4301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dead Coins on: August 28, 2021, 08:04:03 AM
Do you hold any dead coins?

'Dead Coins refer to cryptocurrencies that have been abandoned, used as scam, their website is down, has no nodes, has wallet issues, doesn't have social updates, has low volume or developers have walked away from the project.'

How should we manage dead coins?
I think there is no hope for dead coins or someone loses liquidity. Why? Cause nothing we could salvage from it. It will served as a trash on our wallet and nothing we can do about that. Plenty of projects I have grom airdrops and bounty are just stuck on my wallet and just displayed without any use. I dont want to change my wallet since its a long time used of mine but this has a sentimental already for me and even its full of shitcoin its a remember that there are too many projects becoming dead once in a while.
4302  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Jack of all crypto, master of none on: August 28, 2021, 07:33:40 AM
Thats a very sad story. Lesson learned I guess, is to avoid future tradings if doesnt have such experience or basic knowledge on crypto trading. Leverage trading is so dangerous and even on a split second you could loss a lot of money since you are trading a higher rate than a normal trading.

The loss btc could have been gained slowly by staking on some sites such as Binance instead using it for leverage. I dont know but I feel sorry for OP. Hope you could reciver those losses.
4303  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which currencies are suitable for money laundering? on: August 27, 2021, 06:49:39 AM
However I have not heard of money laundering on cryptocurrency except scamming and that is quite different from money laundering.
If you cant explain where did you get your crypto funds from a centralized insitution like bank. Its already considered money laundering. Whatever reason you say as long you cant justify your funds then that term applied already regardless what reason you may deemed explained to them. Even though we get it from profits on trading, they need documents showing that gains or else they could hold your fund without a valid explanation.
4304  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: best crypto venture for beginers on: August 27, 2021, 05:53:37 AM
what are your suggestion and guides for new investors in our midst?
Like what you said, its being due to the greediness of someone. Yes, this aspect will definitely eat you alive and your fund if you cant handle it properly. By means of handling is that you take each cautious before even doing or entering trading. The market of crypto iant comparable to the stocks which has a very high rate of volatility. There are projects worth to monitor but if btc moves against it then every altcoin got pulled. So this is more of a relative trading on major coins. But there are some that retain their position but not all.

As a newbie should do a 99% due diligence for yout to avoid possible losses.
4305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Moonbeam/Moonriver (Polkadot/Kusama ecosystems) on: August 27, 2021, 04:19:21 AM
Solana and Avalanche ecosystems have been taken the spotlight for so long. I believe now and then is the time for Polkadot and its offsprings.
Thats right. Especially avalanche hitting the market so fast. I think polkadot ecosystem will have to wait until their platform works already. Thats why it took so long before people to realize whats good in their ecosystem.

I also a fan of dot ecosystem before but due to their slow pacing I think they will be overcome by those fast network and easily shown progress.
4306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your thoughts on polygon ? on: August 27, 2021, 03:41:55 AM
Polygon now is one of the most used networks and it have really a very small transaction fees
Many exchanges like Binance announce already the matic integration
Can you guys share with me your thoughts about the future of the matic blokchain ?
I think the future of polygon is quite high and achievable. The only thing I dont like being on their network is almost same with what happened on the eth network. Too many projects taking advantage of the decentralized nature of it and making a lot of scam and fake projects.

All in all, I like matic with the very low fees they incurred on their trades and transfer fee. Obviously this is a plus to all traders which relatively hurt with the trading fees on eth network. There are too many projects also migrating and expanding on them which a sign of adoption.
4307  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: TOP WAYS TO EARN CRYPTOCURRENCY WITHOUT SPENDING MONEY on: August 27, 2021, 03:20:25 AM
I think only point number 4 is the free way to earn money based on your list. Except that, all need some sort of initial funds to start with. I dont think crypto mining is totally free as it requires equipment that are so expensive. Im totally disagree with your list.

