them is including my professor who is a lawyer that when asked about a Bitcoin related question he asked back what Bitcoin is. Bitcoin is still unknown for the majority of the population and one thing that can help raise awareness about it is through good news from the mass media which will help new people be curious on what Bitcoin really is.
4268  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-16] Bitcoin Mining Is Still Happening in China on: November 16, 2017, 03:39:22 PM
Really hard to believe in the so-called "news" these days that even electric companies are believing on something that is fake. From the latest news I heard (the real ones) the only thing China is blocking are the websites that are running unregisyered cryptocurrency exchanges. The Bitcoin Mining however doesn't have any clear news about its legality on operating in China.
4269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 16, 2017, 05:08:32 AM
Nice win by the Minnesota Timberwolves today as they have defeated the San Antonio Spurs by 12 points. Key notes I saw during the game was Jeff Teague and Taj Gibson really have put up some efforts to make us lead all through out the game also Jamal Crawford and Nemanja Bjelica have made sure to maintain our lead while the starters are out.
4270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1.5 months left !! what's more to happen ? on: November 15, 2017, 06:16:12 PM
2018 will be a new year for Bitcoin and the future of it will always depend on us. Every year Bitcoin is growing its popularity reaching different kinds of people from different classes and all of them are benefiting from it. Right now what I want to see in 2018 is not in Bitcoin itself but the consumers and producers accepting it. This will make Bitcoin more look like a currency rather than some kind of investment vehicle if it will be widely accepted it is because of the help of the government supporting Bitcoin in the future.
4271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: November 15, 2017, 05:07:34 PM
Bitcoin is more profitable than any other currencies in world.
Well a currency's main purpose is not for you to earn more money but for it to become the medium of exchange of a country. Which any Fiat Currency is successfully doing right now.

The payment system of it faster than the others.people can invest, buy or trade bitcoin and can shop through it as well. So,people should use bitcoin.
Also comparing the transaction speed of sending Bitcoin compared to handing out Fiat currency to a cashier you will know that paying with Fiat currency is more practical and fast also you won't be spending additional expense as you won't have a transaction fee that come with it. There is really no waiting time for people paying directly in Fiat Currency.
4272  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin drop during the upcoming Holidays? on: November 15, 2017, 03:31:10 PM
Most probably long holidays likes the upcoming one will require a lot of money and based from experience a lot of selling especially in the stock market happens to have an extra cash to fund their holiday spending. Now I have not observe the priced last year dropping due to the holidays but I expect that their will be a profit taking a week or two before the holidays come in. I might be wrong because they might sell other things outside of the cryptocurrency market and it really depends on how the market will flow during that time.
4273  Economy / Economics / Re: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE A NASTY DIVORCE AND A FAT BTC WALLET? on: November 15, 2017, 01:12:31 PM
In a legal perspective you don't have any choice but to reveal all your assets including the once earned in Bitcoin as it is required by law, you can even be caught after the divorced. Now for your agreement or settlement about the division of wealth it is really up to you and it depends if your wife agrees with what you offer. You also have to put into consideration in who will take care of your children with of course he or she getting a bigger share to support their child.
4274  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happen to banks? on: November 15, 2017, 10:10:46 AM
Since banks profit from fees and blockchain will kill fees, my guess is banks will be negatively impacted.
Some banks are already stepping into the blockchain world.
But blockchain will not bring back the profits as otherwise.
Any thoughts?
Apologies if this is not the right place to discuss.
Thanks in advance.

