4281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket World Cup 2019 Prediction Pool [Join FREE win x BTC] on: June 09, 2019, 12:38:58 PM
We are considering the last 4/5 overs. Since India have wickets in hand, they will hit hard in the later overs. They will look for over 10 to 12 runs an over. You may see one or two over with 20+ runs. So 350 runs is achievable.
We will see.
Good to see that India promoting Hardik Pandya at this stage and he is sent at this stage to smash from the get go and then i am expecting Dhoni to come and we are expecting a score above 350 runs from this stage until we see some wonderful bowling from the Australians mean while Kohli should bat till the end and play the anchor role. With the bowlers India have in this tournament we will win the match if they can score anything above 320 runs in this pitch.

Sunday and Watching match with buddies.
Round of Beers and Tea party
Cheers  Cheesy
4282  Economy / Speculation / Re: Billionaire wants to buy 25% of the bitcoin supply on: June 09, 2019, 10:14:53 AM
I know these dudes are definitely rich, that saying "rich" even undermines how much wealth they actually have, but I don't think they can even buy 25% of the total supply. Even if they buy it all through OTC through multiple entities, it's going to pump up the price too high I think. Correct me if I'm wrong.
They are definitely super rich and majority of them will not reveal their entire wealth and so is the reason you wont see them feature any Arabs in the worlds richest list , what if the super rich Arabs will come together and make a consortium to take over the entire market, the oil industry is drying up and they will need something else to rule the world and they might have seen bitcoin as the future of trade and commerce. If they are planning to get 25% of the entire market then the prediction of John McAfee will be true in the coming years  Cheesy
4283  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin about to go really high on: June 09, 2019, 06:00:05 AM
With the look of things no amount of Bitcoin increase will surpasse the one that happened in 2017 before the end of this year in my opinion though I stand to be proof wrong with evidence on how it will happen before end of this year.
The funny thing about the price movement is that you cannot have any evidence until the price moves in that direction and then we can speculate about it, i never expect the price of bitcoin to rally like that in 2017, during that rally i expected the price would touch $10K and then we will see a correction but the rally kept on moving higher until it touched around $19.5 K, do we have a concrete evidence on why the price broke all those resistance in a short period of time other than speculating the obvious reason  Smiley.
4284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 09, 2019, 04:09:02 AM
We're seeing big totals by English team for a while now. Within the last 8 matches, they've succeeded in scoring 300+ runs in all of them.
If you look at their high scoring totals both the openers or at least one will be scoring a big century most of the time, be it  Roy or Bairstow and then Root and Morgan will keep the score board ticking with almost the same runs per over and occasional boundaries and then Buttler and Stokes will put the finishing touches and the score will be 350 plus  Cheesy, Buttler is the most destructive batsmen in present day cricket and the way in which he score runs is flawless.
4285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: June 08, 2019, 07:34:46 PM
Once FC is gaining popularity and I don't blame him from moving there. He looked impressive in his first fight. I'm almost certain he'll dominate and reign. But I do believe he still wants that rematch.
One FC is gaining popularity in the western countries now, it is already a big promotion in the Asian circuit and they have one of the best talents in lighter weight divisions and it is not a big surprise that the average size of the people here in Asia  Cheesy. Demetrious Johnson voluntarily moved out of UFC to be part of the competition in One FC as he felt that there is a bigger competition out there and if he think that he wanted a rematch he would have done that before moving on with his life.

Valentina Shevchenko the queen of the division will reign for a long time and so is the reason i never said anything about her earlier. I first noticed her when she defeated Holy Holmes and her level of competence shocked me at that time as she out performed Holly Holmes in every aspect of the fight and since that fight she is my favorite, went 5 rounds with Amanda Nunes and loosing a close decision is big feat now considering that Cyborg could not last one round.

It still doesn't explain "disc failure".  What, are they running the website on a 486?  Cry
The best thing to do right now is to avoid the site altogether as none of the sites that got hacked in the past sustained for a longer period of time and they will come up with reason after reason and only when everyone is hit on a major scale do we know that we are fucked off our funds and then the waiting period to get our own funds is another hurdle we have to overcome, to save all those issues just wait for some time until they run smoothly for sometime and prove that they are fine and doing well and then we can trust them again with our coins.

