I am not an IT wonder professor or a rocket scientist, but I've got quite a bit of legal experience. I've used this to do some research in the last weeks to make a somewhat deeper analysis of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and PRIVACY POLICY of some popular exchanges. Most of the times it was really boring - the usual stuff, trying to limit liability as much as possible - but I discovered some really funny formulations and Kafkaesque errors, too. From a user's/customer's point of view, am I the only one who finds some of these results extremely disturbing?

What prove do you have man? Those prove are trash.. How can a simply transaction of open tokens of different individual become a crime or scam or even bounty abuse? Provided a substantial evident and stop spreading false accusation.... This is really crazy man.

I just read similar thread where moneytoken or the auditors are wronglyful accusing legit bounty hunters of scams..why all this?

Very funny, especially the fact that I was reported as a scammer who farms accounts, I have already dropped my proofs complete with a screenshot of my account statement issued by my bank.
I agree that I had dealings with those people, does that not imply that I know them? Or is there anywhere in my post where I said they are strangers?
The Bitcointalk rule states that members cannot swap merits(example: give me merit and I give it back to increase our merits) and from the evidence you just presented, I do nothing of such nature, just a couple of people who saw my post, liked it and merited it.
Infact those people were not even tagged as scammers or account farmers by you after your so-called thorough investigation, but now they are account farmers too? This just shows that you do not trust your own judgement and do not deserve to manage your own self talkless of a bounty program.

What are you talking about? Transactions are the only fundamentals that would be taken seriously over any other proofs. You can fake images, chats, links but no a transaction on a blockchain? I don't know what you're referring to, but an argument with a transaction as a proof will always have the upper hand.

yes i do have 2 account kanaya and anggada18 but i do not use 2 account to follow moneytoken campaign ..GLADIUS and PALACE RESIDANCE are different campaigns.

so I'm entitled to use my bitcointalk ID wherever to follow the campaign. and I never changed my wallet address.

i use anggada18 just to buy IMT tokens and save in dashboard. do you just make excuses for not paying for the campaign?

I had expressed hesitation about tagging merit abusers early on, because there's so much subjectivity about the system, but at the same time there are some users who are obviously sending merit to people who don't deserve it.  Obvious to my eyes, anyway.  And that's the problem.  I realize my feedback now carries more weight than someone who's not on DT, and I know I ought to hand out negatives to people who really deserve them.  Do you guys think I, or any other DT member, should be tagging merit abusers?  EthanB suggested in another thread that a neutral might be appropriate, and I don't think that's a horrible idea when there's doubt.  But I don't think neutrals do much good.

I noticed ivanst776 has been sending a lot of merits for posts that were basically shitposts, but I'm still on the fence about how much of a transgression it is to do so, and I never said anything.   

Glad you started this thread--ironically, I would give OP some merit but I ran out of them. 

I would totally not be disappointed if a DT member tagged all of these users. I feel strongly that shitposters should not "earn" enough merit to rank up, and certainly that these shmucks didn't deserve even 2 merits for any of their posts, much less 10 or 20.  That's insane.
