I did find something new in the logs this morning related to instability.  This particular issue requires a few hours of work.  Ill take a look at it this morning and see if this issue can be fixed permanently.

I just got an email from Cameroon, a West African orphanage that wants instructions on how to request biblepay donations.

I want to touch on a few "training issues" first:
1) We should start small, and test the charity to ensure they work well.  Maybe help them enter a proposal for one orphan first and then we get community feedback.
2) We need to ensure their authenticity by doing some research to see how the current reviews are of their service and they actually sponsor real children.
3) We need to ask them how far they can integrate their IT with us.  Remember with compassion, we receive inbound childrens letters into our API and post them through the SAN into PDFs for all to read.  We write to them through the API to a translator who rewrites the document to the child.  We have online BIOs with links to the children.  We basically want to know the level of integration they offer and promise biblepay.  Show them links to the accountability.biblepay.org web site and the way the Orphan menus work.
4) We should ask them if they would consider giving us PR, by placing our logo on their website, and a paragraph about us we can link to. 

So, Im programming quite a few systems, starting a slack, doing maintenance, and jumpstarting stratis, so obviously Im overloaded.  I cant wear yet another hat called "Director of Charity Integration" etc.  I need help from a volunteer who wants to be responsible for new charity evaluation, onboarding, partner integration etc.  Who wants to kindly volunteer for this?  It entails me introducing the charity to you through email and then you picking up the ball with them.

Thanks for sharing your testimony Togo.  Some day when I have more free time, I will work on convincing you to go back to Jesus, but not through the Roman Catholic church, directly through him, and we can constructively talk about your state of works or being a good person is not going to allow you to gain entrance to heaven, but by faith and grace through Jesus, but lets not go there today as we have a lot going on!  I also promise to upload some biblepay links that are very convincing in that respect, and everyone should watch them not just Agnostics.  Ill also share my testimony eventually but its too busy to do so this week.

I have a very strong opinion about capitalism and evil.  I dont want to get into all the details as it might spoil one of our future features, but I was once involved in a computing project where our farm of servers computed the solution to a stock market problem and made over 1 million $ profit.  However, at the peak of this time, when I withdrew my share, I didnt go out and tithe 10% directly to any particular organization.  I was a bad, greedy person, and reinvested it in the company to try to make even more money.  Then, something went wrong and the rules started to break and the system melted down and I was left with 10% profit.  I pray in the mornings now, and believe I am in touch with the holy spirit.  I believe the moral of the story was: if I would have tithed 10% of that profit, I would have had the Godly wisdom to increase the rules properly to be more successful by giving credit to God for them and not taking the credit for those rules, but I failed in the most basic respect: I took credit and kept the profit.  So I repented and changed.  And thats part of the reason I wrote biblepay, to ensure 10% of the blockchain emission goes directly to orphans.  Now, I intend on tithing more than 10% of all capitalist profits to hard-to-reach areas before spending it on myself or my family.  In addition, I intend to give some to my friends.  So I would say that capitalism is not evil, its that you have to be cognizent and not Be evil with your profits, you must share your profits.

The main reason is we put half of the emphasis on owning a Sanctuary for ROI in BiblePay, in contrast to the greed-based rat race side- the mining side - to generate biblepay.  This means a large percentage of computers that generate profits by mining will need to reconsider being an investor - and holding biblepay for the long term instead, changing the nature of the coin.  I never said we wanted to be proof-of-stake, I think biblepay attracts the remnant of those that already mined the likes of litecoin and dash, and wants to re-gauge their leverage by working with our community while we are very cheap.

The other aspect is one can use their God born intelligence to help us develop new gospel features, and add and evaluate proposals from the Sanctuary side (IE focusing their intelligence on doing a lot with a little by helping people)- instead of being focused on the greed based money side of it.  

Another way to put it is we are trying to serve God not Mammon.

The miners are still there for security and because we are a cryptocurrency.

Im very glad to see spork8 appears to be working properly.  Sanctuaries received their Christmas present, a couple days late.

So it appears 20% of our network is still on prior versions.  This means right now our fork is 20% easier to mine.

Ill take a look at the pool- one thing that I do see in the pool that Thomas brought up in a non-hostile way, is all of the miners with only one share take up 1/3rd of the leaderboard.  I think the problem is our f9000 share is a little too hard for the small miner.  Ill take a look at that, maybe we can have two share types, one for supercomputers like Jerry, and one for the small miner.