We're a fully anonymous non-KYC site.
I am glad you are following the privacy route rather than the majority of the sites that force users to submit their personal details when they win in the form of KYC even though they are using bitcoin to gamble, i am not writing not to say this, since you are representing the site i would like to know where you are reinvesting your coin to give every investor 4.08% annually in bitcoin, my doubts comes since there is no locking period as you are allowed to withdraw anytime. Glad to see all the changes in the site and as some users mentioned earlier it will be good to allow parlay with certain limitation as to the amount of games you can pick every parlay.

On a side note, I hope there will be no rain tomorrow. It's pathetic to see rain is interrupting matches.
I hope there will be rain, i have seen some crazy odds 65x to 85x when it comes to no results and actually i missed placing the bet today which sucks  Cheesy.
Sri Lanka facing Pakistan was a good contest, the real problem is that we were not sure which version of Pakistan team will perform tomorrow, the first match and the second was really contrasting to each other but the weather had other ideas Sad.
Tomorrow i am going all in for England to win the match after they tasted defeat by Pakistan i am sure they will dominate this match.

4289  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happen to bitcoin in india on: June 07, 2019, 04:37:54 PM
What will happen to bitcoin in india. whether it is legal or not.
There is a new development from India that the government has proposed a new bill that puts who trade and hold bitcoin in jail for ten years which is outrageous as we can clearly see their lack of intelligence when you compare the sentence you get for heinous crimes which is much less than the proposed punishment for holding bitcoin  Roll Eyes , if they approach towards technology and the new market like this, new starts ups will move out from India as there are other countries in Asia that welcomes the new technology with open hands.
4290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Breaking News! Third world nation bans BTC. 10 years in jail for holding crypto on: June 07, 2019, 02:44:13 PM
Being a resident of Indonesia, I can understand the frustration and helplessness being faced by Indian nationals. Even here the government was quite hostile to crypto sometime back. Only recently did they changed their approach to the cryptocurrency. Hold strong guys, it is just a matter of time before the government realizes its mistake and reverses this policy.
I really doubt if there will be any change from the proposed bill, i really do not understand the concept behind people who are possessing bitcoin too will be jailed, earlier they were saying that these things are done to protect its users from fraudsters, but now it is clear what they are really aiming for, to have a dictatorship level control over its citizens and the moment the old government got re elected i knew something like this was coming as majority of the people in that party does lack common sense. There is a court system and i hope will have some justice and the proposed bill will not get passed as drug peddlers and rapist are not getting this kind of sentence in India, which part of the brain they came to a conclusion to give this kind of punishment  Shocked.
4291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Joshua suffer a humiliating knock out on: June 07, 2019, 08:15:26 AM
I used to dream to see Joshua vs Wilder match, but now I'll have to wait for Joshua to recover, make few fight with other contestants, maybe even do a rematch with Ruiz.

I guess my dream is not going to come true.
  • The main problem with boxing promoters is that they test the patience of the fans and if you really wanted to watch the best fighters fighting the best you only see that in MMA, they will keep on delaying so that the fans miss out the competition aspect of boxing, i always loved to watch Floyd Mayweather Jr vs Manny Pacquiao and i still used to wonder how would that fight played out if both were in their prime rather than fighting at the end of their careers.
  • Tyson Fury and Wilder fight happened and it was a change from that situation because both fighters agreed to fight and Tyson was coming out of retirement to prove himself against Wilder and it was one of the best fights in a very long time.
  • It was a known fact that Wilder was trying to fight Joshua for a long time but his promoters were ducking that fight as they wanted to make more money before AJ took on Wilder and Tyson. Grin
4292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: June 07, 2019, 06:26:16 AM
@nydiacaskey01. Tony also has been diagnosed with a mental illness. We might not see a 100% Tony in this fight, I reckon.

Has anyone noticed that his last 4 fights versus Anthony Pettis, Kevin Lee, Rafael dos Anjos and Lando Vanatta were also not outstanding?
The mental situation Tony was going through worries me and it was not that pleasant if you are dealing with it, the UFC has cleared him but i think he should have some more time to recover than jumping in, but he is an exceptional creative fighter and Donald Cerrone is in good shape and his last fight was incredible, my pick is Tony but i am waiting to see an incredible fight and it will be an all out war.

