4281  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are You Concerned On Sudden Rise of Bitcoin? on: October 26, 2019, 02:28:00 PM
No, bitcoin's volatility will not cause any damage so you don't have to be worried about it. That is bitcoin. Well, I'm happy too just like you seeing the price increase after the past few days of bearish trend. I think, you should not say up and down prices as development. The true progress of BTC is the adaptation.
Yeah, I'm not really worried about the crypto's sudden rise since the coin is too volatile and these rise and falls are a normal thing for it. The price was facing dip from the past few months and now the investors are quite happy to see the inclination in the prices. But still, I think it is hard to predict whether this the beginning of a new bull run or a simple pump and dump rally...
4282  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this right time to invest in Bit Coins on: October 26, 2019, 02:10:27 PM
For now, is not appropriate if you want to choose a long-term investment. Because the current market is very bad.
Not just Bitcoin but altcoins also decreased and increased unconducive. For short-term do day trading to take profit.

If you bought at the dip at $7.5k those past few days and have sold at $10k today then, it will be a big profit for you in just few days, and I am one of those who benefited from it. Bought some amount then sold when I wake up this morning, I earned $40, not big amount for others but for me a big help as I just did it in short term only.
Yeah, it was just two days back when the price was below 7.5k$ and today it managed to reach 10K$. I personally feel the good times for the crypto are coming and if you are thinking to make a purchase then don't delay any further as I don't think the price would decline any further from here. However, it is still quite hard to assume whether it is the beginning of a bull run or just another short-termed rally...
4283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Loan to buy Bitcoin? on: October 26, 2019, 12:28:00 PM
This is very high risk, and I will not do it. For me, I will buy BTC from my personal salary, even though it is a small amount.  Borrowing Money to buy Bitcoin is not recommended, because buying Bitcoin is not a basic necessity in life. And my advice, use the loan money that you do to meet the needs of your life, do not buy BTC because the risk is very high.

Risk is always everywhere, it will be up to him if he wanted to take risk in loaning some money to buy BTC, or just watching the price goes up as the time is passing by, as per some Billionaires that I have red, one of their strategy is to make a loan and do business. Don't be afraid in loaning some amount which your instinct saying that you should buy it, sometimes after doing research following our instinct is good.
Investment is already risky, loaning some money will make it much risky. Crypto is volatile and it's hard to tell whether it will increase or decrease.
If this is OP really wants, and I think he already planned on how he can pay if ever he loans money, then he can go with his own decision.
Loan to buy BTC is a really dumb idea I consider. How much we consider crypto to be the safest or reliable source of investment still, it is a lot of risky as the market is too volatile. Things here not always work as per one's predictions so, it won't be a smart move to risk your money. I would strongly recommend you invest only what you can afford to lose so that it won't cause you to regret in the future if lose any money...
4284  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Panic selling and postpone from trading, which one is the worse one? on: October 24, 2019, 05:45:29 PM
this we can see from the circumstances, if the price falls after rising high, and someone has bought at a high price. selling faster is good for saving their assets. but when prices are as low as they are today. someone buys a coin and after that it's a dump. then he sells it. I said that was wrong. Today's falling prices will not be deep. and will recover soon. so holding and postponing sales is a good thing.

Panic Selling is not when price increases, it is exclusively used to describe the hurried selling of assets in the event of sharp fall in the value of asset. In crypto market, panic selling is worst move a trader can make. Unlike other assets, cryptocurrencies are tend to return to their ATH again and again over time so it is better to hold coins if price is falling. But another thing is to determine that coin is not shitcoin and has adequate and vibrant market which can sustain the fall.
4285  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WILL CRYPTO BOOM AGAIN? on: October 24, 2019, 05:22:50 PM
Sure it's impossible to say but still... after yesterday hearing i really don't know what to think. Used to be sure Libra entry will boom the market once again but it looks like Libra's not coming shortly.
Is btc halving the most promising ''event'' we are looking forward to (at the moment)?

The current fall was due to the death cross where in 50 days moving average crossed 200 days moving average from above, thus many holders sold their btc in fear. However, the condition is just temporary and will change very soon. You shouldn't fear the rise/fall happen due to market movement because such movements are natural and healthy for proper working of market. You will see btc rising again very soon.
4286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin can not become a global currency on: October 24, 2019, 03:19:49 PM
This is like giving the cash that we have a security number but there's no way to track them. But it seems that you don't understand the point of what satoshi did on why he has created bitcoin.
You are concern for bitcoin's adoption but whether it has it or not, the gov't will always intervene to stop it.

Just not that, he is also not clear about the concept of cryptocurrency.
See here:

I think this is the only think that preventing bitcoin to become a global currency. Do you think it would worth this much if it is trackable. I dont think so. There will be altcoins that work with tracking system and ids. They will become a global currency. Bitcoin? I think never. What do you think?