Yes airdrops are free and this is proven. I wonder how could you tell this ways especially the part where you will not spend any money at all.
4308  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which currencies are suitable for money laundering? on: August 26, 2021, 04:45:51 AM
Which currencies are suitable for money laundering?
This question quite scary. Any crypto can be used om money laundering. It can be called like that if you can explain your funds when someone centralized (bank) ask you where you grt the fund and you cant give them such proof of employment or earnings from a business. Theres a lot doing money laundering and too bad crypto has been by some people especially those hackers and scammers.
4309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fake token in wallet on: August 26, 2021, 04:09:37 AM
Hackers are banging the tokens through their surveillance. Any small amount or big. If you ever notice some tokens in your wallet that are being added without your knowledge.I'm going to swap or sell your token without thinking about where the token came from.
I thibk they can send it all they want but they can only do watch the wallet growing without anything happening on it. I dont think sending tokens to your wallet could make you hacked by them. Yes they can see your wallet, but thats it. They cant hack it unless they aquire your seed phrase to transfer your funds.

Is there any way to remove these tokens from the wallet?
Send to burn address. Much better ignore it.
4310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Dogecoin Is Crypto's Most Dangerous Joke on: August 26, 2021, 03:59:38 AM
Yes, we know that initially Dogecoin was made just for fun and there was no purpose for this Dogecoin, and of course this is dangerous for those who only follow the trend of a coin and they are too fomo with the promise of New ATH 1$, the result is that many of them can't get out. from the top price
Thats because everyone got lured by the hype. Thats thr problem when you are too excited about something and you believe it would go straight in favor of mass community. Everyone has been fooled in a indirect way. Of course crypto has always set back and as far as I can tell it could also be a dangerous ground for investors. Those whou bought the top is either expecting now or probably sell at a loss. This is a meme coin but it doesnt mean Elon musk dont have any plan to make it a good platform.
4311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Any Idea on how to detect any phishing airdrops trying to steal tokens on: August 26, 2021, 02:49:13 AM
I wish to ask if there is/are means to identify tokens that are scam?
Yes there are but naturally only expert on smart contracts can fully check whether there is a hidden agenda by the project creator. Normally for project to be called legit, they need to pass your level of judgement such as seeing the team member and legit one not just a copy paste social profile of othet people.

Also if they are active on social media and has an organic community with some engagement. If the project only talks about sale or profit then its kinda suspicious. Anyway for tools there is no way to catch it but for a guy who can sense iy based on observations then can avoid it.