The bitcoin or the cryptocurrencies will not make banks disappear completely. It will expectedly render the banks less important, bank is a financial institution that offer varieties of services not just to recieve fiat alone but offer some other services like loan. There are still so many people who still believe in the traditional system of doing things and also those who may not have the technological infrastructure like internet to even access the cashless society
Less important because of a decrease in fees received? I don't think so because it is not their main business and a lot of people including businesses are depending on banks to fund their expenses. Its not about being in a traditional system, banks are still here because they are the ones who can be  relied on first, yes Bitcoin has a higher chance of making you profit but the bank's purpose of giving you interest is not because for you to earn but just for you to stay. Banks will still exist even in the rise of the cryptocurrencies.
4275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Invented BITCOIN to be a BANK, not a 'PAYPAL' for buying Coffee on: November 15, 2017, 06:41:57 AM
I don't know a bank's purpose is not only for storing your money but also sharing it to others as it is their form of business. I don't know why Bitcoin Wallets can act as a bank as although it has security features and everything it is still vulnerable to hacks as it only exist virtually. Also when you make all your assets into Bitcoin you are putting yourself in a bad position as you are risking your wealth to volatility which a real bank won't do to your savings.
4276  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-14]Donors Use Bitcoin for Tax Benefits and to Keep Tabs on Spending[NYT on: November 14, 2017, 05:57:27 PM
I don't think that it would really have an affect on attracting people to use Bitcoin on what he just did luckily it was picked up as a news by the nytimes. People using Bitcoin as a payment will most likely not create or raise awareness for it won't clear anything up or explain something to other people who might see it. What he did by donating Bitcoin to Red Cross will be considered as a waste of position in Bitcoin, he should just have used his U.S. Dollars in the first place.
4277  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin actually just a Investment coin? on: November 14, 2017, 04:59:47 PM
It is really hard to say that is purely used for investment as some also used it as a currency (which is actually is purpose). Bitcoin is not created to just make money out of it, its just that being a decentralized currency affected on how the price moves a lot. With its extreme volatility it overshadowed its real purpose as a currency because many users are taking advantage of the rapid price movements and even I myself is now starting to trade with Bitcoin to make some profit.
4278  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC is a roller coaster on: November 14, 2017, 03:00:49 PM
Just received reminder bitcoin dropped a lot, the price of the last week is very unstable, leading to other competing currencies continued to fall, there is no bottom line of that kind of fall, I would like to ask you tycoons on how to look at the future market?

For me, Yes bitcoin is dropped too far and i think it would not expecting by many traders, but i think soon the price will be back to the price before and we can hope that the price will be increase more. i think its normal that we have seen this situations because bitcoin itself is volatile and we can not predict when its down and when its up... And I also say ,Yes,bitcoin is a decentralized currency uncontrolled by any one.Unlike gold, whose price is controlled by world gold council, bitcoin price fluctuates as per increase and decrease of demand for bitcoin.Bitcoin is definitely like a roller coaster. When its price increases, its investors get happy and when its price decreases, investors feel sad ...
I think most of the trader and bitcoin investors who's been with the journey of bitcoin already expected that bitcoin will fall after the hardfork but bitcoin managed to go up again may not be as highest as it was when it made ATH but the increase is still good after that drop.
That is when you are wrong Segwit2X didn't even happened yet the price of Bitcoin dropped. The price changes of Bitcoin is not always due to Forks as their are many factors that is being used as a catalyst or driver that makes the price of Bitcoin be played by traders. Of course they are also the ones who are making the unstable price of Bitcoin.

4280  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁 LOTTERY 🎁18 BILLIONTH BETS PROMOTION🎁 on: November 14, 2017, 09:56:25 AM
everyone knows that bitsler is best site for gambling and we can see a lot of progress in it now 3k+ member daily ,yeah there was one time when 9k+ user was online there but 3k+ user daily its not easy lot of promos and chat games Smiley

Not only just good promotions but also need to provide a good support to gamblers needs then only gamblers will more comfortable to play on that site. Bitsler admin is providing a very good support help from the beginning which helped them to grow fast in this gambling industry.
Indeed, there is a big competition in the world of gambling but when a site has a good support it will always be on top.
That's needed even in different type of business, when the customer support is good they usually succeed because they will earn a loyal customers who like to patronize their services, and remember that gambling is a service industry so the support really matters.

Relatively low number of issues, very good support, nice design, good speed / responsiveness and most of all very active owner, I'm not worried for Bitsler for now.
What I find strange is that the number of gambling sites having all this is so small. I don't think that the real competition is that big.
So the real difference now is that Baryom knows how to run this business and does it well.

When other sites will get to reality and will have all this, then the promotions will matter much more than they do now; but again Bitsler stays very good on this too Smiley

Problem with gambling is that since there isn't any type of regulation. The only way users can feel safe is to use a site that has sufficient capital and a high userbase. There aren't that many bitcoin gambling sites that have this.

There might be 1000 different dice sites out there. But if someone won 10 BTC, what are the chances that the admin would let them withdraw that BTC or even if they had enough capital in their cold storage to cover it.

Bitsler does not have any problem with that kind of issue as they always pay their members on what amount they want to withdraw. The only time I have experienced a delay in payment is when an enormous amount of withdrawals happened with a less volume of deposits making Bitsler first confirm first all the withdrawals are legit. Bitsler is a really good site and can be trusted with your money.