It is not possible to create cryptocurrency with tracking system as the architecture on which it works i.e. blockchain and it is not possible to broadcast sender's detail on blockchain along with coins. This is only possible if coin is used within a specific ecosystem - for example, sending from Coinbase account to Coinbase account through email address. But that's not cryptocurrency, it is just digital representation of cryptocurrency.

Hi, Gents,

But most important of all, you are addressing only males. That is not fair!  Cheesy
4287  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin freelancing is dead? on: October 24, 2019, 02:26:56 PM
I'm a person who would like to do some work for Bitcoin, so I monitor freelancing sites occasionally, and at this time I feel like the freelance market in Bitcoin is nearly dead. The Services board is 99% listings of services rather than people who are looking to buy some; XBTfreelancer is empty or has 1-2 projects most of the time; cryptogrind has mostly just ridiculously underpaid projects or again service announcements (shouldn't they be banned there?), and there's also not much available projects overall; workingforbitcoins has very little traffic, just a few projects per month.

It was theorized that Bitcoin will help alleviate poverty by allowing people to work online without any restrictions, but on practice this just isn't happening. In your opinion, what is the reason for this?

The thing is people are over-crowded in the forum. Individuals with little experience are creating agencies but in turn aren't able to provide satisfactory results to projects, hence projects stopped looking for freelancers in forum or other places you are mentioning. Most of the projects these days hire individuals on referral basis by taking recommendations from others rather than searching in public. So what you can do is, improve the quality of service you provide, make connections, even do some projects for free if you think it will help you to get more work in future.
4288  Economy / Economics / Re: Regulation of Cryptocurrency Around the World on: October 22, 2019, 07:41:57 PM
Most of the countries which banned cryptocurrencies are Asian developing countries having weak economies. Hence, we can draw one conclusion that conservative governments with slow economy are more tend to ban bitcoin. This signifies that Bitcoin is a sign of Economic Empowerment. Only those governments which fear that Bitcoin will take over their dominance are banning cryptocurrencies.
4289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your token's on: October 22, 2019, 06:22:06 PM
It is very easy to keep your coins safe, just don't do anything wrong. You will be exposed to any kind of hacking only if you do something wrong. So I think the spirit of this thread is wrong. We should talk about Don'ts instead of Do's.
Just don't expose your private keys in any compromised situation and your money is safe. No need to set 2FA, encryptions, buy hardware and other bla bla. Make sure to access wallet in secure condition and no one can touch your money.
4290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your crypto before death? on: October 21, 2019, 04:45:36 PM
I think it's better to tell everything about all your investments in the crypto, accounts, passwords, your wallets informations, etc. to your family or whom you trust the most previously since the death is something that is inevitable so it's better to be prepared for it beforehand...
4291  Economy / Speculation / Re: What you expect about next move of bitcoin? on: October 21, 2019, 04:36:34 PM

I read a lot of posts talking about expected price of BTC next few months, there are those who are expected to rise by the end of this year, but many expect Bitcoin to decline, as I read at least 6000 what you think?
I think bitcoin will not drop in to that price maybe bitcoin price now is dropping but not reach that $6000.
Before the end of this year i expect that bitcoin will goes up until $12000
Yeah, I don't think the price would drop this low to 6k$, not now at least. I suppose 7200$ could be the lowest it would get but BTC right now seems to be in a good position and I don't expect any further decline in its value. In fact, we can anticipate a good five figured value by the year's end ranging somewhere between 11-12K$...
4292  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this right time to invest in Bit Coins on: October 21, 2019, 04:26:46 PM
Right now is the right time to invest in bitcoin because if not, when will you invest? As of now many people start doing investing in bitcoin simply because of the cheap price on the market and the current price of bitcoin is around 8000$+. You might regret if you're not going to invest in bitcoin and I know in the year 2020 or 2021 the price of bitcoin will step again in the price of 20000$. If I were you, I will not waste my time in nothing andI will just focus on investing in bitcoin.
Yeah, if you still looking for the right time to buy BTC then you are wasting your time as I consider right now to be the appropriate time to invest in BTC. Since the coin is still in a good price range of 8.1k$ and if you still wait for the price drop then you might even lose this opportunity also as I don't think that the price would follow a backtrack from here. Moreover, I believe that investing now would be a profitable deal since the next we are having 2020 halving and after that, the crypto could experience great inflation in the prices...
4293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are People Losing Interest with Bitcoin? on: October 21, 2019, 03:58:40 PM
Yes, in fact people are becoming more curious about cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin, they are more interested on it and other countries are having a meeting and planning how to legalize cryptocurrency. Even those who invested at peak season, for sure they are still holding some Bitcoin as they are confident that the value of Btc will continue to rise as demand is increasing.

Exactly, the crypto is getting more wider day by day and many of the governments are trying to implement it in their current system. In fact, many of the big reputed companies have already started accepting it. In the past few years, bitcoin had drawn a great global attention due to its enormous hype and had attracted many investors to the market, and this number is still increasing day by day. So, I don't think people are losing any interest in it as still the coin is serving a great demand...
4294  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin's Weak Points on: October 21, 2019, 11:32:08 AM
We are always talking here the many benefits, advantages and power of Bitcoin, but we know that for every coin there are always two sides. Bitcoin, am sure, also have its own many weak points that may or may not need some good attention or focus.