Best prevention is avoid those free airdrops that are highly suspicious.
4312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Every altcoins has chance on: August 26, 2021, 02:24:38 AM
I've seen several times that every altcoins doubles the price in a single day which means every coin or token has its opportunity to boom. IF BTC price does down they drop but suddenly they skyrocket by the next day itself, it's pretty hard to judge which coin might pump for the next day. Is there any specific website which might help me to identify? Kindly share your thoughts.
Identify what which one gonna pump? If there is ome good source mate then we could generate lots of profit by it. To tell you honestly only oneself can at least grasp which one could increase market price exponentially. Also from basic research such as looking for fundamental concept of a project you can see if it has some potential and from there the confident that it will pump would be easy. Noy saying by the looks of it, also if there is demand with their product or service platfoem
4313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will there be a miracle of bitcoin to shift conventional currencies on: August 25, 2021, 12:13:42 PM
many are pessimistic that Bitcoin will be able to shift conventional currencies both at the local and global level, will there be a miracle of bitcoin to shift conventional currencies
Not gonna happened. Bitcoin is created to have a decentralized aspect of peer to peer where people can do trade without any intervention of government or any centralized authority. I myself started to like the use of blockchain rather than relying on bank for some reason. Maybe because government can freeze your account if they suspected you of something. Unlike on blockchain that everything seems transparent and also the anonimity is there for anyone who are not into broadcasting their asset.
4314  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcointalk is more than a forum on: August 25, 2021, 10:49:03 AM
I have seen it more than once that forums can make money, and I am curious how to make money. I see people selling goods, but I don’t think the income is much. Other than that, I can't think of any way to make money.
Yes its only a part of privilege however its not the main goal why you are staying here in forum isnt it? Aside from selling goods, there are other ways, but I dont want you to take this as your priority here. The forum is great due to quality discussion and talks about bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. Try to learn the topics here and you should only focus on engaging on such topic rather than thinking of a way to have profits by making money here. Most of newbies are starting here just to earn but not to learn.
4315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people buying NFT on: August 25, 2021, 07:05:55 AM
I just wonder why people buying NFT artworks like cryptopunks. I am not against NFT and I love it. I actually own some NFT games accounts like CB, Axie, Dpets because I am earning from it.. But for NFT artworks can you tell me what is the benefits. And why some of the people buying it?
Aside from hype. People earning from fees I guess, which set up by opensea, and some also buy it for the pleasurr of collection. I dont think they would buy it out of hype alone of course these whales also take profit and definitely will sell it on a higher price.
4316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance denies allegations of market manipulation on: August 25, 2021, 06:54:27 AM
Do you think Binance can do such a ridiculous act to tarnish it already built reputation...? Hackers, scammers, and imposters were behind the ugly scenes but with time they would be track down.
I dont think they will tarnish their reputation. Binance will denied it ofcourse cause they definitely will fixed the issue with it. We all knew that they will not lower their name just of the scenario. People will always trust CZ, and as number 1 exchange I dont think they will be victimized with such fud. There are plenty of issues arises during the past few weeks but Binance always counter it. Not a pro binance, but I am one of the solid user of it so I know that they will always make up for it.
4317  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Impact of blockchain on other sectors!!! on: August 24, 2021, 03:06:17 AM
I for one would like to see what blockchain can do across the board and not just the financial secotr.
Aside from financial sector, blockchains have already move to different areas or sector. There are some platforms offered or using blockchain on their services. Even using on playing in game currency that later on van be converted into real money.

But OPs post is great. But I do suggest to make your post as neat and short as possible. Cause some wouldnt migjt read it.
4318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT games players might facing problem in our country on: August 24, 2021, 02:19:37 AM
Politicians are very busy on self interest that's all the laws created is just for there own self benefits. I don't see any alarming effect of this if its came from Philippines government. LMAO
By the sound of it. Im sure we are living on the same country surrounded by dirty politicians. Im gonna laugh hard to see how bir will tax these players. Yes it thr country right's to have a tax from the people living it however, with the process they are doing, how people will follow their rules especially we all knew how corrupt these politicians. People only dont want to waste the tax only to know that their paid money wouldnt go to appropriate allocation but been used for some crazy meal and budget for a holiday vacation and bought luxurious cars.
4319  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcointalk is more than a forum on: August 24, 2021, 01:08:55 AM
Yeah you are right its a place for discussion and learning. Wr are bit lucky that inside this forum there are some who guided us or helped us understand about our confusion on bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Its not only about the forum but the people surrounding this place makes us lesrned more. Thats what I thought at first, that forum is just a place for money earning ( big mistake) but I realize much more important than that few years back. Now Im good and happy to say that this forum is the best on some thst Ive tried on.
4320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT games players might facing problem in our country on: August 23, 2021, 10:02:20 AM
They shouldn't be happy when they got an interview because the one will suffer are those who entered late in the game and put some huge amount of capitals.
Yeah watch this too. The problem here is the decentralization set up for axie. The goverment even trying to tax something they dont even have law yet. How come they would impose such tax they dont even have regulations about it yet. Its fine to pay tax as long as they have guildelines about the crypto. Its same with trading without any rules, so Im sure this will take time or will never be implemented. Suck that  Philippines have crocodiles in the offices. These people are hungry for taxes. They obviously aiming something here.
