I just wonder why people buying NFT artworks like cryptopunks. I am not against NFT and I love it. I actually own some NFT games accounts like CB, Axie, Dpets because I am earning from it.. But for NFT artworks can you tell me what is the benefits. And why some of the people buying it?

Aside from hype. People earning from fees I guess, which set up by opensea, and some also buy it for the pleasurr of collection. I dont think they would buy it out of hype alone of course these whales also take profit and definitely will sell it on a higher price.

I also own Axie but other than that, there's no other NFT that I own. As for the artworks, that's just the same as the usual art or painting that's being priced in high due to its painter/maker. And that's the same with digital art works or what we call NFTs. Those that are expensive, they're rare and usually makers of it are only creating a single piece and that means that its rarity is high and it's the only one that's being made in the entire world making it rare and high value. The design that usual cryptopunk creates have high value and I think that's the art that you're pointing out.

First of all, people have their own personal hobbies and some of them wanted to have the most unique items you will find in this world. Now you mention cryptopunks and other NFT artworks, the reason for their craze is the limited edition of the artworks that only exist in the metaverse and you can't find it somewhere else. Their price is surprisingly huge and you need to understand that not all of them have this kind of price because some of them are just junk and have no value.

There are some points why people have been buying the cryptopunk even some people feeling skeptical as the price was too crazy

1. Uniqueness - People who have bought cryptopunk seen the uniqueness of the punk NFT art
2. Cryptopunk can be considered as the early platform that used ERC721 as NFT token
3. There were limitation for the punk NFT art up to 10k art.


It seems like those reasons quite reasonable enough to explain why people bought it

If you look at the development of the NFT token so far I think it has a promising future,
and if it's serious to invest in NFT we can buy it,

You can not say that people who play around with NFT are here only to earn. Aside from a financial motive, if we take a look at a bigger picture, there are even people who collect a stamp, collect trading cards, and even a mug! those collectors might earn some money, but there are many reason why people collect things like that, a hobby is one of the many reasons. I'm sure that people who get into the NFT world are not only for monetary value.

The innovation in the cryptocurrencies world gave us things like NFT, which is has a lot of potentials to grow. Its a brand new things that most people haven't been aware of, but if we thoughtfully thinking, it became such potential for those collectors.

it looks like you are not speaking in the context of the question, he asked about "NFT artworks" such as selling chats of one of the figures in 2009 or BTC predictions in 2009 and then made in "NFT artworks" made in crypto bands or better known as "NFT artworks" there are even this new monalisa photo is for sale, but i'm sure you're just kidding don't know "NFT artworks". The answer is the same as to the question why in the 17th century during the tulip mania was paid 100,000 of $ (converted in today's value) for tulip bulb.  Buyers were not interested in using or growing the tulip bulb, but in reselling it as soon as possible for an even higher price. The same is the case with all the useless NFT assets for which sometimes immense prices are paid and for which hardly anyone will have any use in the future.

Art NFT projects sound somehow to me as well but the crazy part is people are buying, not just small time investors I'm talking about big investors out there, it means the whole idea works people like you and I are just unfortunately to not understand how the thing works, I will have to go deep and do my own research, I suggest you do the same

I do always wonder that as well. I mean how can I suppose to safeguard a digital picture that I bought for 200 dollars' worth of Ethereum if let's say I changed computers in many many years. I know it is converted to cryptos and I think it will be saved in an ethereum wallet or something. I have not researched NFT's yet and the only thing I am confident about this token is that it is a digital art that is converted to crypto so you will be the only one authenticated to really own the piece of artwork even if there are many copies of it scattered all across the internet.

NFT games was so popular like Axie and so many more. Not all have the same taste, NFT artwork is also starting to grow as most of there supporter are art lover. Its a comparison, some like games while other more on artwork in NFT category. Maybe NFT games is now in trend but it would not always at that, like you compared NFT artwork is now slowly evolving in the crytomarket.

1. If you're here in this industry hoping that you could sell it at a higher price than you have bought it. I wish you goodluck.
2. Collecting NFT's instead of trading them for monetary gains could be something more personal. Maybe it gives them some sort of status in life or they just simply love collecting digital items.

Personally, though, the true purpose of NFTs in digital artworks is to provide a digital imprint that certifies the true owner, allowing him/her to freely sell his/her digital art piece without having to fear piracy. Unfortunately, that's not the case.

maybe because NFT has just been hype so that it can attract a lot of attention there will be investors who continue to come in and invest in large amounts at this time many have been trying to make it more and more interested and investing in NFT has become one of the right investments for it to be bigger one day it will be more famous and able to make NFT a big hype this year it is proven that NFT will continue to grow.

The crypto space is always innovative that is one of the things to bear in mind, what you think that doesn't matter might mean a lot to many people. Before now, I used to have same questions like what is the essence of buy all these NFTs, especially the artworks not until I came across someone who buy NFT artworks at a low price and sell higher, that changed my narratives immediately.
This NFT trend came with many features, on one hand is gamified features and the other is artworks, both have their areas of use, in the same way a lot of people knows the area they can make profit from. The hype is very much around, therefore whichever area a person wants to get involved with will require good research in order to be on the safer side and free from scammers.

Because of the NFT hype and collectors, and the NFT artworks seems to grow bigger each time. The only NFT i have is that one from Enjin and Binance NFT. I personally love NFT artworks because some of them looks so cool, but because of my limited funds i decided to not buy the NFT

I can tell you NFT has a lot of appeal for a reason, because it is a cryptographic token on the blockchain that represents a single asset class and has a proof of ownership, which has led to the exponential growth in this field. And you can find the features and solutions that bring to be applied in many other areas of life like, keep on DYOR.

Probably thesame reason why people buy physical artworks. It doesn't make much sense to buy them expensive though unless there are valuable things hidden on them we don't know about, they have secret meaning, they are unique/rare,  they want copyright power over them, they're made by famous characters etc.

I think they have personal reasons why they can buy NFT, maybe they can benefit from the unique NFT or because they like the art itself as an art collector, and for me personally to buy NFT art is not currently interested