Please share here some weak points of Bitcoin that you know and feel...let's discuss them one by one and see how solutions can be applied into them.

One of the strongest as well as weakest point of Bitcoin is the concept of mining.
At one place it ensures fair verification of every bitcoin transaction and creation of new bitcoins without involving any third-party. But on the other side, the competition among miners leading to huge wastage of resources. As this competition gets more stiff, we may further see more spending on electricity and equipment for the creation of computing power which also have negative impact on environment. Also fees will increase further due to lack of bitcoin scalability.
4295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam Projects and Bounty . Way forward?? on: October 21, 2019, 09:03:03 AM
No project is born scam. It becomes scam eventually due to various reasons. Maybe it doesn't get enough exposure or maybe product wasn't strong or there can be hundred other reasons for a failure of project. It is not possible to predict for every project in the start whether it will sustain or turn scam. So as a bounty hunter, you should periodically review all your joined bounties and rate their periodical success. Whenever you find that project is not getting enough exposure, just drop that bounty rather than doing it till the end.
4296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I just turned 40 today and want to be part in BTC Community (Beginner) on: October 20, 2019, 06:42:34 PM

Anyway, I equipped my knowledge 1st before entering into something, most specially with money. I knew the basics on how the system of blockchain works and how the consensus is achieved and how the miners or stakers are rewarded. I have only one concern or doubt tho'(i guess) that why there are plenty of coins out there? I know you'll answer they have different usage like xrp/xlm for easy payment methods, steem for social media websites, eth/ada for smart contracts, etc...

The simplest answer to this question is that it is possible for anyone to create coin so for personal gains everyone creating coin. Not everyone thinks for community as a whole, so they creating their own coins jeopardizing the price and repo of bitcoin.
4297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If You Died Tomorrow, What Would Happen To Your Crypto? on: October 20, 2019, 01:37:13 PM
Circumstances may happen suddenly so we should always be prepared of it. We're all going to die so if ever I will die tomorrow (I hope not), I have my family who can handle and manage what I have left in this earth. Everything is in my pc, accounts, password and etc. and they can just access it. It's better to let people whom you trust the most, know about these stuffs but not to disclose everything to others. Only to your family and you know you can trust.
Yeah, you can't deceive death but all one can do is to be prepared for it. Since most of the people want their future, their family's future to be secured, so it's better to make your family or your closest ones aware of all your investments in the crypto, your accounts, passwords previously before the death so that they could manage them after you and that can help them to sustain life else all your money would be lost...
4298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are to be blame on: October 20, 2019, 01:23:15 PM
Scammers are keep growing over time. People are so greedy and they deceive other for their own satisfaction. In order for us to protect our money, we should equip knowledge adn we should not let our guard down.
We should know what we are doing at the first place. We should double think if we find a project offering high returns in just short time of period. Scammers are so smart that they can sales talk many newbies.
With the vast growth of the market, the amount of scammers has also increased and this is all because of the greed that people have. Scammers want instant money and want to earn a huge amount just in seconds thus they target the newbies with their falsified projects and schemes thereby fooling them in order to fill up their own pocket. So, it is quite important to be smart for survival in this market or else you would end up in losing all your money to these...
4299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one you buy Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: October 20, 2019, 11:49:29 AM
I prefer to buy bitcoin rather than ethereum because in bitcoin you can get guaranteed benefits from bitcoin which has a very limited supply will make the price very expensive and can provide many benefits when having bitcoin.
Both of the coins are really good and are quite reliable but still, I would pick BTC over ETH as Bitcoin seems more profitable for now as compared to the other. Moreover, being the dominant one I think Bitcoin can provide an enormous amount of profit in a short span of time where the rest are still struggling to attain a good value...
4300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 10 Years From Now on: October 20, 2019, 11:03:38 AM
I think 10 years ago was enough time to prove that bitcoin is not a ponzi or bubble scheme. and for the next 10 years I am still sure that bitcoin will continue to exist and will continue to grow. because now bitcoin is heading for mass adoption. in the future the amount of bitcoin that can be mined also the less this will make the price of bitcoin more expensive. bitcoin is our future.

Bitcoin is becoming famous as day by day, so this is still worth investing, after 10 years if you are holding even 1 BTC, it is possible that you can be a millionaire at that time, as experts are always saying, hold at least 1 BTC, then you can have your early retirement. For now, let's stay tuned and wait for further updates regarding Bitcoin.
As the days are passing Bitcoin is getting more stronger and powerful, and I believe it would maintain its pace like this also in the future. In the 10 years from now, I see bitcoin would continue to exist as the most dominant asset turning many into millionaires by then. So, if you have faith in it then just hold it by then and see what an enormous profit you would get out of it...