Cejudo will defeat his opponent again.
Cejudo and Mighty Mouse rematch would have been better to see I hope he returns to the organization.
You cannot sleep on Marlon Moraes as he is a black belt in Muay Thai and BJJ so expect a lot of low kicks when Henry Cejudo try to take him down the risk of getting knocked out through a flying knee is a possibility, it is an interesting fight and if Henry Cejudo wins then he might have some interesting match ups in both the division and he can make the 125 pound division interesting.
Mighty Mouse did not get the respect in the UFC and so is the reason he moved on and i am not expecting him to be back as he is much respected in One FC and the fans are liking him there.

It works fine if you "massage" the message a little bit Wink
Thanks buddy for the massage  Cheesy

This is very confusing, why did the brainwallet suggested the other address and verified the message with it? I have to read more how this is possible, often happens that man has to edit the signed message to get it verified.
The associated public key can be derived from the signature... brainwalletx is just encoding it as a legacy address as it doesn't allow "signing" with bech32 like Electrum does.
It confuses me too, how come it shows 1J2JfPuYP3j19Vn3Qjwyi3tV2p9UKXSpXH ,    Shocked

4296  Local / Off-Topic (India) / Re: Forum's opinion about India on: June 05, 2019, 10:18:29 AM
It is really unfortunate to see these kind of image to the world, sure there were much bigger scams in India in the name of bitcoin and the government is not in the right direction to restrict these scams and give a general guide line and instructions to restrict these scams, a government should have the audacity to restrict these scams rather than to take actions after the scam occurred.

Buddy everyone can have their opinions but that does not make India a bad country, remember the population we have, it is more than some of the European countries put together, so we will have bad apples too, we have people in leading positions in Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Nokia, NetApp, Pepsi and other major corporate in the world, so with a big population like India, we have to expect both extremes. Smiley

Not in gambling mood coz I lost some good amount of money earlier :-(
I am of the same opinion, Bangladesh, Pakistan and yesterday Afghanistan looked like they would have won if the weather was alright, but over cloud situation the ball was swinging a lot than normal and the Lankan bowlers restricted them with some accurate swing bowling, even i lost a ton of money in these three matches alone and i am taking a break for the week and enjoy the matches rather than being stressed out  Cheesy.
4298  Other / Meta / Re: Seeking reporter badge images on: June 03, 2019, 11:02:57 AM
Currently, user's statistics on reports have two figures: The number of total reports; and the percentage of correct reports. Therefore, the reporter badge will be given to users based on the two figures, like what we have not with rank system that depends on both activities and merits.

Btw, BitBlender wiped out by owner, so it is good if you take Blender's avatar and signature off.  Tongue
Since you are not aware of it, there is a report history too along with the amount of good, bad and unhandled reports, don't worry you will get there with time
@hd49728 when it comes to bitblender it is just a homage as i was in the campaign for years.
4299  Other / Meta / Re: Seeking reporter badge images on: June 03, 2019, 07:53:05 AM
Because if someone reports, let's say,  10.000 posts, there is quite a high chance s/he will have 300 or even 1000 of those reports will be considered as "good", but, if for reasons unknown the other 9.700/9.000 reports are pure BS, said person would still have the "good reporter" badge when only a 3/10% of those reports are accuarate. Similar to the trust system in a way
If theymos is planning to implement a badge system for good reports who takes their time to make the forum better then he will only take into account the good reports as a benchmark and not the amount of reported posts, theymos will only implement things that are logical and hence do not worry about that  Wink the main reason theymos did not make any major changes to that report system is simply because the people who report will do so even if there is no  status quo  Tongue.
4300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket World Cup 2019 Prediction Pool [Join FREE win x BTC] on: June 03, 2019, 07:21:19 AM
Thank you. Yes I'm from Bangladesh. Otherwise, I barely would say we, right? It was really an exciting match. At some point, it was risky and I thought will lose. Thanks to Saifudding for taking the important wicket.
It was a really huge win for Bangladesh and right from the beginning nothing was going on South Africa's way as they were dropped catches and many miss fielding and with the spin attack Bangladesh has it will be a hard task for a team like South Africa who succumb to pressure and spin bowling, this is the worst performance in terms of fielding by a South African team and well played Bangladesh and it is a better win than their world cup win over South Africa in 2007 as they dominated in every aspect of the game.

I disagree. Bangladesh consistently cause such upsets in every World cup basically. Did you observe how India thrashed them in the warm up match? They still have a long way to go, but have improved by miles over time.
India plays spin really well throughout history and world class spinners like Warne or Murali never had an upper hand when they played against India most of the time and Bangladesh has 3 spinners in their line up and you cannot compare that with their performance against India.
